So went to get a free car wash this afternoon around 1pm using the pin 76127 and I know what you're gonna say who can complain about a free car wash well I sure can not only did my car still have spots that were dirty the vacuums were very poor did not remove everything from the carpet but the worst part is there drive-thru car wash badly scratched my car mostly on the rear driver side I thought it was something that could be buffed out but upon checking it's definitely not an easy fix I'm super disappointed especially being that I was at a Honda dealership I would definitely recommend that they look into their machines to have this corrected because if it gets any worse they could be looking at a lawsuit I am extremely upset and And disappointed being a dedicated Honda lover I expect more from the dealerships free or not our cars should not be damaged when in there care I have already advised all of my family and friend Honda owners to not get their cars washed here read more

Prior to my metro Honda experience I went to rock Honda in Fontana beware of the wolves dressed in sheep clothing there. I had also made a quick stop at Penske Honda in Ontario. They really didn't seem interested in our wanting to purchase a car. Last but not least we stopped at Metro Honda. Isaiah the helpful Honda guy assisted me in finding the perfect car. He was honest, and never pushy. I got such a great deal, low apr no hidden fees, they even included the dmv and tax fees in our out the door price they gave us. Be careful with internet quotes. I received a really good offer via email from Metro and went in ready to make a deal. Wound up walking away and am glad I did. When I sat down to finalize the deal, the price was $2K higher than what was offered because of various dealer added options. I was told I needed to read the fine print. When a customer is being told they need to read the fine print in a quote, that's a losing proposition. So when you get a quote online, make sure you have them list out any additional costs so you get the true quote, or else you could just be wasting your time. On a positive note, I contacted Sierra Honda and they sent me a quote with no games - the price they quoted is the price I got. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ BEFORE COMING HERE. I've ALWAYS thought to myself when bringing cars in for service, "take it to the place you bought it because they can keep records of everything and get you authentic parts and nothing "cheap." Well first and foremost, I am here to tell you guys that not only do they try to rip you off by buying their expensive parts, but these people are THIEVES! First and foremost, about a week ago I took it to Metro Honda in Montclair maintenance check which included cleaning and changing my air filter, cabin air filter, rotating my tires, oi change, etc. Right before bringing it here, I had a chemistry lab at school so I took off my apple watch so no chemicals would fall on it and put it inside my glove compartment. (Please note: the cabin air filter is behind the glove compartment). I will get back to this later. Furthermore, during the scheduled time of service, I was supposed to get my car back the same day and hours and hours passed by, and I was never called or notified for anything. Right before closing time, I called asking where my car was and how much longer it was to pick it up only for them to tell me that they're keeping my car for the day until tomorrow because they were ordering some wire for my car. Like who does that? Why not tell me sooner so I can go pick up my car and bring it back tomorrow...I had to skip class the next morning (which was crucial) all because of their lack of responsibility to tell me ANYTHING. After going to pick up my car the next day in the afternoon, the guy called for them to bring my car, and I waited and waited and waited about 45 minutes for them to bring my car and it never came so I walked around their parking lot and found my car. Nobody was bringing it, they didn't care and to top it off all the plastic and everything was thrown inside of my car... very very disrespectful. So i walked back up there to ask the guy for my keys and he said "oh well bring it out to you", so I responded "no you wont ill get it myself I been waiting for almost an hour I can turn on my car myself." Infuriated, I left this place only for my representative to tell me that I needed to go back ASAP because both my back breaks were "metal to metal". Now, back to my apple watch story. I took my car to my uncles mechanic shop only for him to tell me my brakes are nowhere close to metal to metal, I took it to a friend whose a mechanic and said my breaks have at least a 6 months life for the 2 back breaks and they'll charge about 100$ to replace them once they're ready to be replaced. THE GUY AT METRO HONDA WAS CHARGING 400$!! What an absolute robbery!! So then I started putting two and two together... My 450$ limited edition Nike Apple Watch is missing from my car. I cleaned out my car about 2 times every SINGLE day until its ridiculously spot clean (with no items in the car) after I took my car in for service and was nowhere to be found. You may ask, oh its probably not in your car, I have a tracker on my apple watch and it says its in my car So it HAS TO BE THERE. IT all made sense why the guy wanted me to bring my car back ASAP for a "break change" they probably hid my apple watch somewhere in between the car where its impossible to find unless you know you put it inside of there. Now, it made more and more sense now BECAUSE my glove compartment was slightly altered due to the fact that they opened my cabin air filter (located behind my glove compartment where my apple watch was" and took out the cabin air filter and put it back in "half-assed" and didn't even cover it back up. Oh and guess what? THEY DIDNT CHANGE MY CABIN AIR FILTER... IT WAS LITERALLY ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. It had leaves, feathers, major dust and dirt. But hey guess what? Honda cares about its customers right? After calling them to replace my cabin air filter and to let them know they didn't do jack-sh** to my car but take my money, they all keep forwarding their calls to each other and nobody wants to take responsibility for stealing my possession and not doing their scheduled maintenance on my car!! I promise you this will be the last time I EVER come to this location and I will tell any of my buddies and family not to ever come here ever again due to their lack of unprofessionalism. Took my daughter's 2018 Honda because the air conditioning was not working. Metro Honda checked it and said they didn't find anything and wanted to do more testing but it will cost 419.00 dollars. We took the car to the Honda Dealership in Ontario, they determined that it was the air compressor which is under warranty and they fix it for free. Apparently this is a common issue and they had no problem with diagnostics or repair. *After my initial review a saw a review from 6 months ago about the same issue. Obviously, Metro Honda is aware and haven't taken any steps to correct the problem. read more

Was looking to buy a used Honda Accord they had listed on the internet for a low price. Drove 45 minutes to their dealership to find out they would not honor the posted price. Instead they add $3900 in "dealer installed" items. One of the sales managers came and spoke to us to say they purposefully post the lower price to get people in the door. They then indemnify themselves by adding a disclaimer saying price does not include "dealer Installed" items. I told the manager that it felt like a "bait and switch" tactic to me. He said that all dealers do it. Luckily found a dealer the next day that knows how to treat a customer and bought from them instead. Way to lose out on a sale, guys! read more

Metro Honda has given the one of the best service experiences when it come to my car. I bought my car back in 2017 a Honda Civic 2014; the car was on a lease before, so it came with 28k miles. I bought the extended warranty considering that the car was used by a different person; after all this years I'm surprise that I haven't had any mayor problem with the car; the only things I had to remplace were motor mounts and one shock, and of course everything cover by the warranty. The cost of these repairs were even more than the amount that I pay for the warranty, so at the end the warranty paid itself. The attention and service have always been great at Metro Honda; many times I received free breaks and suspension inspections, and I ended up paying just for the oil change which is good considering that I would've had to pay for that in other places. Amidst the corona virus being a pandemic and the President calling it a national emergency, I was really disheartened to see businesses still gouging their customers during these difficult times. I brought my vehicle in for a check engine light and without my consent, I was charged $135 for a software update to fix a problem from the previous software version. This is poor customer service and fixing a vehicle's shortcomings that were present from when the vehicle was first bought should be included and free of charge. Now, if my phone was to charge me for an update to fix a problem that should not have existed in the first place, I probably would not buy a phone from that company again. If you are reading this review, please learn from my experience and highly consider going somewhere else for your maintenance and/or repair. I strongly believe that this dealership does not have your best interests in mind and what good is a dealership that can not be trusted. Also, hand sanitizers and cleaning supplies for the seats and tables were not made readily available despite the fact that several other customers were coughing in the waiting area. Drove off freeway to metro Honda and after a wait actual grease monkey came to ask prob. Took my car out of line and fixed in 5 minutes. Seems physics works on tires too. The reviews of this place are ABSOLUTELY accurate AF. I pulled in here to have my car serviced on a Monday, no appointment. My home dealership is in Chicago, but I availed this one whilst in Cali since my car needed some TLC. I'm greeted by one of the guys in the Service Bay right away. He starts filling out a form and asks me what I'm getting. I tell him oil and he asks me to get out. I get out and he proceeds to essentially check my vehicle in. I ask him the cost, as I thought it was extraordinarily bizarre that he was checking me in without running down my options as far as packages and prices. He said he didn't know. He beckons a second guy from inside. The second guy comes out and says "A-1? oh, it's $69." The first guy goes "No, not A-1, it's *just* for a Trip A" to which the second guy goes "still the same price." Sensing the second guy was FOS, I ask to see the price list. Heightening my feeling that he was being deceptive, he goes "it should be in your owner's manual." He says this a couple of times, but I ask to see the price list anyway, as I had no interest in thumbing through the manual trying to find a price list that may or may not be in there. He motions for me to follow him inside. Once inside he does some shuffling on the computer and miraculously announces that it'll be $39 (a whopping $30 difference!). Imagine if I hadn't insisted on seeing the price list - I would've paid nearly DOUBLE for the same oil change. I settle for the $39 and agree to allow them to proceed. He asks if I want a car wash, too, to which I agree, since it's free. My intuition was screaming that something was amiss with this guy. He just came off as the type to pull a perfectly good condition spark plug in order to be able to charge you more at check out. Real shifty eyes and classic deceptive behavior. I kept my brow raised with this one. Time to check out and Mr. Decepticon comes over and announces that my car should be ready in mere minutes. I go over to his booth with him to pay. The final invoice, with taxes accounted for, is $34.86. Notwithstanding, when I go into my wallet to pull out the cash he goes "oh, no, it's actually gonna be $43 even". What? Whatever. At this point, I am confident that this guy's a crooked two-bit shiester. I should've paid with my debit or credit card and ran the matter up to management, but alas, I hadn't the energy nor time. This experience left an awful taste in my mouth and I'd never ever ever ever return here to have my car serviced. Ever. I'll go elsewhere, to a more trustworthy dealer (as if). read more

Yeah came here bc of a recall/warranty leak issue with the car. After 5 hrs, they told me they checked my car and that wasn't the case. It would be nearly $400 to "fix" the problem right away. "It's a good deal, you won't find better anywhere else" they said. I'm glad I went and got a second opinion at a different Honda location. It was covered under warranty after all! Got it replaced and completely fixed, no charge. Now why would this Honda location lie? Almost made $400 off of me had I not trusted my instinct.. other place said it would've been $165 for me if it wasn't covered. Bunch of scammers here! Came in today to pick up the key remote/fob to the car. I waited close to 45 minutes just to have someone walk to the front desk and grab the key. At first they checked the service station. Wasn't there. Secondly they checked every service technicians drawers. Also not there. Finally someone checked the front desk and the key was there. Mind you this was after my experience the previous day when I was told at 5:26pm the car service was completed. And of course the service guy who worked on the vehicle wasn't there that day. The worst thing you could ever do is get into a he said she said kinda thing. Thankfully my wife and I took pictures of the service paperwork and wrote down all the other things so they were able to locate the keys. Imagine going to a Honda dealership and telling them it's a Honda key fob. I'm thankful that Gary was able to help me. And I'm thankful that Ruben was able to locate the key. I'm not happy with Frank not communicating to his team members and customers about where the key was located. Imagine if I didn't have any of the paperwork. It would've taken forever to get things done. All in all, I'm thankful for Gary and Ruben helping me. We will be returning the vehicle and no longer doing business with Metro Honda. Service - Went in there on tuesday paid for an oil change. Was asked to come back another day so they can look at it again. My Ac had been making a noise. Ok cool, it was late. See you thursday. Thursday afternoon- Spent 30 minutes checking in my car. Not a big deal there staff is pretty friendly. I have a seat waiting for there courtesy ride home, seeing my car would be there all day. Guy walks up and states to me that they are only aloud to go 10 miles. My destination was only 12 miles away!! Wow 12! If you didnt read that right? yup I said 12!!... Last week I stopped by to Metro Honda of Montclair and I spoke to John Torres, he was good but when I told him I was just shopping around, he transferred me to his partner Armando Monsalbes. I told him I was shopping around if I can get a quote and he straight up asked me if I was going to buy the car. I said "how would I know if you haven't showed me any pricing yet?" . Long story short, he just gave me quote by word. He didn't want to do the process. And I left. I received a call from costumer care to come back. so I went back yesterday and guess what?! I got the same Armando Monsalbes! I show him the price that I got from Moss Bros. Honda. And he just said, "that's a good deal" . So he asked me again if I was going to buy a car from Metro Honda and I said, "well don't you need to check me credit score? How much are my payments going to be? , etc. and he answered, "I DON'T WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME" and I told him , "I have time, if you don't want to waste your time on me, it's okay I'll leave" so he calls his "desk manager " and guess what?! He tells me the same thing! That he doesn't want to send it to the finance company because I am not ready to buy. He said to go shop around other places and to come back when I get my prices! The worst dealership to purchase a vehicle! I leased a 2014 Honda Accord, after my lease was up the car was inspected and told it was in excellent condition and that I would only be charged the over mileage fee. Based on mileage I was over the turn in fee was quoted to be1,400 so I turned in the car. I than got a later saying I owed $6,700 for over mileage fee. I returned to the dealership to discuss why the big Discrepancy in the turn in fee and was a waste of my time. I spoke to the agent that quoted me the $ 1,400 and her supervisor and was just told sorry for the incorrect number and there was nothing they could do to correct it. They refused to make any calls on there end to their financing department to make any financial adjustments based on their incorrect quote. By far the worst management and customer service team, Dealership that I was unfortunately been a customer Thank you John for your response.
