They do NOT have any customer service or account agents that you can deal with. They sent me a letter to verify my car insurance. I followed all the instructions, and they denied my documentation but did not call me or tell me why. I have called many many times and had to go back and forth and do the same things. The only time they returned my call was when I did not make my car payment which is wild. I have tried over and over and over. This is the absolute worst company I have ever worked with!!! I am a customer with perfect payment history and over 800 credit score. When I tried to payoff my balance, they creatd a nightmare for me. They first said i didn't send them the check, lost my payoff check and charged a ton of fees. These thieves are the prime example of scum of the earth. They worked with the crooked dealer to sell me a used car and the dealer told me I had a warranty. When the transmission failed a mere 5k miles later they said I didn't have a warranty. What they had shown me as the warranty labeled "Maintenance agreement" on the paperwork ended up being an oil change schedule that I still overpaid for. I had to cover $1500 to replace the transmission which ate up my reserves, then got laid off in the housing crash. Quickly got another job but had to wait for my first check which put me a couple weeks late on my payment. THEY REPOSSESSED MY TRUCK AFTER ONLY 21 DAY LATE! I told the collector that my first check was incoming and they didn't care. They supposedly auctioned my truck and then sued me for the remaining amount of the loan! I financed a vehicle through them (not know anything about them) and they kicked back the first month's payment never letting me know. With a 7k downpayment, I continued making my payments early not on time but days in advance, and a year and a half later after getting a good bit of money from me, I was 2 days late so 32 days late on paper, and the repoed it. I called and wanted to pay the full 2 months after finding out about the first month's payment getting kicked back. Well, they wanted almost 5k for "fees" paperwork and such. I was pissed but said I would pay "Here is my credit card number," they said no you have 24 hours to pay IN PERSON or it becomes ours. I was out of state 18 hours away at work and said fine I am on my way then they told me "They are going ship it out of state so it's going to be really hard for me to recover" desperately trying to come up with any bs action to prevent me from paying and not to return it to me so that they could pocket the money and it could be resold... I asked if I could use all my income tax to pay towards the principal this coming tax season to bring that 14K balance down and they said NO. It would only apply to the BIGGER amount and only show as "ahead" payments... How full of Sugar Honey Ice Tea is that???? This place is Horrible!!! I wish so much that I had a more clear mind that day. I was taken advantage of not only by the lady who got me in to the vehicle but by Lobel as well. The individual on the phone stated he had to talk to his supervisor, he put me on hold for less than 10 seconds and came back saying my sons loan didn't qualify. EVERY single month is a nightmare. But this last time was the worst. The guy who answered the phone has serious Issues. He started to be rude in the beginning of the phone call, even before I tell anything. I was giving my info and his accent is not an American accent and he asked my ID number and I couldn't understand, so I asked again, he answered SUPER RUDE! By the time I started to talk, I explained they called me some weeks ago, telling I didn't pay for the monthly due. I scheduled with the bank to do this payment and every time I schedule with the bank to do my payments works perfectly, but not for Lobel. So, I was said the check never arrived and I paid using my debit card. Ok, fine. So, less then one hour later, Lobel charged me again using the check. I called them again asking why they charged me twice if I already paid for the bill. So, the guy told it was a mistake, but they charged me anyway. Somehow the bank didn't pay the check and the amount taken from my account was refunded. I thought Lobel refunded me but... I received a letter where they said the bank didn't pay the check (which can be true since the money I left there for that purpose was used by them some minutes earlier). So, I received a letter telling they were charging me 30$ because the check was not honored. WTF? I used the money of the check to pay them, because they said they didn't have the check and then they are charging me for the check not being charged when they already have the money? If you have an opportunity to try another financial company, try those first. I want to pay everything, but even to pay is difficult. After this guy answer the phone, I wish I never have to call them again. But guess what? To pay them I have to call, they don't receive my checks and I can't use their system, because they don't allow me to have a profile as others have. ‍ read more

And the lady wouldn't say her name or any employee number anything ., just said that I should call my friend immediately and that she would explain what's going on " ., which I was like " ok what I can really do for you ? This company should not be used. I understand they approve a lot of people for car loans. They charge high interest and make it almost impossible to get anything handled. They refuse to transfer you to a person you request. If you ask for a certain representative they will start your call on the automated dialer back at the beginning and take You right back to the same place. You can ask to speak with a supervisor and they will refuse to give you one. They change the representatives constantly that deal with you so you can never get things resolved.
