DO NOT SEND YOUR KID HERE…read more My son had attended this school for many years and unfortunately the last 2 years we saw a rapid decline in care, communication and conditions of the school. Teachers constantly left, communication between teachers and directors was seldom to none, constant bullying of my son, lack of resources provided and sending my child home to develop mystery illnesses. I had my child sent home with a black eye and was told none of the teachers knew how he got it, was told cameras were reviewed but was later informed I was just told that, and no review of the cameras were done. My child had suffered from bullying from the children, one child told my child that he was going to "have your family killed" and then the child continued to attend the school. Not to mention my child would constantly come home complaining that kids were teasing him and not wanting to play with him and when he told the teachers no one did anything to help resolve the bullying issues. We had been told my child had until 2pm left at the school and would not be allowed to return. This was told to us by a director who called me, requested I leave work early and have a meeting with her the same day, when I arrived she was unavailable for the meeting. I had requested to speak to another person and had discussed my concerns for the second time that my child might be on the spectrum. The lack of communication and choses made by the directors was outright appalling. We had several "teachers" leave or were generally uninterested in teaching or couldn't be bothered to help the kids learn very much needed social-emotional skills. My child was constantly moved around classrooms due to lack of staffing, where there would be one "teacher" with 20-30 kids ranging from ages 2-8 most days. I had also expressed several times that my child does not take naps and asked to make a reasonable accommodation to let him read/draw at nap time to not disturb the other children as well as proving a heads up to the entire class when transitions to another activity would occur as pre-k aged children require to have bridges between activities. They refused to accommodate us multiple times which resulted in full blow meltdowns leaving me to pick my child up almost twice a week and most the time with bruises on his arm from being grabbed. Finally, they had a non-compliance with SNHD as multiple children were attending without proper vaccinations after being audited. Unfortunately over time the quality of service, conditions, carefulness and overall experience with this school rapidly declined. Please do better Source.

I can not say enough wonderful things about the staff and establishment. Absolutely, love and trust…read morethis center . My daughter started out in early preschool and then with in with in a few months was moved into preschool. They worked hard and with me to be on the same page as her development and potty training . They have an excellent system for keeping parents updated on all things relating to your child . Cameras in all rooms , well working app for daily updates and photos . They answer all calls , requests for paperwork and questions in exceptional time . Parents are welcomed and encouraged to stop in and check on their little one . They have parent teacher conferences and many chances to inter act with teachers and staff . My daughter absolutely loves her school , friends and teachers . Very affordable rates and offer subsidies to those that qualify and a very welcomed military discount . Over all a very clean and well ran facility. It feels like a second home for your child than it does a place of just business. They love and care for the children as they are their own . Many staff have their own children in care there as well . We have been attending since June , they have added a few new faces but the staff has pretty much just stayed the same , seems to be very low turn over . My daughter is over joyed every day to go and sad to leave . I highly recommend if you're looking for a place for your child . They will not disappoint you .

They frequently update the app throughout the day to update you on how your child is doing. I appreciate them making an effort to keep parents informed. I trust this facility and would recommend it to friends and family.

Taken from my google review 8 months ago…read more ----------------------------------------------------------------------- It took me several months to provide a review but I wanted to do so after some time of my experiences with Creme de la Creme. The first few months were great due to the teacher we had for our child. When new management and the closing of another facility took place, it went horribly wrong. The lack of training of new teachers is evident and the lack of communication between staff is awful. You could feel the tension in the air as you walked in between the staff and management. Several incidents took place and that's when I had it enough with this institution. First, we had asked repeatedly for months to not move our child until a suitable teacher we requested was available. (Mind you, we requested 4 times.) It was ignored and our child was moved. Upon picking up our child, they had no idea what classroom he was put in nor had any record written anywhere. When they finally found my child, he was confused / scared of their new surroundings. I was beyond upset and scared for my child to put in a situation where we had asked for months to not do so. Next, our child had an bathroom accident and apparently unable to change him. I was never contacted or left a message of the incident. Upon arriving, my child was there watching a tv show with no pants/half naked in wet underwear. I asked the teacher why wasn't I notified, response was, "We told the director." Director was unaware and brushed off the incident as a lack of communication between the management staff and teaching staff. Finally, kids are kids, I get that. But when another child bites your kid more than once, it is unacceptable. I was assured the first time it would will not happen again and the other child would be closely watched to ensure it would not happen again. Another two incidents took place. And believe me, I was beyond not having it. If you're looking for a responsible business/staff to take care of your child in environment that is safe for them to learn... This is not the place. It is expensive for a service that could potentially harm your child. There are far more better & acceptable places to go than this place.

Early intervention is highly important for help with children with special needs so they can succeed later in life. This school is not up to the task to discovering those needs and assisting your child. Right now 1 out of 56 children are autistic. That's not counting any of the other children with additional needs. My daughter did not want to integrate with the preschool classroom. They thought it was purely a behavioral problem. We did everything they asked. She was "super smart" (their words) so they wanted to keep her, but she couldn't handle being with the group. Though she was still listening/learning from afar (again their words) They tried to physically force her resulting in major meltdowns. They ended up kicking her out. They made me feel like a failure of a parent and my child wasn't exactly excited to experience school again after that. With the assistance of CCSD and her doctor she was diagnosed with high functioning autism. She's doing great in a general education classroom and still super smart. My point is pick a school that will help your child no matter what the circumstances. This school isn't going to do that.

My biggest concern is the staffing. The turnover is noticeable, and the center often seems understaffed. Because of that, my daughter has had several different teachers, making it difficult for her to build the consistency and relationships that young children really need. The dilemma I have is, I have seen things fall through the cracks that were concerning, and I believe many of those issues stem from the staffing challenges rather than a lack of care. That said, I want to recognize Yasmine. She has been absolutely wonderful with my daughter and the other children. She is attentive, caring, and has been a positive part of our experience that she gave me confidence in keeping my daughter at this location I truly hope this location is able to retain more staff and create the consistency needed. I can see the effort being made, and I'm hopeful things continue to improve.

From day one, we were welcomed like family. The daycare is always clean and well cared for, and the teachers, directors, and administrative staff truly go above and beyond. Everyone knows us by name, greets us warmly, and is consistently helpful and supportive. What truly sets them apart is the communication and partnership with families. They always take the time to talk through any concerns and make sure we're all on the same page both at home and at school. The engagement they have with both the families and the students is beyond words. My son has learned and grown so much at Kiddie Academy. The teachers are all wonderful at guiding children through important (and sometimes challenging) developmental milestones with patience, care, and genuine expertise. It's clear how much they truly care about each child's growth and well-being. We are so grateful to be part of this community and recommend Kiddie Academy to everyone we know without hesitation. We love Kiddie Academy of Centennial Hills! Thank you for everything you do for our son!
