After hours of digging through Google, Reddit threads, Yelp…read morereviews... you name it, I was genuinely overwhelmed trying to find the right company to ship my (new to me) classic car (1967 Mustang). It feels like every transport company has either horror stories of the car falling off the trailer and the driver didn't have insurance, car was taken to the Mexican boarder and never seen again, or obviously fake reviews. I eventually landed on Zip Auto Ship for two big reasons. First, the sheer number of legit 5-star reviews. Not AI-written nonsense, no bots, actual people with real experiences. I honestly didn't believe it at first. Second, I called and spoke with Josh, and that conversation alone pretty much sealed it. He didn't give me the usual sales pitch. He walked me through how the process works, why prep and proper insurance coverage matter, and how carefully he vets the carriers he works with. It was clear he actually cares about doing things the right way, and that immediately put me at ease. For context, I got five quotes total: two from friends' recommendations, two local companies, and then Josh at ZipAutoShip. Not only did Josh have the best reviews and the most transparent communication, but his quote was the best price by a noticeable margin. About 10% cheaper than everything else I looked at. And again... zero pressure. No pushing, no guilt-tripping, just straight answers and a fair number. From there, he made the whole thing ridiculously easy. He took my info, contacted the current owner on my behalf, coordinated everything with the carrier, and lined up the pick-up and delivery without me having to babysit the process. The car showed up at my door in Little Rock four business days after my first call with him. Smooth, simple, exactly what you hope for when shipping a vehicle but rarely get. And honestly, one of the things I appreciated most: he didn't spam me afterward. No "hey can you leave a review?" messages, no follow-up hustle. Just a job well done and letting the work speak for itself. That actually says a lot about the kind of business he runs. If I ever have to ship a car again, there's absolutely no question I'm calling Josh. Save yourself the headache and just go with Zip Auto Ship.

Requested car transport from L.I. to Boynton Beach. The service has been getting worse lately…read more Ordered service on Dec. 19, and was supposed to be delivered Dec. 22. When there was no call for delivery, called and asked about it. At first the excuse was heavy traffice then when it wasn't delivered the next time, was told a car wasn't ready to be picked up and had to wait. Again, a date and time was given, no show. I was then told it would be 9am on 12/25. When called at 10am, as it was a no show, or even a call to change the time, was very nasty. Said was sleeping and was screaming, as it got to him. Lied about the time he said the day before. The last time it was 8 days until I got it. It is now 6 days and there has been no delivery.

Justine Muscleman is Unprofessional. Initial call she lays out the process very well and said she would always return texts and over communicate about a shipper and I trusted the pitch. At the end of the 1st call I asked her fully knowing that whatever number she gave me is NOT A GUARANTEE what the rate was,.she also reiterated that to me several times on the phone..So know that it was very well known. She 100% said $475 to me and I was only getting a general idea because I didn't have a clue. It didn't seem like they normally do that so maybe she didn't remember in the conversation detailed below. I don't know. . But whatever it's a number and an idea of cost. She said I can wait and she will get multiple estimates and basically it is up to me when and what rate I'm comfortable with. So again, I knew her numbers were unknown. So it took a few days to get numbers from shippers as she mentioned on the first call. I was ok with that but prior to that I had texted her that the person sending the car was out of town and just plan on the following week. No response. She texted me some urgent message on the first day saying she had a shipper. So I reminded her that I am waiting like my text before mentioned. She said she never received it. It's there. So again out of curiosity alone I inquired with what that rate was and it was 675.I merely questioned what the rate difference was about and said I'd rather wait for something around the 475 mark like the first call number. , then I don't know if she thought I was under the impression that I thought I was on some locked price in at 475 (I didn't) but she snapped at me and said she never said that price. But before she snapped she magically got a number in the 500s somehow when I asked . But I have zero reason to lie and I wasn't even holding them to it or anything of the sort but basically was calling me a liar for ZERO REASON so I scoffed and said "I'm not a liar and have no reason to" because in my head If the rate is 700 then it is. I know that it's a market and constantly fluctuating. Not dumb.HELLO , I am just trying to learn for myself what rates are and timing of when they are high or low. I may have asked you that every time I called It's called being a educated consumer. Over her head. She then told me how good at her job she was and I need to stop yelling at her. I was completely calm until she questioned my recollection of the events. I got one quote and they give out many and it was very informal so I wouldn't even expect her to know the number she said a week prior and it's irrelevant anyways. But I DID remember because it's my transaction. I WAS NOT EVEN HOLDING THEM TO THE NUMBER so it was very bizarre. She hung up on me because I ALWAYS have a issue with with being told I am a liar. Do better. I'd never approach my customers so unprofessional. Then she went on to tell me how good he was at her job. Who does that? Note: my details of my car were wrong and I texted her earlier that morning to change them. So yeah she's pretty good. "Always communicate asap." Didn't even read that I was wanting to waiti a week at all from text 2 days earlier. Yeah, you are a star. Telling your customer that they are basically lying for no reason. Then trash every other broker over and over on the calls to me. Not just sell her company but trash the competitors...clown world. Avoid them. read more

Future Auto Transport Customers - I wanted to let folks know how my services went with Mercury Auto Transport for the delivery of my sports car. This was the first time I have ever used a transport service. Due to the car I purchase was over 1700 miles away and boring highway miles, I decided to use a transport service. Of course, the internet is the best way to look for companies and their ratings/customer satisfaction. There are so many to choose from with most claiming they are the best, but customer ratings tell different stories. Anyway, I chose Mercury Auto Transport, worked with Spencer Thomas, as their reviews were really good. I learned quite a bit on how all this works. Transport companies are just brokers, they don't own trucks and can't really tell you who will pick up the vehicle or when. This was kind of annoying because I could not arrange everything and let the seller know until close to the pickup date, but that just how the process works. Mercury Auto Transport has a great website and provide details on what to expect during the process; very worthwhile to read and they communicate with you often. In my case, my vehicle wasn't going to be available for pickup for a couple of weeks due to the seller being on travel with the military but I did have a 'date', that the car could be picked up. Several days out from the pickup date, there was still nothing scheduled for me, and I wondered if things were actually going well. I was being bombarded by other 'brokers' saying they have trucks with availability and that I should use them. How things really work is the brokers list requested deliveries on the 'big web board' where actual truck drivers can view to see if the pickup is within the route they are on. This is where other brokers knew of my request and called/emailed etc. constantly saying I should use them instead. Vehicle pickups drive the transport truck routes as they really are just looking for deliveries they can accommodate. The reason nothing was scheduled, say a week out or so, is that these truck drivers really have no clue where they will be and on what date. A few days out, Mercury Auto Transport began communicating every day letting me know they are starting to receive truck driver inquires. This is where Mercury Auto Transport services come into play as they vet the companies applying for the pickup and use only trusted/bonded companies. Anyway, I was notified my car was scheduled and I let the seller know the date/time. The transport company (Rusol Transport) did as well and a few days later, my car showed up. Unfortunately, the deliver was at night so it was harder to check out the car but all was well. Yahoo!!! Being this seems like such a cut-throat industry with so many brokers trying to get your business, I wanted to let folks know that for me, Mercury Auto Transport was great, and I'd use them again. Run! I wish I had taken the time to read the reviews about Mercury Auto Transport and Jim Gozde before I selected them to transport my car. The whole thing is a sham and anyone who tells you differently is full of it. I was literally reading the identical experience as the rest of these one star people WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH JIM LIVING IT! Original quote $599. New amazing quote and HURRY HURRY HURRY THE TRUCK IS LIKE ON YOUR STREET FOR JUST $800.00! Ummm......Jim, the number was $599. $800 is a 33% increase. HURRY HURRY HURRY THERE IS ONLY ONE SPOT LEFT!!!! BETTER TAKE IT NOW!!! DON'T KNOW WHEN THERE WILL BE ANOTHER TRUCK!!! EVER!!!!!!! Ummmmm.......Jim...there's like 400 trucks in every truck stop I pass on every free and toll road I have traveled for the past 50 years. Pretty sure there will be another truck. But Jim, I was asking why your quote of $599 soared up to $800 after I waited a week and called every day to get meaningful updates to which you always replied "We are filling the truck." I dunno Jim.....if you were filling the truck why did you wait until there was, you know, ONLY ONE SPOT LEFT!!!!!!, to call me? More importantly, how come every time I ask you about this increase while on the phone you completely ignore the question as if it was never asked? The alleged owner responded to one other comment that that writer should go to transport reviews and check them out because they had 5 or 7 years of incredible and amazing nothing but 5-Star reviews!!!! Yeah, I went there. That was a lie. People reported over and over that if the truck came at all it came days late and delivered even later. Cars were in poor shape and had been driven many miles, smoked in, and were filthy inside. In one case, the car rolled in being driven by the "driver" who was being followed by his girlfriend in another car. Super. I just had this car detailed for my daughter. It's my car and not some rolling Airbnb above a brothel. Your time spent in my car is limited to the amount of time it takes you to load and unload from the carrier, and you have no business smoking while you're doing it. This is the customer's property left in your care. Take the time to read their contract - they have completely absolved themselves AND THE CARRIER of any and all responsibility should your car be damaged in any way at any time. This is nothing more than the same classic bait and switch game that has gone on for decades in many businesses. Now I am starting the process again using the top rated people on the transport review site. I've lost a great deal of time and my daughter will be without a car for an even longer period of time forcing me to rent one at additional expense. Bottom line? I cannot do business with people who are underhanded, unethical, dishonest, and shameless. I would suggest you follow suit. read more

I was searching for an auto transport company to ship my car from Las Vegas, Nevada to Milton, Florida. I had originally been waiting for a different auto transport company to get back to me and confirm that my car would be picked up at the specified date at the quote that was given to me. After three weeks fo waiting, I get a response back from that other company with an additional $400 added to the quote and that was unacceptable. I am now down to days before my vehicle had to be transported and I called Mercury Auto Transport and spoke with Kristopher Wolf. When I explained the situation to Kris on that Monday (1/9/23), that my car had to picked up and transported by that Thursday (1/12/23) as we were moving out-of-state on Friday, he was on top of it. After getting all of my information and my vehicle, he called me back within the hour with a quote and a driver that had accepted that quote (a lot less than the original company that wanted to charge me $400 above their quote), and needed my approval ASAP because my car could be picked up that Tuesday or Wednesday. I couldn't believe it...he came through for me! He was a life saver! My vehicle was picked up that Wednesday (1/11/23) at my office and headed on its way to its destination with an arrival date of that Monday (1/16/23). My husband and I left for our cross-country road trip and would arrive in Florida on Wednesday (1/18/23). My daughter called us on that Friday (1/13/23) and let us know that the driver sent a text that my car would be arriving ahead of schedule on Saturday (1/14/23). Imagine our surprise....it was arriving early! From pick up to drop off, Kris and Armando (the driver that transported the vehicle), this first experience of transporting my car has been an excellent one. I was so stressed that I wouldn't find anyone to transport it for me as my husband let me know that if I didn't find someone, I would've had to drive the vehicle myself. I've never done cross-country driving ever...I'm born and raised in Hawaii on an island...and I was absolutely terrified of trying to have to do that. As such, I highly recommend Mercury Auto Transport. I will also be recommending them to any friends and family that will have the need to transport their vehicle from one state to another. This will help relieve a lot of headache for you by clarifying why certain things are the way they are - especially pricing)*** Found Mercury Auto Transport online after researching a bit about the industry and what companies to contact in order to ship your car. Mercury was one that had a significant amount of good reviews. I wanted honest service, no hidden fees, no hidden agendas, just honest service. THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT I GOT. Jim Gozde was the Broker assigned to my quote. This man helped me greatly throughout the process. Our conversations were brief yet informative. He thoroughly told me all I needed to know regarding the process of bidding. Jim gave me an initial market rate price and told me that this will most likely change due several factors including when I wanted my car to be shipped and the carrier's preference. In less than 24 hours I was informed of a return offer that was less than $100 more than my quote (NOT BECAUSE OF JIM OR MERCURY AUTO BUT BECAUSE OF THE CARRIER AND TIMLINESS OF DELIVERY). Jim was willing to work with me to find another carrier if I did not agree to the price point but I thought it was reasonable so I accepted the bid. Jim closed the deal and the price was fixed all the way through delivery. Jim had the carrier contact me the next day when he was on his way to deliver the car to my new address. I was also contacted on the day of the delivery by June Carroll, who works in the fulfilment department, to make sure that my carrier has been in contact with me. She checked in twice to see how the carrier was doing with the delivery coordination and whether or not they have been in communication with me. The car was finally delivered to me ON TIME and WITHOUT any additional damage. The price remained the same all the way through and the carrier driver was friendly. The customer service, honesty, and integrity of both June and Jim is hard to come by in this industry. I was very apprehensive about choosing a transport carrier to transport my new car from San Diego to Maryland. However, Transport Reviews became my safety net in evaluating and selecting Mercury Auto Transport. I had a number of recommendations from the auto dealership where I bought my car but when I checked out their performance on Transport Reviews, I knew I would have to keep looking. I used the Quote Request website tool and immediately received 20 quotes. As I sifted through all the quotes, I was particularly impressed with the way Jim Gozda described his company's customer focus and how he took pride in his customer satisfaction ratings in Transport Reviews. His quote encouraged me to look at his reviews. When I did, I was impressed with the consistently high marks and satisfaction his company received across the board. But I was also impressed how he compassionately responded to a dissatisfied customer who looked to be unreasonable in his complaint with expectations beyond the agreement. His customer satisfaction ratings and the way he responded to the unhappy customer led me to my decision to use Mercury Auto Transport. When I fist contacted Jim, he told me about the process and fees, and said he would get back to me the next day with a carrier and pick-up time. Two hours later, Jim called me with a carrier name and a pick-up time for the following evening and a delivery time of only 4 days--outstanding when you consider it was traveling clear across the States. And the price was competitive--he was about 15% lower than the average, while being 30% lower than the high range quotes. He gave me access to the driver and I remained in contact with Jim and the driver throughout the entire trip--from pick-up to delivery, everything was on time--no surprises. I could not have asked for a better performing auto transport experience. Having this as my first experience in hiring a company to transport my car, I hit the jackpot and I will look no further the next time I need this service again. Just received my conversion van from the transport driver. A+++++++ service. I absolutely would do business with these guys again. Straight forward, simple deal. Frankly, after reading all the bad reviews, I think there are a whole lot of folks out there that do not understand the trucking industry. Take a minute to review the unbelievable layers of regulations that truck drivers are forced to endure--not only at the federal level, but at each individual state level as well. Truck drivers are more regulated as per the hours they are allowed to work in a day, who--how--what--when--where they can operate their rigs, etc. The next time you go into a hospital, ask the doctor how long they have been working straight. The answer we all know could be 12, 24, 36 hours! Yet, they are legally able to open you up and prescribe you meds. Truck drivers? Nope, the highest number they could legally give you is 10 hours. anyway, before you rant and go off the handle because a driver didn't get to you on the at the precise hour or day (he could have blown an engine or been held up in some non-sense state for some non-sense reason or who knows what. Grace, people, grace. For what these guys make, they sure in the heck do not deserve the abuse they get. As for the brokers dishing out the jobs (like Mercury), they are brokers. they don't control the drivers any more than you do. they do, theoretically, only deal with reputable, honest, hard working and ethical drivers. For those who had issues with vehicles, such as damage, etc... that is one on one with the driver. your bill of lading, which very clearly and in detail should have been filled out by you to notate the condition of your vehicle--at both ends of the transaction, pick up and delivery--your issue with a bad driver is with him. anyway, Mercury Auto Transport gave me the best price, best service, and perhaps the nicest driver one could ask for. I'll start by saying I have never shipped a vehicle and did not know the 1st thing about how to even begin. So, naturally I went to my best friend google instead of putting my friends out anymore than I already had. I learned a lot during this process, I'll say that. I honestly learned a lot from my broker Luis at Mercury Auto Transport ! I was honestly hesitant at first about it because I thought I could do it all myself, then I signed up for quotes and was so completely overwhelmed with the amount of emails, calls, and text messages. I began reading the education Mercury provided on their website and began to look into them further. They had good reviews, online and were accredited by the BBB. Both of which I liked. So, I decided to respond back to Luis' messages. I messaged him on a holiday and he messaged me back immediately. Found out he actually lived one town away from me, so I felt it was kind of meant to be, and I was definitely not disappointed at all! He was understanding of my ignorance of the process and explained further when needed and walked me through the process flawlessly! We set it up to go on a Monday and it was being loaded on the trailer by Wednesday and across the country and in my sons hands by Friday! WAY cheaper than I could have done it myself driving it out there and flying home, mind you. The transport driver Levan was amazing as well! A super hard worker and we can not thank him enough for getting it out there! He was super nice and very easy to work with as far as meeting up for pick up and drop off! It is my pleasure to provide this review of Mercury Auto Transport. I spent so much time researching transportation companies before deciding on which one to use. What impressed me the most was in the details. From the first email that Jim Godze sent me, I knew Mercury Auto Transport was different from other companies. He provided detailed information regarding the industry and what you should look out for when transporting your vehicle. This was invaluable information!!! The professionalism was what I was looking for so I could be confident that my vehicle would be taken care of (this was the first time I had to ship a vehicle). I trusted that Jim and Mercury Auto Transport would handle my transport successfully. Jim and I kept in contact as the prospective dates changed because of my schedule. After the timeline was decided upon, Jim kept me informed until he secured a transport company. Jim took care of everything and vetted the company he thought would be best. Trusting Jim's expertise (we had been working together for quite some time at that point), I agreed on the company and everything went pretty quickly from that point on. Again, he provided detailed information (in writing) on what to expect and all the details of the transport including the driver's cell phone # (Jim had also provided his different phone numbers including his cell #). From that point, I was also in contact with the driver. Within 2 days, my vehicle was picked up and arrived at the destination 2 days later (no issues occurred during the transport). I had booked a different transport company to move my vehicle from Portland, OR to Miami ( or Ft. Lauderdale ) so that it would be there when my flight arrived from the Northwest. I booked the trip about a month in advance and signed a contract. I was told that my car would be picked up by there driver on a given day that I assumed would give them enough time to get my car to Florida. However a driver never showed up. I was told they could not find a drive because it was between the Holidays. I never was able to get ahold of the agent again. Only an answering service and full message box. I was let out in the 'Cold'. I got ahold of Jim Gozde at Mercury and he assured me that he would follow up every day if necessary and would try to find a driver that could get my car to Florida in time. Jim was a man of his word. He found a driver and I delivered my auto and hoped for the best. The drivers name was Dmitry, a first class guy. He told me he might be able to get to Miami in time to meet my flight, but everything was dependent on winter driving conditions across the country. He gave mhos cell phone number and told me he would call and keep me informed along the way. To make sure reserved a Rental car at the Ft. Lauderdale airport for my drive down to the Florida Keys. The good news was that Dmitry called an informed me he would arrive Miami the day before my flight was scheduled to arrive. I cancelled my rental reservation and caught a Uber ride the short distance from the airport to where i could pick my car up. An easy 5/5 recommendation. I was in need of a carrier to transport my Toyota Tacoma from California to Florida. I reached out to Mercury Auto Transport and was contacted by Ronnie Wyre. Being my first time shipping a vehicle, I expected hassling and constant nonsense drama going back and forth ultimately leading nowhere. Instead, Ronnie was straightforward and very expeditious in getting me a carrier as soon as he could find one. Once he found one, the delivery was faster than I could have asked for. My vehicle was picked up in CA on Nov 4th and delivered to FL on Nov 8th. Ronnie assured me that Mercury Auto Transport only works with reliable companies, ones that they have work history with and he wasn't kidding. The carrier themselves were in constant contact with me as they got closer to my destination pickup point in FL. The driver, DJ, told me half way through his trip across the country the exact date and time he would arrive to me, and he arrived on the literal minute. The entire process from beginning to end, from contacting Ronnie to him finding a carrier for me, to pickup in CA to dropoff in FL, was flawless, confusion-free, and speedy. I cannot recommend Mercury Auto Transport enough and cannot thank Ronnie enough either. Every text between Ronnie and me, and the carrier and me, was a step forward in the shipping process and I was never left wondering what the status of my vehicle was. The pricing was also very fair. Most friends I've told at my job were impressed that I was able to find such a fair price for shipping. I'm so glad I chose Mercury Auto Transport! The whole process went so smoothly and securely that I still can't believe it! I purchased a Tesla model 3 out of state and needed a coast-to-coast transport to ship my car from New Jersey to Las Vegas. After doing a lot of research online, I was still unsure which company I could trust with my car -- until I saw someone mention Mercury on Reddit. I decided to give it a try. I submitted my information on their website, and agent Luis Marrero reached out to me soon after. We had a call the next day -- Luis was professional and very helpful. He quickly found me a driver, but I had to reschedule the pickup because my friend in New Jersey wouldn't be available. Luis immediately responded and, just two days later, found another driver who could meet my new pickup date. All of the follow-up emails and messages were timely and included clear, detailed instructions. The driver, Frank, was very accommodating and communicative. He called both me and my friend before arriving to coordinate the pickup spot. He loaded the car onto his truck smoothly. He arrived in Las Vegas one day earlier than expected. We discussed the delivery time and location, and by the time I arrived, he had already unloaded my car. My car was safe and no scratches. I paid the driver his portion upon delivery (the broker fee was paid earlier to Mercury). No hidden fees, everything was transparent and easy. Car shipping can be nerve-wrecking. This was our first experience shipping a vehicle, and I will say, initially it was overwhelming. Our daughter was purchasing her first car out of state and of course wanted everything to go smoothly. We completed a form online and then all the texts, emails, and phone calls started to pour in from different brokers. I am very big on professionalism and organization and Misty from Mercury Auto Transport, continued to professionally contact us, but also sent information via email about the vehicle transportation business to educate us about the process. After reading all of her emails and texting back and forth with her, we finally spoke on the phone, while we were traveling on vacation. She made everything so easy and advocated for us. The car was picked up quickly. We were expecting delivery three days later when we arrived home from vacation. To our surprise, our drivers made it from Florida to Ohio in under 24 hours. We explained to them that we were still traveling and not able to accept the car at that time. They were incredibly flexible and said they would rework things and deliver the next day. The cost didn't change either. Well, we had numerous storm delays and they continued to work with us. Ultimately, our neighbor ended up signing for delivery of the car, but all went well. Along the way, June from Mercury Auto, also would text me to ensure everything with pickup went well and we were communicating with the drivers. This was the second time I had to ship a vehicle. The first time the dealership arranged everything. This time it was up to me. Like everyone having to tackle this task there is a certain degree of anxiety and apprehension. I did an internet search for an auto transportation company. Within minutes my email and text were flooded with offers. Since the price was similar it wasn't much help in the selection process. My next step was go to the reviews. The one that stood out was about a guy name Jim Gozde over at Mercury. He explained in detail how the whole process worked. He didn't try to pressure me into selecting Mercury. After I made the purchase I contacted Jim. Within 30 minutes he had found a driver that could pick up my vehicle the next day. The vehicle was picked up on time and started it's journey from California to Texas. Jim contacted me to let me know the car had been loaded and was heading to it's new home. He let me know he was available to handle any issues until delivery. I was even contacted by June over at Mercury to ensure things were going smoothly. The car arrived 2 days earlier than projected. Except for some road dust it was in perfect condition. Not a scratch. The price quoted was the price paid. No hidden fees. I texted Jim when it arrived and thanked him for a job well done. If I have to ship a vehicle in the future I will call Jim over at Mercury. The process is stressful enough. Do yourself a big favor. I think that is a travesty that they will not allow feedback about such companies as Mercury Auto Transport. - Tom (LAST NAME REMOVED TO COMPLY WITH YELP POLICIES) provided terrible customer service. In preparation for a military PCS move, Tom promised me 5/27/14 and 5/28/14 that he had everything he needed to get me a transport for my SUV shipment cross country. As our move day approached, I repeatedly e-mailed and called all of Tom's contact numbers asking for confirmation that he was securing a shipper for our Jeep. He never returned a single phone call or e-mail. - When I finally gave up on Tom and Mercury Auto Transport, I found out through the other agent I worked with at the last minute that Tom/Mercury had never even posted my car on the national boards. They just flat out dropped the ball and then didn't have the moral courage or integrity to admit the mistake, much less apologize for it. - Had I relied on this company, I would have been in a horrible hurt locker because they didn't follow through. This is not the way to run a business, treating customers like trash. Highly recommend you avoid them and advise your friends to avoid them too. read more

On October 14th 2020 I had my 2013 F550 shipped from Florida to California I called Mercury Auto Transport spoke with Kandy Kelly she told me she could help me inside of 3 hours she had a carrier willing to bring my truck from Florida to Sacramento for the price that she quoted me the price did not change it did not go up she was true to what she had told me Kandy Kelly also has another lady she works with by the name of June Carroll she was a great help she would text me every couple of days keeping me posted on what was going on about the transport of my truck and let me know if I had any questions she was there to help me Kandy Kelly of Mercury Auto Transport have a 10-point question list on her website that I believe anyone transporting a vehicle across country should look at it helped me to make my decision to go with them a lot of the things that Kelly Post in those 10 questions is a lot of things I scene about the other carriers in the transporting industry even if you don't go with Mercury Auto Transport you should go to their website and look at those 10 questions and see if your Auto Transport carrier stands up to them my truck was picked up on time and delivered a day ahead of time now you cannot complain with those STATS Kandy Kelly in June Carroll did an AWESOME job I have no complaints if you want your mind set at ease going with this team here you will be glad you did Ron B sacramento ca ( Remember JESUS is Lord over every Situation) read more

My vintage 1991 Ford Festiva GL broke down in Athens, Ohio on a cross country trip from Myrtle Beach, SC to Seattle. Still drivable under 55 mph but with a rack and pinion problem. Mechanics said it shouldn't continue the trip or things could get worse. No parts could be found locally, and I didn't want to spend. Week or more in motels so thought about shipping the car home. Mercury Auto Transport had the best reviews I found and I liked their price quote guarantees. John Garcia got back me quickly. I had never shipped a car before. I was concerned and anxious. I am 73 and was getting tired. But John was very positive, explained the process clearly, and we spoke on the phone several times and vis text. Walked me through the process and I began to calm down about everything. I felt my beloved old car was in great hands. And it was. My driver was Yuriy. What a great guy he turned out to be. Met me in a Walmart parking lot in darkness, loaded the car securely and even waited with me when i could not get a cab to take me an hour away to Columbus, Ohio, to the the only available airport to fly home. He would not leave until there was a solution and I would not be stranded. Top Guy. The delivery was smooth in Washington State, great communication continued. It took less than ten minutes to get my car delivered to my door from a flatbed truck. How could anyone not be pleased by such professional service and kindness? read more

We just shipped a new-to-us Pacifica from OH to UT. Had no idea what a psycho industry car shipping was but after being overwhelmed by a million texts and calls I committed with Sonic Auto... and had just the worst experience, no contact for two days, felt harassed into higher prices than quoted, awful communication exclusively over text, etc. etc. Thankfully in that process I got a follow up email from Mercury Auto. I called Ryan Fowler and he was so clear, communicative, honest, and quick to work with. I instantly called Sonic Auto to cancel my bid with them and switched over to Mercury! Within one hour of him receiving my information, Ryan called me again (note: GREAT communicator) with a driver who wanted to pick up my car two hours later!! The price was $200 higher than the original bid, but that's just how the industry goes. Ryan was not pushy about the deal at all!! I think I could've waited to find a cheaper driver but I was just so surprised and the price was still well within the range of prices I had been quoted that I took it! Our car also arrived a day early even with weather complications! 100% would use them again and would recommend. I decided on Ameriglo because of a letter the owner Zach left on reddit. I was initially quoted over $3,000 from the website, so I decided to call. Zach answered the phone and gave me a quote for $1,658.00. He said the original quote was based on mileage but because my car was going to Miami, a popular spot, he could do better. Everything went as planned this company has excellent communication and will keep you updated regularly. My only complaint, delivery time was scheduled between 8:00-10:00am; however my car did not show up until 5:45pm, and I received multiple calls giving me erroneous updates about delivery. The car arrived in perfect condition, no marks or scratches albeit dirty but that was to be expected. Guy driving the flatbed was very nice, professional and competent. Zach followed up with a call and apologized for the bad communication about delivery eta. This was something minor as the entire process was great and if I move cross country again, I will call Zach and use Amerigo.
