Hired him to install an above the range microwave and roof vent for $1147.00. "Edgar" destroyed my cabinet above the microwave, plug he installed was not safe, he used our tools, drilled up the paper diagram of where to mount the bracket and left it, hole in the roof didn't even line up properly with the hole he drilled in the cabinet, he used a dryer vent on the roof. The microwave was crooked and rain leaked into the attic down the cabinet and into the microwave. He sent another guy out to fix the microwave not being level and that man said Edgar was let go. Third time I called when it started leaking Alex said he'd send Edgar. Very fishy and then we found out they were the same guy. He refuses to refund my money and he blocked my calls. I had to hire a roofer to put on a whole new piece of plywood and put on the proper vent. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN!!!

At least two blower unit rebuilds, a control card, multiple capacitor replacements, and a few pounds of refrigerant every couple years. This year the refill exited far too quickly and I called Heights A/C for a quote. Thomas replaced the old unit and re-worked the ducts for a great result. They fixed the issue for there standard service call and if it keeps reoccuring the expansion valve and vacuum needs to be done. They said the part is covered by the manufacturer warranty but the labor and the refrigerant is not. The average cost with some google suggests the replacement for a TXV should cost between $185 to $750. Not only are they not standing by their work, they are looking to make a quick buck even after collecting upwards of $20k from me for my air conditioners. I regret ever letting this company do new units in my home. Clearly they do not stand by their work.
