It cost me flat rate of $245 and took 1 hour and 45 minutes. I was able to wait on a couch in the lobby. This year I thought I would try another shop with some very slight camber adjustments. I made an appt. w/AutoEdge 2 weeks in advance for an appt. at 7:45AM, I live 40 miles away and was told I could wait for it. I arrived on time. While the atmosphere of shop was nice there was virtually nowhere to sit and wait so they directed me to walk a half a block up the road to a Caribou to wait. After waiting at Caribou(3 hrs.), sitting on the curb outside shop(1.5hrs) and walking around the neighborhood(1.5 hrs.) until my phone battery went dead, my car was finally done after 6.5 hours!!! They told me it was going to be $375 and that they were going to be "kind" enough to stick with that instead of charging me $120/hr until the job was done!! Would have been over $700!! They stated this was because I brought in "specific" settings. The only thing I requested was -.5' camber on front/back tires, no toe or caster changes, virtually stock settings. To even consider charging a customer $120/hr for a 4 wheel alignment because your technician doesn't know what he's doing is goddamn ridiculous!! When he finally got the -.5' camber in front, he messed up the already existing caster angle. As I said, I've owned my car for 33 years and lots of alignments. For a customer to make an appt. 2 weeks in advance, wait better than 6 hours with nowhere to sit, and then threaten to charge an hourly rate because your tech don't know what he's doing is the most assanine thing I've experienced at a shop!! I will never go back there and will make sure nobody I know does either.

Instead of doing the work I asked for, they convinced me to let them replace all the brakes, even though they themselves had done the other side just seven months ago. The pricing was already higher than expected, but what really pushed it over the edge was the added 3% credit card fee. When I questioned it, I was told it was a fee from the credit card company. That is simply not true. It is a fee they chose to pass on. Be honest about it. Customers can handle the truth. We do not appreciate being misled. On top of that, the attitude was dismissive and disrespectful. If you are going to charge premium prices, at least treat people like they matter. I walked away feeling overcharged, talked down to, and frustrated. There are plenty of auto shops around Richfield. This is not one I would recommend.

This repair shop is the most dishonest place I've ever been to. The owner is not transparent, rude,…read moreand disrespectful. I requested for an oil change and was quoted $65 and discount of $10 with coupon. Upon picking up, I was told to pay $70 even. I start to question the details but was not given a paper copy to clarify but rather verbally explaining to me about the breakdown of costs that did not add up. Owner said that my Nissan Pathfinder needed more than 5-quart of oil, which is not true. He claimed that $65 quote was just an estimate on my car model, and nothing can be certain until they start to fill the oil. What I don't understand is how can a repair car expert claimed to have 45 years of experience but yet uncertain on the volume of motor oil needed for Nissan Pathfinder. I've changed my own oil and also brought to other repair shops, but never once that I needed or was told that the Nissan Pathfinder needed more than 5 quarts of motor oil. Upon questioning more, the owner gets impatient and started to yell. When I'm about to pay with dissatisfaction, owner pull my key fob aside and insisting that I pay in cash. I protested and commented that the shop clearly showed the acceptance of credit card. The owner told me that he was making me to pay in cash because of my attitude. Not sure why a customer dissatisfaction can be claimed as bad attitude. He simply told me that "now I have your car, what are you going to do about it?" I insisted that credit card is the only form I will pay him. After he ran my credit card, and I get my receipt, I complained that this shop is running a dishonest business and will share my bad experience with all the people I've known. This triggered the owner going ballistic and started yelling again. He even charged towards me and holding on both my arms demanding me to get out. I told him to get his hands off me and not touch me at all. He threatened to call the police on me, which I dared him to do so by questioning what violations have I committed. He kept yelling and told me to get out. When one is caught not being able to explain the unreasonable charges, this person would believe that raising his voice and yelling can somehow justify his dishonesty demeanor.
