Sadly we have bugs. We think they came in on an Amazon package and no longer bring boxes into our house because of this. It started in December and Varsity was the second pest control company we called to help us. Varsity is amazing! They came and gave us a quote and promised to stay with us and keep coming until the bugs were gone. One flat cost and a guaranteed- how amazing! The other bug guys charged us $75 every time they came and after 3 months, the problem still didn't go away! They were content to charge us indefinitely and not actually fix it. Too bad. I setup an appointment with the office on Monday for a service call on Tuesday. Their office text me on Tuesday and rescheduled with me three separate times throughout the day. After adjusting my work schedule the two previous times that were set by them, They never showed for the third and final appointment they set with me. I had to call their office Since they never showed up to see where they were and was told someone would call me back. After an hour past my appointment time, and this is giving them a 3 hour appointment window.. I finally received a call from a guy stating that they had a schedule conflict and couldn't get to me until tomorrow. I sent a request through Yelp last night explaining the problem I was having and I got a call 1st thing this morning from the owner. I explained what was going on and he sent out Jessica and Bobby to treat my house TODAY! So within less than 24 hours from the time I sent the request they were at my door. Jessica and Bobby were extremely knowledgeable and personable - rare combination these days. AMAZING, FANTASTIC, IMPRESSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I wish that I could give more than 5 stars! When they were on the roof checking the vents, they noticed that my swamp cooler water line had a leak in it and asked me for a couple of things so they could just fix it for me. Unfortunately I didn't have one of the items, so they offered to run down to the hardware store and picked it up. WHAT??? These are the BEST bug guys ever! Usually when I think of Termite Control guys, I think of poor professionalism or lack of customer service....I WAS WRONG! For guys that spend their days trying to out smart micro visible termite bugs...they sure know how to make us humans feel safe and great. He had provided me with a detailed plan of attack for the recent emergence of subterranean termites in my home. He also referred a great inexpensive company to remove a recent bee hive in my roof.
