Not only is this cafe so cozy and comfortable, there is plenty of space to sit! It would absolutely be perfect for anyone looking for a good working from home location as they also have plenty of outlets! And the service! Oh my, the girls at the front have been so sweet and kind! They often make conversation while also helping choose the best options on the menu! Now for the good stuff! The Menu! I have yet to try any of their food options, but I have had a chance to try both their iced and hot lattes! I can confidently say that Cafe Frida knows what they are doing when it comes to a good cup of caffeine! Sometimes, especially when ordering something with a bit more sweetness, coffee or espresso can lose it's taste, and as someone who craves the taste of coffee and espresso, Cafe Frida def makes sure all flavors are balanced! I've been back twice to have the same meal & everything was delicious & satisfying. It's a very nice upscale coffee shop/cafe with a very nice & large selection of not only Chaffee drinks but many other options as well. Staff are motivated, professional & polite, my only small concern was hearing them talk nearby about things that they should never let the customer hear, hence the 4 stars. Beautiful sunshine pours through big windows, there's a lovely park right outside, and the light is so good it feels like the café equivalent of a good hair day. Dallas weather helps, obviously--but this place knows how to use it. The space is lively without being chaotic. Plenty of outdoor seating, lots of indoor seating, and a very reasonable three-hour Wi-Fi window that keeps people working instead of camping. It feels intentional. I've only been during the day and always spend a little time working before a coffee meeting. The WiFi is always good and the coffee is great. The ambiance is very open and inviting as well. Adding to the atmosphere today were several authors with their books. It was a great time to browse around with a cold brew and visit with authors and add a few books to my library. The service was great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, even as it got busy. Fun time! Check their calendar and go check them out when an event that suits your fancy comes around.
