My boyfriend and I stopped in for lunch on a weekday, and everything was very good!!!!! I really enjoyed my sandwich. The ingredients tasted very fresh, especially the bread. Will definitely be coming back.

    Roasted Poblano White Cheddar Soup

I tried this place at lunch today because of the reviews. It is in a strip mall and is easy to miss when driving by, but I'm so glad I found them! When I walked in I got slapped in the nostrils by an overwhelming smell of unicorns and rainbows. It was magical. Garlic and warm herbs permeate the atmosphere. I started with a bowl of the Poblano White Cheddar soup. It was creamy and delicious. If spicy food bothers you than you need not be scared by word Poblano. It is a VERY mild pepper and perfectly crafted with the cheddar so that neither flavor is overpowering. It's also not too rich as cheese soup can tend to be. It was served with two slices of bread that look big and bulky, but when I bit into them they were quite soft except for a delicious crunch on the surface. I then ordered The Bomb sandwich with no tomato and extra aioli. This is their claim to fame and for good reason. The sandwich provided a flavor that matched what I smelled when I walked in. The aioli was strong and flavorful, but it didn't overpower the chicken which was seasoned perfectly. The bread was delicious and fresh as well. For dessert (because why stop now?) I tried the Cuban Bread Pudding. Traditionally, regular bread pudding is served in a bowl and is pretty mushy. This was on a plate and was firmer, yet still light and moist. The flavor leaned toward cinnamon with a hint of chocolate that was drizzled on it. It was not overly sweet at all and was a delightful conclusion to my ginormous lunch. I didn't talk about the service. There was only one server working and she had her hands full with 6 other tables and multiple to go orders. However at no point did I find myself wanting for anything, and she was knowledgeable with the menu and took her time answering my questions even though she was slammed. Overall, I cannot wait to come back even though I live 35 minutes away. I can't imagine this place can possibly last in this location much longer because it's small and I would think they'll get so popular they need to move to a bigger spot. 5 stars. Try them if you're in Andover. I don't have one complaint.

Try the Poblano soup! It's amazing! Sandwiches are very good too. It's the only good restaurant in the area. Friendly staff also.

Consistently some the best food you can get in the Wichita area. Good prices and service, I've never had anything bad here.

Great place for lunch in Andover, especially since there aren't many places here. We like the burgers. Also like that it is locally owned.

Our server June was detailed, attentive, and engaging without being meddling or scripted. What a sincere vibe! As a queer couple we LOVED the busy Saturday night following a Pride event. We knew it would be a splurge and enjoyed every minute. The rib-eye did not rely on salt and fat alone, and every part of the dish shone in a way that you don't experience at even the best steakhouses. We live hours away but will be back to eat at Lotte again!

The design of the restaurant is gorgeous. It is open concept with big beautiful windows and a ton of natural light, but it still feels so elevated but not too elevated that you can't wear jeans but elevated enough that you could wear heels. I saw people dressed casual in there, and I saw people dressed in suits. I highly recommend sitting at the chef's table, which is the counter that belly's right up to the chefs that are cooking right out in the open. It is the coolest experience to watch their every move and listen to them communicate with each other. You do not feel any heat off of the grill or the stove because of the way it's set up. You just get to watch them make their magic. I expected this place to be overly priced because it is so nice but honestly, the prices are great. For the experience and for the food, I was more than happy with the pricing. The hospitality there is top-notch from the second you walk in and every minute after that, you feel like you are paid attention to and that you matter. You feel like all of the staff are grateful for you but not in an overbearing way just in a very appreciative way. This restaurant truly understands that the customers are what keep them in business. We had a 5 PM reservation on a Saturday night. Like I said, we ate at the chefs table. As soon as we sat down, the owner came up and greeted us and shook our hands, introduced himself and introduced us to all of the chefs that were cooking. I noticed he did that with everybody at the chefs table, so it was such a cool experience. Then he brought us out a little sample to try that isn't on the menu and that was super nice. He checked on us a couple of times after that. In between him checking on us, we had the nicest waiter checking on us. He was more than a waiter. He was like a concierge of the restaurant. He knew about every dish and every drink and could give us very specific details about it and help us decide what we would like. Now to the food, wow I mean wow. Check out my pictures for what we ordered. We cannot wait to go back. The first surprise was the size of the restaurant. From the street, it looks fairly modest, but once inside, it opens into a beautiful historic warehouse with exposed brick, an industrial feel, and a lively atmosphere. I also loved discovering the large outdoor patio tucked away behind the building--it would be a fantastic place to enjoy live music on a future visit. We ordered the baby back ribs, which had just been introduced to the menu that evening, and they were incredible. The meat was tender enough to fall right off the bone, the baked beans had just the right amount of spice, and the fries rounded out a great comfort meal. I also enjoyed trying a local cider on tap, and we couldn't resist finishing with the Key Lime Pie Crème Brûlée, which was absolutely delicious. What really stood out was how relaxed the experience felt. Even though the restaurant was busy, we never felt rushed. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was welcoming, and it was the perfect place to unwind after a full day of adventure. If you're visiting Wichita, especially if you're staying in Historic Old Town, I highly recommend adding Public at the Brickyard to your itinerary. Great food, genuine hospitality, and a wonderful example of supporting local Kansas producers make this a restaurant I'll gladly return to on my next visit.
