Bob did what appears to be a fantastic job. Everything is clean and looks brand new under the hood. The quality of the parts that he used are factory grade or better, and so far everything is running like new. I hope to be able to keep this truck another 1000k miles. I would not hesitate to take my truck back or recommend to friends and family that they should take their vehicles to Mr. Pro. Mine was not a cheap job, but the quality of the parts and labor match and or beat any others, and with the cost of replacement, quality repair is a no brainer.

Carr Craft was suggested to me by another shop in the area, so I gave them a call. The scheduling folks were great and were able to get me in quickly, I was able to get it in and back the same day with an in-depth analysis of the problems as well as a quick fix to shore up some of the service issues in less than an hour. The service tech was fantastic, and the prices were far better than I had expected. I will definitely be taking my car here if it has any issues in the future.
