Ken was very responsive throughout the entire process of setting up the home inspection via email - he answered my numerous questions and provided a very fair quote and detailed information on what the home inspection would entail. He was able to schedule a home inspection for us with relatively short notice. On the day of the inspection, Ken arrived on time and completed the home inspection very thoroughly, comprehensively, and took time to explain to us (as first time homebuyers) all of the different things to look out for. He provided helpful information on what should be replaced, what we needed to get more information on (i.e. the boiler is missing a serial number and the location of the circuit break is not ideal).
