We had a really good experience with Merrill today. We kept hearing scratching noises coming from our dryers vent in the laundry room. We didn't know what it was but didn't want to deal with whatever it would end up being. We called Merrill and they sent out Sean within the hour. To make a long story short, my condo flooded with sewage water and I had a lot of water damage work that had to be taken care of. The crew would leave my sliding doors open while they worked. So one day, I open my dish washer and a giant roach comes out!! I just about had a panic attack. Besides that, I was finding silver fish all over my condo from the moisture of the water damage. I called Nick the owner and told him my issues (he also answered his phone on the first ring which doesn't always happen with busy business owners). He sent someone out that afternoon! Merrill is great. It's like $70 every service, they come out once every two months that you'll pay for and you can have them come out anytime in between scheduled service to respray for free.
