Today I stopped by Mercury's to get a coffee because I've heard great things about their coffee. The line was pretty intimidating, but it moved really fast. A girl named Kayla came to my car and took my order, she was really nice and informative. She suggested a burrito and the caramel silk. I was really impressed with their speed, and the girls were really bubbly and fun to talk to. Overall, I had a great time, great coffee, great burrito, and ended up starting a reward card. Kayla said I'd get $ for each dollar I spend, which I look forward to using on my next trip. I'll definitely be back! We just ordered our two coffees. The girl was blonde with a bob cut hair. She was super rude to us. She took out order like we were dogs begging for food. Nasty attitude and we are loyal customers. We asked for tall she gave us short drinks. We said no whip cream she was going to add it. When told she didn't say anything. It was clear she didn't want to sell coffee. It's only 4:30 pm. I did not want to leave a tip but we did hopefully she understands she is serving humans and not dogs. We will never come here. Please remove this employee she clearly doesn't belong in customer service. read more

The coffee here is AMAZING. Yeah there are long wait times but it's also because the stands are always incredibly busy. Perfectly sweetened drinks, sweet baristas, and overall just awesome coffee. read more

Coffee is better than Starbucks which is a great + and as you can read from pretty much all of the reviews the teams that work here are the best. They are super friendly and actually take their time to get to know their customers all the time while keeping the line moving along. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be served no matter how long the line is (average of about 2-3 mins with each car moving at around 40 seconds to 1.5 mins). So although I only spend about 1 minute getting my coffee at the shack, when I leave I feel as though I've had a 5 minute conversation with friends. Great way to start the day = nice coffee and even better banter and I always leave with a smile on my face. read more

The coffee itself is awesome, they have a number of creative yummy coffee drinks, the snacks are excellent quality, and best of all, the service is always pleasant and personable. I love this place, it's like CHEERS, where everyone knows your name!! I have been a loyal customer for the past 6 years. The coffee is wonderful, my dogs love getting treats and they ladies are very fast and friendly. Between the Fall City shop and this one, you can"t go go wrong :) Whatever you want, they can create, Starbucks was dumped a long time ago... This tiny little kiosk is awesome and I love running through here before we drive Lake Sammamish. It's tiny but there's not often a line and the coffee is always delicious. Try the iced Americano, or if you like something sweet, the caramel silk is delicious. read more

It's a Mercurys. The coffee is pretty good, although the average mixed coffee drink is fairly sugary. The hot chocolate isn't as good as Starbucks, but the caramel macchiato is one of my favorites. The drive through usually has between 1 and 5 cars in line in the morning, but on those occasions where I have kids in the car and can't leave them to go into a store to get a coffee, this place is a godsend. read more

Love this little drive through coffee stand - it is so convenient and well-located. If I'm running late, this is where I stop for a quick breakfast. The ladies who work here are very friendly, and the coffee is excellent. The blueberry scones are really good too! If there happens to be a line, it moves pretty quickly. read more

The ladies here are flat out awesome! The last time I was here there was a huge line (morning rush hour heading toward civilization) but it moved quickly and customer service was great. I am so completely in love with the dark chocolate mocha. Perfect milk foam and just the right espresso richness. Super good service and nice ladies working. Wish it was closer to my house :( I always think that coffee stands right next to a gas station is super convenient and is right on the highway so you can just stop to the side while you're driving. I have been a long time customer of Mercury's. Their drinks are delicious and the baristas can be amazing. However, I have been severely disappointed with this location so many times. This location is the closest to my house but I ended up driving 20 minutes to rose hill just to get a consistent drink. Every time I go to this location, my drink tastes different. This location HAS gotten MUCH better in the last year. Thank goodness. But still some consistency issues. I've been told at other locations that if a drink has chocolate in it, it gets chocolate drizzle. Sometimes my chocolate drink has drizzle, and sometimes it doesn't. Like another reviewer said, wait and line can get a bit long... Now the real reason I'm making this review: they changed their rewards system without any notice to their customers. The last time a Mercury's barista checked for me, I had almost enough points for 5 free drinks. I've been saving those for the days I really need it. Today I found out that I only have enough points to get $3.50 off of a drink!!! Where is the customer loyalty!!! I know times are tough but how hard would it have been to do right by your customers and give them a warning that all of the money they have spent and all the expectations they had, would go down the drain. This company used to have daily specials to get a free extra shot or $.75 off a food and bakery item, etc. They got rid of that. Then they only had the rewards systems to get free drinks. Now, all of my free drinks are GONE, and for every $5 you spend, you get $.25 off. read more

I have been coming here for years now, and I can't imagine getting a more consistently positive coffee experience anywhere else. All of the baristas strive to keep the drinks the same every time, and they seem to pride themselves on paying attention to the small details. They also try really hard to keep the line moving as quickly as possible, and being really good at remembering peoples' orders is just one of the ways they do that. My usual location. Amazing coffee every time. I usually get 1/2 the syrup though since most of their drinks are super sweet, but that's just my palate. Foam is always just right and chocolate covered beans are a nice touch. Iced Americanos are my poison!!! SO much better then any other americano I've tried elsewhere. It was Thursday night at 7:12 pm when I pulled up to Mercurys Coffee. Most of the lights were out so I thought they were closed but I thought I would take a chance and pulled up to the window. It was closed but I saw someone inside. She saw me and opened the window. I asked if they were closed and she said "yes, we close at 7:00 pm" but then surprised me by saying "but I can make you a drink anyways, what would you like?" Can you believe it?! She made me a drink after she had already shut down for the night. Talk about awesome customer service. Her name was Ashley and she deserves a big shout out and a raise!!! read more

I moved into the area about three months ago.I was introduced to Mercurys Coffee and without hesitation purchased the Gold Card to use in January 2018. With the gold card, I have ordered other drinks on the menu to check what else I might enjoy. I have not been disappointed trying new drinks. Thank you for the Gold Card.
