I made the mistake of buying a Toyota Mirai from this dealership, and it was one of the biggest regrets of my life. The salesperson was overly pushy and not transparent about the issues with the car. I later found out the Mirai is tied to a major class action lawsuit and that most dealerships won't even carry or recommend it due to the hydrogen infrastructure problems. I was in a tight spot and needed a car at a low price, and I feel like they took advantage of that urgency just to close a sale. Other dealerships I visited afterward were up front and candid--they all said they wouldn't have sold me a Mirai. I ultimately returned the car, but this whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. If you're considering buying a vehicle here, especially a Toyota Mirai, think twice. WORST dealership ever. Their used cars are not reliable and overpriced. I purchased a vehicle from them earlier last year and had issues with the starter within the first week of having it. They replaced it but 4 months later had I to replace all spark plugs and pinched radiator hose that I told them about. That by itself cost me over a thousand dollars. Not even 4 months after that the car started having transmission issues. Called and spoke to Moe about the issues and he did not care. AVOID this place!!! Luckily I was able to pay off my car in full and purchase a brand new more reliable vehicle but not everyone is able to do this. Worst place ever. They take long hours to help and they do not care. BE CAREFUL and stay away. Do not go alone if you are a girl desperate to purchase a car. They will most definitely take advantage of you. If I could give this place -100 stars I would!! It's inconceivable to me that Metro Auto was unaware of such a glaring issue. The back seat lock was malfunctioning, refusing to roll down all the way. This was not a minor inconvenience but rather a significant flaw that should have been addressed before the car was even put up for sale. It's clear to me now that the dealership was more concerned with making a quick profit than ensuring the quality and safety of the vehicles they sell. There are also issues with the battery, volume button, etc. The list could go on. I refuse to believe that these issues were mere oversights on the part of Metro Auto. DONT EVER STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE!!!!!i I THOUGHT i was getting a deal the car 10,995 and walked out paying 14,300. While doing the paperwork I was FORCED and told they don't sell any cars without the security in the vehicle!!!! Why I didn't walk away was my fault. The security system is about 2,000 dollars. I bought the car cash. I attempted to demand the security system be removed and spoke with the general manager. They are just crooks!!! I did purchase this car and walked away with alignment issues!!! Tire pressures lights!!! And now when I speed up I have other issues I'm unaware of at this present time!! Make sure you take a personal mechanic with you. I'm a single woman and all I wanted was dependable used car. the regrets of why I didn't walk away!!! I was told I was wrong my alignment wasn't off. I bought a car from this dealer with them with them knowing it's been in a prior accident with frame damage! They did not let me know. Their was no major report on the vehicles carfax/history. The front passenger door didn't shut completely and the car veers to the right because of the frame damage. The cars caster angle had been maxed out to adapt to the situation as best they could. The main guy who sold the car is pretty shady and new the car had all these problems prior to the sale and kept quite about it the whole time. READ THIS!! This is the most shiesty, scheming dealership out there. Mo (Mohammad) sold me a problematic car and was nothing but ugly to me when I needed it fixed less than 2 weeks from purchasing it, WITH a warranty. I've taken it back to them twice for 2 different issues occurring within the car the first 3 weeks of having it. They kept my car for days, without a single care of the URGENCY. I needed transportation to get to work and lost a lot of money not having it. I expressed my concern to the manager, Sal and he was just as rude. He told me that I was no longer welcome to have my car serviced by them. Long story short, my car is having the same overheating issue that was supposed to be fixed the first time I took it back. The warranty Mo sold me is the GWC warranty (a separate company) that I paid $1,000 for!! I'm trying to go through them to cover the cost of the repair but Mo never filed the paperwork so my warranty was never activated. I won't be able to have services done to my car and get it covered for 30 more days. INSANE. I paid $1,000 for a warranty that I can't even use?!? I was screwed over to the MAX. Save yourself the stress and money and don't get a car from this place. They're very good at taking advantage and leaving you high and dry. I would give 0 stars if I could. I had a very unfortunate experience at this dealership. I wish I would of read the reviews before me and my gf went in. We found a nice 2008 Infiniti FX35, the miles and price seemed decent, so we went to check it out. I spoke to this salesman called MOE ABI, and he made our night horrible. First of all, the car wasn't even ready for us to see, so we wasted one hour waiting to see it. Meanwhile MOE said he wanted to get us started and took down our info. I had mentioned to him that I wanted to see what would be the cash price, if not I wanted to see how much I would need to finance putting a big down. He LIED to us by saying he needed our info for the paperwork, only to find out later on he had already run our credit scores without our authorization. This act done by him and his manager is Illegal, and punishable by law. I ALREADY SPOKE TO MY LAWYER THIS MORNING AND WILL SUE AND GO AFTER THIS PLACE, FOR RUNNING 2 CREDIT-CHECKS WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. I WILL NOT LET THEM GET AWAY WITH THIS. To make things even worse, the car had bad brakes, wasn't even safe to be street driven, and had the airbag light flashing constantly, something they never mentioned on the add at all. Absolutely terrible deal. I'm paying $21,000 for a $12,000 car (before interest) with $6,000 down because of "bad credit." Plus the car immediately needed $1,500 in necessary repairs. Do yourself a favor and don't shop here. They will 1000% take advantage of you. Sam Alsadi will lie straight to your face and tell you that the warranty he's trying to sell you is "required" by the banks and is accepted at any brand dealership and covers "everything." This is a boldface lie. 1. It isn't required by any banks for a loan. 2. It isn't accepted at dealerships. 3. It covers almost nothing. They knowingly sold me the vehicle with the factory shocks at 110% usage, among other worn out parts. The warranty did not cover any of this and I could have had a serious accident because of all of the integral parts that were worn-out. The employees will try to pretend like they are your friends, trying to help you out... Don't buy it for a second. These sharks don't care about you. Read up on some of the other reviews, depicting their illegal sales tactics. I wouldn't be surprised if they had several lawsuits pending against them at any given time.
