My eyebrows are naturally shaped and full + fluffy. I asked for a cleaning, instead I got 2 different sets of eyebrows. Different shapes & different thickness. I'm trying not to crash out :) I pointed it out to the artist. And she swears she couldn't see the difference. I then asked her coworker, who then confirmed and apologized. I ended up paying for service and leaving immediately. Needless to say I'm upset. I don't even know how to fix them atm bc make up isn't cutting it.

On multiple occasions, before | was even able to put my name down or explain what service I was coming in for, I was told by Sue, the technician, that she had another appointment (once an eyelash appointment and another time a facial). Since there appears to be only one technician on site, 1 was left confused, as there was no follow-up regarding what service I was requesting, how long the wait time might be, or whether there was an option to return at a different time. The interaction felt rushed and unwelcoming, which came across as unprofessional. Even for a brief service like eyebrow threading, clear communication and basic customer courtesy are important. I value transparency and professionalism when choosing a business, and unfortunately that was lacking during my visits. It has been over 15 years and they have never grown back. I found that even though the other side grows back full, that making matching the shape of the thinner brow and thinning out the thicker one makes my life easier and does look good at well. I have been to a lot of places where they simply do not listen. They deny what I want because they feel like it's not exactly the style. That it's better for me to draw my other brow on to match my thick side. It's always horrible when a service provider doesn't want to what you requested because it's not matching the current trends. It's wasn't till I came here and meet Payal. She was so sweet. She listened, handed me a mirror and did little by little with constant checks in with me for if I was happy. It was a wonderful experience. I felt heard and respected. At the end of the experience, I left soo happy! I quickly filled it the brow and it was exactly what I wanted! Beautiful matching brows! And the lip blush - seriously, where has that been all my life?! My lip color was very pale and I am not the type to wear lipstick.
