I got their 10" Hawaiian Luau with thin crust, and it was very good. My Hawaiian had a good spread of cubbed ham and plenty of bacon; also liked the taste of their crust. I did try a piece of Merlin's Seafood Deluxe 'za, and it was really good - flavors from the crab and shrimp both were noticeable without being overpowering, and anything alfredo-based always peaks my interest. We almost didn't order from here but it was too convenient to our condo. We ended up really enjoying our pizzas. We had a cheese and the Greek. Service was super friendly, good vibes, and consistent. Super impressed. Not only is this pizza delicious, the delivery was above and beyond delivery expectations. We're currently staying in a hotel on a mini break and didn't feel like going out for dinner so searched for a delivery to our room instead. However, having grown up near to some pizza hot spots, it's hard to say the pizza is anything more than something you'd find at Domino's or Papa John's. The best part of our meal (1-topping pizza, garden salad, and 10 wings for around $29) was the wings. They did seem to be smoked, so the meat had a slightly pinkish hue to it. I'd definitely order the wings again. It's a decent option in the area if you don't want to spend too much. We were visiting Destin for our annual beach trip in early August and in the middle of a thunderstorm, decided to call Merlin for delivery and they were very accommodating. The streets were flooding and thought 'only a local would know which route would be best'. Can't speak to the food here but this has to be the most racist place I've been to here in Destin! I came in for dine-in service, sat down and proceeded to wait patiently for my server. A few other families came in after us and the "Caucasian" server proceeded to serve the "Caucasian " families first and never made eye contact once with my "Mexican" family. Totally brushed us off and no one spoke to us at all but the one girl who let us know to sit down when we first entered. Avoid this place if you are Latino!
