By far the fastest pizza I've ever secured in a moment of weakness. Not a saucy pizza, cheese had a nice stretch. This is a pizza you gotta let cool down because it was ready in 8 minutes by my timer, but don't set expectations high he's gonna be busier in the future. Simple pizza, I'm sure sure the pizza's got crispiness to it if you don't show up too early like me. Who the hell rates pizzas with numbers, your tongue doesn't have a calculator. We order from this place regularly however this time it was extremely bad; from the food to the service. I ordered a pastrami sub with mushrooms and onions ; instead i got a sub roll with diced meat (toddler portion) covered in peppers, lettuce and tomatoes. I also ordered a salad with no cheese, however my salad was covered in mozzarella. When i went to return it, the old man behind the counter accused me of lying because they ruined my order. Nothing express about this pizza. Literally took an hour and 45 minutes for my pizza to arrive. And then to top it all off, it comes cold, lukewarm at best. Anddddd it taste like shit. Don't even bother. I forced one slice down....I felt terrible throwing this all out. read more

Express is the perfect name for this establishment. The pizza seemed like it was delivered before I even knew I wanted one. Worst customer service. Argued with me over the description of a menu item. Website was misleading. Gave a 25% tip on the delivery bill and they refused to acknowledge a legitimate complaint about how they marketed their menu. This was a recommendation from the hotel. The staff-delivery guy- is very rude! Expects the person to come out to pick up the food rather than deliver it to apartment. Then when comes to apartment gives an attitude and gives every excuse in the book then throws receipt at guest! When I called to speak to manager the guy who answered never said he was that but was also very rude and said "well if we're really busy", "our guys shouldn't go up to apartments"!! 3/4 DIFFERENT EXCUSES!!!Food is ok ordered fried dough sticks which says comes WITH marinara and powdered sugar but comes w the sugar all over it so there's no point for the sauce ‍‍! I pretty much order from here online using Eatstreet on the weekends and they never disappoint. Prices are very reasonable and food is always on point. Delivery is made in good time and delivery guy is cool too. Got overcharged once after placing order online and deciding to pay it in cash which I never do (I usually pay with Paypal). Food came and price was different than what Eatstreet said so driver said don't worry about it and to pay the difference next time b/c I guess he knows I order on the weekends, so I did pay him back the next weekend. Recommend this place highly for pizza, calzones, wraps...pretty much everything. read more

Gonna continue to give this company 2 stars because after two years I got this poorly written response back from the owner. Word of advice, I have a food safety management license, and I was concerned that you took back the pizza with no explanation. I was happy to give it back because I'm not dishonest, but I was concerned that you would try to sell it to someone else, and also your customer service is horrible. At no time did you reimburse me, nor would I have asked you to. Your employees were quite rude when I called and asked for the more expensive pizza to be brought that I paid for. Also, Yelp is a place to post honest reviews, so I'm not changing mine. By-the-way, it wasn't the first time we got pizza from you; this experience was just kind of the straw that broke the camel's back. Writing a condescending response to me two years after this review was posted, shows you really care about what your customers think... The owners response to my original review: Pizza E: Hey, just saw your comment about the pizza place. Sorry you had to go through that but I want to get something straight here. First of all we have never sold any Greek pizza before, we specialize in Italian pizza. Second, the reason why we took back the food is because we get calls from people all the time, that want to make changes to their order after they receive it and claim that its not what they ordered. When that happens we send the correct order as we take care of all of our customers, however we do not take back the wrong order and sell it back to people. We take it back because we want to prevent people from doing the same thing to take advantage of extra food. People learn from their mistakes and we had this happen to us many times. I am sorry that you got the wrong order, but we do everything we can to satisfy our customers. Not only do we send the correct order but we would even reimburse our customers when they aren't satisfied. SO please, for future references, if you cannot leave negative feedback online where so many people are easily influenced by your ONE TIME bad experience with us. I've ordered take out from here a few times now, and the quality of their food is quite poor. Ingredients were cheap, tended to be quit salty (except for their calzones, which seem entirely unseasoned), and the overall preparation was flawed. Cheese fries with bacon, for example, had a mass of bacon bits resting loose under a layer of cheese. It just resulted in a big mess. The last time I ordered from here, both my girl and I became rather sick to our stomachs. I doubt we will be ordering from them again. read more

One of the best pizza places I have ever been to. Only two eating booths but these people know how to treat their customers, I felt like a part of the crew and engaged in a really good conversation with the owner. The pizza was on point and I do not think I have ever eaten a pizza with so much bacon and onion on it. It was delicious!!!! I will definitely stop by again when I am in the area, Thank you! read more
