Beware! This dealership would charge you for service that were not performed. I observed the entire oil and filter change that suppose to include 18pt inspection but no visual inspection was ever done. Yet at check out, the advisor hands me a black & white inspection form and states everything is good. I am shocked that the advisor would hand me a Multi-point inspected form. I am very disturbed by the form reason being, 1) when my car was pulled into the service building and up the car lift, there was almost no customer waiting and so I was able to stand right outside the service building with a full view of my car on lift. I observed the technician draining and filling my oil and replacing the filter, checking and filling up my tire pressure before they brought my car down from the lift and drove to the pickup service location outside of the service office. I did not observe any other visual or physical inspection done to my car 2) the advisor hands me report for the inspection which covers interior/exterior/battery performance, under the hood, under vehicle, tire condition and brake linings. Much of the items on the report, from my observation, was not done. I confronted this with the advisor and his service manager, the service manager, Gary Hidalgo, states they had inspected every items on the inspection form from where the technician was standing (by the way, I observed the technician standing on the outside of each tire; technician spend max of 4-5 seconds on each tires and not a time did I see him looking around under the car) 3) for those who reviews inspection report knows, inspection report are color coded, using color to indicate what item require attention. This report was printed in black and white. Advisor states that they don't have a color printer. Yet, I see a color form of the inspection report right in front of him. Advisor could have transferred manually to that color form instead of insisting that the black and white form is sufficient when I repeatedly states that I can't read the note in black and white. Advisor then proceed asking for payment while I am still trying to figure out the black and white report. He took my credit card for payment and said everything is fine with my car. read more

He was extremely condescending the entire time, asked me if the car passed my "little test" when I was inspecting it prior to the test drive. Tried to discuss removing add ons (which were of course not included in the price I was quoted online) and was told they are pre installed and cannot be removed from the price of the car. After Jimmy repeatedly told me "it's not my fault there are add ons, I can't do anything about it" I decided to walk out and asked him to call me if anything changed and he snarkily replied "don't worry, it won't." So, this was my first time at Honda. I had been a previous customer of Chevy, but that ended with a lemon. My son and daughter in law brought me here, because they had bought a few cars from here. So, I had an appointment with Emily Reyes, who I was emailed about 3 times, at 10:00am. I walk in and Emily is no where to be found, so Jeremy walks up to me and says she was on the phone, which actually we saw her walking around. I know she heard us talking, but went the other direction. So, Jeremy introduces us to Mr. Wu, he didn't seem all that thrilled, but we went on a test drive nevertheless. Upon returning, my son asked him a couple questions, that he seemed clueless about. We told him we wanted to look at some more cars, he gave us a sigh as though he wasn't interested. Mr. Wu disappeared and was later found helping another customer. If that was going to be my first time at Honda, it would have been my last! We wanted another salesman, and I sure as hell didn't want to give any commission to Mr. Wu! Thank goodness we then got Steven Holguin, it was like night and day! Steven was incredible, he explained everything, was interested, was so nice and caring, great personality! Steven took us on another test drive and I fell in love with the Honda Civic Sport immediately! He knew everything about the car. I would definitely refer anyone to go to Steven. We even had a nice chat with Kevin Wang, the sales manager, very nice person. When we got to financing, we met Mr. Marin, who was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I've brought my car here a few times over the years. I have a 2018 civic that I purchased from diamond honda in city of industry. I live in upland, so this location is convenient for me whenever I need service done. In the last three years, they have dented my hood not once , but TWICE when bringing it in for an oil change. I generally take pretty good care of my car and I always inspect it before and after I bring it in, so I know the dents were from them. Both times it was in the exact same spot as well. If you come here for simple services, I highly suggest inspecting your car for dents and scratches. Or just go somewhere else that's trusted! I called week before to schedule my appointment it was all done, I went there the guy cudnt find me and I checked my email it was scheduled different day ,the guy told me it's fine we are slow it was only one car siting in front ,now I know why they are slow ,i checked in and hangout there ,hour n half later I saw my car still in the parking,I was calm and nice just chillin around, its been 2 hours and 15 mins still the car same place ,so the guy comes out and he tells me almost done like I was blind, It's been 2 hr and 30 mins still waiting,I start losing my patience I received a message to review the dealer ,I ignored it at first I was like I'm not gona write, 2 hr 50 mins ,I decide to write ,I put 1 star worst experience ever i got mad annoyed late for work everything turn out a nightmare, finally I went in and I asked what's the status about my car, he said it's done and the car was still jacked up so I told the guy I rate you 1 star and that dumb guy asked me why would you do that, after 3 hr waiting for oil change finally got my car I was exhausted annoyed mad frustrated all in one. Chapter 2 NEXT DAY... went home I had weird feeling I cudnt stay without checking... I got up took the stick out and I saw all black oil I said prob it's just dirty ,I got napkins and wipe it out put it back same so I decide to open myself ,cuz usually I change the oil myself all my other cars , the only reason I do this car at dealer cuz I bought Insurance for power steering for 10 years and if you change the oil at place that it's not licensed you lose the insurance, short story ,I open it start draining the oil was he'll of a burned ,I changed the oil myself on it, cuz I still have their record that they did changed my oil... My car is 2017 have 22k miles ,and this is the place they always changed my oil from the day 1st that i bought the car ... After this time I'm thinking that I've been driving this car with the same oil from the day that I bought , So if you want your car to last longer without any issues DO NOT GO AT METRO HONDA , don't go cuz you will regret after your car gets messed up. HORRIBLE ... HORRIBLE AND MORE HORRIBLE. I normally take my car to the Metro Express station for all my maintenance and they have just gone absolutely down hill!!. Jose at the Express station is rude. I went to the parts department to find out why they are trying to sell me a spark plug for my car @ $47 a pop and when I got to the parts counter, there was no one there but I could hear all kinds of lauging and talking in the background. I literally had to have someone go to the back and get someone. The folks in the parts department were as useless as Jose. I'm done giving my money to these folks. I called Norm Reeves Honda in West Covina, gave them the vin# of my car, and the spark plug I need is $37 each, NOT $47. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. AND DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. read more

First...buying the car I purchased my 2012 Honda Civic in April. The internet salesman was named Alvin Neal. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. After emailing back and forth for about a week, I went in with my loan check and about 1 hour later I walked out as the owner of a new car. It was an excellent experience except for one thing. I was told after the fact that the car had no security system and I had to pay an extra $600 to get it installed (not too much considering I just dropped $20 some odd thousand for the car, might as well keep it safe). Great news :) He directed me to where to sign in for the shuttle to be dropped off at home and once I did that I waited in the lounge. It was very comfortable and I was picked up pretty quickly to be taken home. When I returned to pick up my car, Joseph explained that everything was fine and checked out. I went to Metro Honda to look at a used 2019 civic sport. I was met by Edmund (Ed), he helped test drive the car with my mother. He was very kind and conversational with us. Conversation was very natural not like those awkward uncomfortable test drive conversations you would have with a stranger sales guy. I decided I wanted to go further and look at numbers. As we were waiting we met John Torres, another sales rep, he was going to help us and also help Ed out, as that week was Ed's first week there. John was also excellent, very easy going, and conversational. He helped me get the numbers and compare the costs of the used 2019 and a 2021 civic sport. I decided i wanted to get the 2021. I was very pleased that they had the exact color, body style, and trim i wanted. I also got to test drive the car before moving on. After that we had to wait a bit as there was only 1 finance guy available, it was around 10pm and I had gotten to the location pretty late, so i did not mind waiting.
