    Brought my 19yr old daughter to finance her first car here and Sam was Awesome! he was so nice very helpful and professional . Made our car buying experience very easy and enjoyable. was able to get her a good Nissan Sentra with sunroof that she wanted. He really went above and beyond to help us find the right car and finance. All their cars are clean in good condition. Great experience here . Thank you Sam

    They gon get you approved for sure!!! I came n with the worst credit score and they still made it work.

I've been coming here about once a month for the last couple years to exchange cash for quarters with zero issues. I do not have a Wescom account, but have never been asked for an account number as I've always just brought cash. No one has ever hassled me. I've even told them I have an account with Orange county's credit union so it's not like I've been trying to be sneaky or something the past couple of years. I am currently 6 months (and very visibly) pregnant and I came in with my almost 4 year old holding my hand and my 15 month old on my hip. As you can imagine, it's not easy for me to just get them loaded in the car and then get them out of the car (for an errand that otherwise would be very quick and easy) and then get them loaded back in the car. I had a $50 bill and asked if I could get quarters and the teller told me yes and then I asked if five rolls of quarters would be too much and he told me no and then asked for my account number and I said I didn't have an account with their credit union, but I explained that I've never been asked and that it's never been an issue over the last couple years so he said he'd ask his manager who was sitting near the entrance. After speaking with her, he apologized and told me he wouldn't be able to help me. I was definitely disappointed and frustrated so I was about to go speak with her myself to explain that I wouldn't have come there if I wasn't helped regularly for this exact thing there and to ask if I could get quarters as a last time courtesy since I was never informed of their policy in my past visits. As I was about to address her, I noticed that the customer she was finishing up with was my very recently deceased mother's good friend and I hadn't seen her since my mom's passing so we both immediately became emotional and hugged and we began talking and crying and while talking, I asked her if there was any way she could get me quarters since she has an account. This all happened right in front of the manager. I wasn't trying to be sneaky. It was very obvious what was happening and she was in earshot to hear that we were talking about my mom who just passed away. My mom's friend had no problem helping me out and going to the teller to request quarters and I was next to her for the whole thing. At this point, there was definitely some sort of secret communication between the manager and the teller before he helped her. She gave him her account number and then he LIES to a loyal Wescom customer's face and says "I only have $20 in quarters." He could have said I'm only able to give you $20, but to say he only has $20 is a bold faced lie and it's all because his manager was on a power trip. I'm thankful to have run into my mom's friend for many reasons, but the fact that they still wouldn't just do this as a last time courtesy is ridiculous. The manager clearly has no heart and likes having power. She definitely has the authority to override policy as a one time courtesy. It was just weird, cruel, and unnecessary. The saddest part is that all of this fiasco is so I can go do my family's loads of laundry. That's the main reason people need quarters. It's not like I'm grabbing quarters to go on a shopping spree or to take some frivolous vacation???
