After a 12-year hiatus, I finally returned to get tattooed, and I'm so glad I chose Mermaiid. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of amazing. The atmosphere of her space is both private and welcoming, which instantly made me feel at ease. Her customer service is truly top tier. She's friendly, attentive, and makes sure you feel comfortable throughout the process. Her artwork was exactly what I had envisioned in my head. I get many compliments and can't wait to go back! This year alone, she is 4/5 through completing my left arm and it is already looking beautiful. Love her
meeting Isabelle was an absolute pleasure! she's super sweet and funny, down to earth and executes designs perfectly. the vibes in the shop are always chill and fun. I've followed her for years on social media, admiring her work. and by fate i was able to get this beautiful tattoo. she's not heavy handed at all which is a plus. her attention to detail is exceptional. since having new ink, i received so many compliments at work, everyone stops me and tells me how stunning the colors are and once they notice the star wars details they are blown away. i can't wait to figure out what my next tattoo will be because Isabelle will be the one doing it. thank you so much mermaid!!
Mermaid is the best! From a simple Eagles logo to a badass Naruto piece, I wouldn't go to anyone else for color tattoos. Not only that but she's extremely nice, understanding, and makes one feel comfortable. I was having doubts about a piece and she didn't make me feel guilty at all when we changed it up. Definitely recommend!

If you want THE BEST COLOR popping tattoo Isabelle is the chick to hook you up! When my sweet Penny passed away I knew I needed THE BEST person to memorialize her on me. I searched for a while before my sister found Isabelle's IG page. I looked through it and was in awe of how she made color pop and look realistic. To say I'm pleased is an understatement. I literally get teary eyed when I see my Penny on my back, where she belongs cause she always had my back. For 14 years she was my ride or die. That's her art. Her skill. Now let me talk about Isabelle herself. She is literally the sweetest and chill chick. She makes you feel calm and relaxed. I referred my bff to her for her first tattoo and she said Isabelle helped ease her anxiety and was very sweet to work with. I LOVE her intimate studio as well. Decorated very girlie, just like her. You will feel cozy and calm. Looking forward to my next tattoo with her!
My first time getting tattooed by Isabelle was back in 2022; She did an amazing water colored paw print for my dog. Before I met Isabelle, I had many concepts for new tattoos but had a hard time finding a new artist that I trusted & felt comfortable with, especially with the pieces I wanted to get done. Fast forward to 2024 & and now I have 7 AMAZING pieces from her & I love every single detail! Isabelle makes the entire tattoo process easy and fun. She is very knowledgeable about colors and placement! She really knows how to take a concept and turn it into the best reality! Her studio is very peaceful, clean & colorful. She really cares about her clients and takes the time to make sure we are comfortable. I just had a 2 day session with her to get a tattoo I had wanted for years, and it came out incredible! Isabelle is an amazing person & artist! I recommend her to anyone who even mentions getting a tattoo done! If you're thinking about getting a tattoo from her, Do it! You will never regret it!!
I'm surprised there's not much reviews for this artist. I couldn't have picked a better tattoo artist for the ink design that I wanted. I wanted an anime tattoo, Princess Serenity from Sailormoon. It turned out really beautiful. I love it and I'm so proud to show it off. Her studio is very comfortable. It's very cutely designed , clean, smell good. I didn't even need my AirPods and charger to keep myself entertained for a 5-6 hour session. She has a tv right there which I can pick a movie. I watched one movie and a few episodes of anime and korean series. That helped a lot in distracting myself from the pain of the needles. She allowed me to use numbing cream which some artist wouldn't allow it. She even reapplied it when the cream wear off. She's very sweet and have gentle hands. If anyone wants colored tattoo especially if you live in the area, look nowhere else. I will for sure come back to her for more.

I went for my first tattoo with Isabelle back in 2022 for a Jack Skellington tattoo and I had a previous Zero tattoo done by another artist as a flash tattoo that looked like it didn't belong. I asked Isabelle if she could add to it or change it up so it looked like Zero and Jack were one piece and she came up with a coverup Zero and they both look amazing. Went back for that earlier this month and now looks like it was one piece to begin with and it's beautiful. I love them both and will definitely be going back once I figure out what design to do next. She came up with 2 designs, what I originally asked for that was the additions, but after she showed me the coverup design I fell in love with it and didn't even ask to see the other one lol.

Our conversation helped to distract me from focusing on the minimal discomfort of the needle. The tattoo suite is warm and inviting. I highly recommend her.

My husband and I have been getting our tattoos from Isabelle for a couple years now and we don't plan on going anywhere else. Her tattoos are so detailed and bright in color nowhere else has been able to do what she does on me and my husband. Love her artwork and she's very professional and talented. This was my first tattoo with Mermaiid Ink and I loved my experience! She was very communicative from the beginning of me booking the tattoo all the way until I finished getting it done. She was super professional and easy to talk so. She asked for movie preferences before she began tattooing me to make sure I had something on to watch. However, I didn't get to watch at all because we clicked right away and talked our whole session. Her studio was clean and very cute. She kept checking up on me to make sure I was comfortable while she was tattooing me. I will definitely be coming back for future pieces. read more

I came to Isabelle for a cover-up of a skull that looked horrible. She listened to my concerns and made sure to finish the flowers in 6 hours. Even better, you can't tell what was there before. Beautiful work! She is very and takes her time. This is my first experience having a woman tattoo me and I will never use another artist. read more

I was here yesterday to get the pictured piece done. I'm ecstatic with how it turned out after a total of 5 hours of tattooing. Isabelle made the experience comfortable for me throughout the entire process from concept design to stencil placement, tattooing, and beyond. Amazing experience was very nervous since it was my first tattoo but the hospitality, the energy and the vibe by Ms. Isabelle was amazing. I discovered Isabelle on Ig. I was in aw of her work & she's local & thought perfect ! I've been wanting to get more tattoos but wasn't sure what to get & then boom, she posted some tattoos to claim for her vday flash & claimed Calsifer ! It was just a spontaneous move. Lol! The day of my appt, I was in the waiting room, Isabelle gave me a very warm welcome. Her suite is so gorgeous! She made sure I was comfortable & reassured me that it was ok if I wanted to move the placement of the stencil, but I was totally fine with the placement ! She asked me what kind of movies I was into, so I had something to watch. It helped me take my mind off from being nervous bc it has been a while singe I've gotten inked. We were also talking & laughing. She just really helped me relaxed & not be so tense. & when she was all done, she gave me a little bag with aftercare instructions & a piece of chocolate & when I got home to open the bag, there was a mini bottle of antibacterial soap! Like I've never had a tattoo artist hand that out after a sesh & I just thought that's a really sweet gesture to give out. I am definitely planning to get more tattoos from her in the future. read more
