There are also warm food options to order. The staff was friendly and upbeat and answered my questions about the baked goods and food. I selected the ginger crinkle and was not disappointed. It was so flavorful and rich with real ginger you could see. I came back the next day for another one. There is street parking but it can be limited when times are busy. There is space to sit and enjoy your food. And there are some neat shops to check out nearby. Highly recommend!

I was in town on a Monday, just after Hoopfest, but they were the kind of busy where a reservation should always be made I think. My table was ready and I sat in the bar at a high top table. I think I would choose "in the dining room" next time. My server was friendly and quick, as well as knowledgeable about gluten free options. There is even a separate menu that lays out the dishes that are already gf or could be made to be. Love this, always. I ordered the summer salad to start. It was amazing. Flavorful. Fresh. The mint wasn't overpowering, the watermelon was the perfect ripeness. It was so good. I would try to recreate it but it was done so well, and I know I couldn't hit that dressing in the same way. Get it while you can. For my main, I had ordered the scallops in my brain before I even arrived. The risotto was a little soupy, but the flavor was SO good. The corn came through and it went so well with the scallops. The tomatoes were quite over salted, but as long as I didn't eat them alone, it was alright. The scallops were perfectly cooked and I felt like the portion was appropriately sized for the dish, even though there were only 4. My server really made the experience enjoyable. The atmosphere was busy but the booths looked like they could be cozy. The prices were on the higher end. But for a special occasion, it was worth it. I really wished I'd had room for dessert. I will surely go back the next time I am in town.

I love this place!! Definitely the best place to get an organic juice in Spokane! The juices and smoothies here are super tasty! The whole menu is awesome and healthy. Everything is organic, made fresh, vegetarian, vegan, contains no corn or refined sugars, and contains little to no soy. They offer a lot of great gluten-free options as well. It is without a doubt, the coolest looking restaurant in Spokane! This place deserves an interior design award! The fresh juices and smoothies are a steal at only $6! All of the ingredients are fresh and organic, so it really is a great deal! I live in Las Vegas, and I often have to pay at least twice that to get a similar juice in Vegas or LA, and the Method Juices taste way better! I really love all of the juices but my favorite juices are the Pure, the Vital, and the Fresh! My favorite smoothies are the Foundation and the Source. They also offer cold-pressed juices too, and they are really tasty. My favorite cold-press is the Revival, a turmeric and cayenne juice. Their house made hummus is very good too. I love the brown rice and quinoa bowls! They top it with any veggies you want, and they have a peanut sauce and a lemon-tahini sauce. Some people say the peanut sauce is too spicy, but I disagree, I wish it was hotter! Both sauces are great on their own, but I recommend having both sauces! They compliment one another very well. I'm really not a soup person, but they have some great soups! My favorite is their chili. They make salads to order and offer several housemade dressings, my favorite is their strawberry balsamic. You have to try their Chia Pudding! It comes in two flavors, chocolate and banana. It is by no means aesthetically pleasing, but it tastes amazing! One of my favorite products at Method is the Good Oats oatmeal. It's delicious and nutritious. It also is made from all organic ingredients. However, the best part of Good Oats is for every one container of Good Oats sold, they will donate one container to Spokane's 2nd Harvest Food bank to contribute to the School Pantry program. And, they are only $3 each!! For Juices: The Pure is the tastiest green juice I have ever tried. The Fresh is a citrusy juice packed with vitamin C and really does taste Fresh. The Vital is a must if you like the taste of juiced beets. The prime is a great choice if your just getting into the beet taste. After juicing for awhile, the beet and ginger tastes will grow on you! The essential is also citrusy but the pineapple and pear give it almost a creamy taste. The Daily is also great, you can get it with ginger or jalapeño, I recommend the jalapeño, it tastes like a Bloody Mary. For Smoothies: The Foundation is great, it fills you up, and tastes awesome. It has dates, bananas, almond milk, and house-made almond butter. The integral is a very good berry smoothie. The Natural is a sweet, green smoothie. The Legit has cacao and tastes like a chocolate shake. The Authentic tastes like an Orange Julius, except it has no raw egg or refined sugars! The Source is definitely a favorite. It tastes like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich! Ask for a little extra strawberries and its perfect! I may be a little biased, my dad is one of the owners, and I work here in the summers. But, I truly love this place! I would eat here everyday if I could. I wish there was a Method Juice Cafe in Las Vegas! I cannot wait to get back up to Spokane and go to Method! You won't regret going to Method! It is places like Method that are sending Spokane in the right direction. I highly recommend you stop in and give it a try! read more
