Adel TV and Appliance looked at it, told me it all looked fine but the motor was worn out. Their estimate was one tenth that of the other two. I wanted it fixed NOT to be told what we already knew. We wanted them to come fix our freon problem & take care of it since the model was only a year old. Tami was completely unprofessional via phone & the not the least bit helpful or sorry to help us resolve the issue. The miss know it all needs to come to my house & remove my fridge & take it to her house. Good luck with that. What's the point of buying local without FREE service calls when you've purchased a whole kitchen full of appliance with them?! I will never buy from here again. The only thing that saved them is that WHIRLPOOL has noted this malfunction in this series of refrigerators, so they are sending us a new one.
