What a damn good time!! Seriously! Non stop dancing. On Friday nights there's a bomb a$$ band,…read moregreat singing, and a bunch of happy people ready to have a good time. It's a nice sight to see! We stopped for the band and a nightcap after grabbing dinner downtown. There were 2 special bartender drinks on the menu. I can't rememeber the name but we tried them both, didn't like them and had to send it back. We ended up with Whiskey straight up. I'd advise everyone to stick with what they know as far as teh cocktails are concerned. Next time in the area I'll be parlaying in Three Links Deep Ellum. 5 star review for me

I've been in & out of Deep Ellum for a majority of my life & never noticed this was Three Links. I…read morewas always told about it, I even remember Serious Pizza & Voodoo Donuts in that area, now I'll remember Three Links. I was performing on a Saturday night & this was my first time playing in Dallas (I DJ). The whole staff was nice, really nice. They took care of me & everyone else on the bill. They have a nice patio out back with a high enough fence that no one could see me from the outside looking in. The place was spacious, I like how the tables were along the side wall while across is the bar + bar seating. In-between where the open floor sits the stage platformed high against a back wall. The sound was really good & they left the car garage looking doors up, which caught attention from those who were walking by outside. I enjoyed myself that night. I'll always come back, even when I'm not DJing. What I also enjoyed were the number of TVs on deck playing plenty of college football(this was the night of OU vs UT). That's a bonus for me when it comes to a bars + venues because I really like sports & to have options whenever it's present.

I have lived in Rockwall for over 10 years and had no idea this place was here. Super cool karaoke…read morebar with good service. I pulled up and there was a woman a bit to tipsy to drive, and a bartender came out insisting she call an uber and made sure she got home okay, so they have my respect for that great first impression. They only have 3 things on the menu: burger, hotdog, and Doritos nachos. I ordered the burger and it was pretty good. Honestly, no notes. I'll be back.

I've given Rockwall Tavern more than enough chances, but the vibe has been the same every time:…read morecold, unwelcoming, and dismissive -- from the bar staff all the way up to ownership. It's never felt like a place that values new faces or fresh energy, and that's a missed opportunity. As for karaoke nights, it's no secret there's an inner circle. If you're not part of it, good luck. Despite signing up early and showing up ready to contribute to the night, I've consistently been pushed back or overlooked. It's hard to ignore when the same familiar faces keep rotating through while others wait endlessly. The karaoke host (yes, you know who you are) makes it clear who's in and who's out. If you're confident, talented, or don't "fit the clique," don't expect fair treatment. Some people protect their spotlight at the expense of others -- and that's exactly what happens here. It's unfortunate, because karaoke should be about building a vibe, not gatekeeping one. It's no wonder the place was dead last Saturday. Places that don't grow community eventually lose it. I'm speaking up not out of hate, but because I believe people deserve to know the truth -- and Rockwall deserves better than what this spot currently offers.
