We got small cheese and pepperoni and small spring street pizza plus an order of chicken wings- medium. Everything was absolutely delicious and flavorful! The wings we're crispy just how we like them and the ricotta on the spring street was amazing!! I will definitely order again from Metro and recommend to my friends and family! read more

Service was slow which was odd being few people there on a Monday might. Our waitress was very slow, not attentive to us. Her timing was off most of the time. I've been going to Metro, since it was New York pizza in the 80's and it's always been great pizza. I love their chicken fingers and the Domenica salad and pasta salad is fantastic. The nuclear fries are way too salty for me but my husband loves them. The draft beer is served very cold which is so delicious. The service is good and the restaurant is clean. Don't miss out on this Vegas institution! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars because it's a little pricey. About $2-$3 over what I think it should be on each item. read more

Went to this location last night. Service was ok. My husband asked if they had Coors light bottles and he was told they don't have bottles. I told him to just get a draft and he looked at the server and the server responded that they didn't have draft beer as the tap system was broken and it's getting fixed the next day. We ordered 3 large pizzas and based on the price you would think they were superb, sadly they were mediocre at best. Fast forward to this morning- I was sick and know it was food poisoning as my husband is also suffering from the same symptoms as are other people from our group last night. Will never eat here again and will NEVER Recommend it to anyone. Based on Other reviews they have changed their menu and the food is of lower quality. I met a friend here for lunch and even though they had a good amount of customers we were still seated right away and service was good. One of the owners was there and he came over a couple of times to check on us and make sure we were happy with everything. Indeed we were because the pizza tasted just as good as it always does. They have tables as well booths and an area for larger groups. I love the complimentary bread they bring to each table and it's nice to have something to nibble on while the pizza is being made. They serve several types of pizza and some take longer than others. Modesto ($27.50 for large) - Roasted Mushrooms, Garlic, Roma Tomatoes and Fresh Basil. You have the option to add sausage for free so we decided to get it on half of the pizza. The crust held the toppings well and and the pizza just tasted great overall. This pizza as well all of the specialty pizzas can be ordered small size, not just large. I've ordered the smaller pizzas to-go and it still tasted good and was hot when I got home. They have a calendar with a different special on it each day every month. You can check their website or just ask for one, they are usually already on the tables. Catering is also offered and phone orders are accepted for to-go orders. The lunch specials here (mon-fri until 2 pm) are worth checking out and include a drink. read more

You still have more delectable food to come! Getting meatballs here, is like winning the lottery. You'll feel so good that you ate them, that you might even want to order more! There are two per order, and they come in a pool of marinara sauce. Have I forgotten about the fried mozzarella? No! These fried mozzarella triangles will for sure win over your taste buds. They are salty, crispy, cheesy, and gooey. You get a lot of goodness in one little bite. Gelato here is very special. They have a room designated to gelato. It is a little ice cream parlor attached to a pizza joint. They have 10 flavors of gelato that will for sure make you scream in delight. My personal preference is vanilla. It is simple, rich, and creamy. Of course, everyone has a favorite server at a restaurant. My favorite server here is Hugo. He is very kind and will always say hello to my family and me, even if we aren't at one of the tables he is serving. I learned of Metro from UNLOKT on instagram and had to try it after seeing they had Sicilian pizza. We ordered through their website and set a delivery time that came right on the dot basically! It was more warm than hot, but we didn't expect anymore given the fact it was being delivered and we were even lucky to have made their distance limit. I can't even imagine how delicious everything would be if we had dined in and got it fresh! -Garlic Knots has the perfect texture and flavors. -Wings could have been a little more saucy but the crisp and delicious buffalo sauce made up for it. We got mild and it didn't have a spice kick so we'll try medium next time. -Small Gotham was yummy but the crust was too soggy and we're not sure if that's because we didn't have it fresh or not -Brooklyn Jr was exactly what I was looking for. The crust was a tad burnt but luckily for me it's how I like my pizza! I did half pepperoni and half old school pepperoni because I didn't know the difference. Old school are the little pepperoni that bake up into crisp little delicious cups! On the half with regular pepperoni I also added onions, mushrooms, and peppers. Old school is much for flavorful! I've been having pizza here for almost 10 years now and it's still a strong showing in the pizza department. Usually very busy during dinner hours and it can get noisy with the kids getting grumpy before bedtime, but just order another glass of wine or another beer and you won't hear the screaming kids. ha ha. Food was great tonight and service was good. Our server forgot our salad, but we just took it to go and it's all good. I wouldn't order the Alfredo with grilled chicken, not only is the chicken a seperate charge, you don't see or taste any chicken at all in this dish. Chicken pieces so small even a child wouldn't notice it. This is a pizza place and a solid one at that, but you take your chances with other dishes. Oh this is such a sad day...Have not been to this spot in a couple of years and thought to stop in with some friends for a late afternoon lunch. Before I even get to the service and the meal; I'm having an even tougher time getting past what I am sitting here looking at. DIRTY FILTY WINDOW BLINDS (ON ALL THE WINDOWS) WITH NASTY OLD FOOD, BODILY FLUIDS, DUST, KID SPIT & WHATEVER ELSE HAS BEEN SITTING ON THEM FOR THE PAST FEW YEARS! Sorry for the ALL CAPS but I really wanted to emphasize my anger and disgust about this initial impression. I have taken several photos that I am attaching to this review to make my reference pointedly clear. After sitting there with my friends discussing how ultimately GROSS this was to look at; were then provided a basket of bread to start with. Eventually the lavender haired waitress (btw really?) approached us to take our order. We ordered a large Gotham pizza, some salads and some beverages. Salads were simple and nothing noteworthy to mention. The pizza arrived about 30 minutes later; it was watery, unevenly cooked, toppings totally scattered unevenly so that some pieces had 2 toppings while others had 5. Come on guys....lets take the time to craft a pizza; not just throw crap all over the place making it look like a sorry mess. This pizza was just simply a poor result of laziness. Service turned into a non-existent form once the waitress knew that we weren't ordering tons of high dollar items. Again we just simply wanted a lighter meal of just pizza and salads. She was obviously looking for a bigger ticket tonight. Unfortunately I always tip good service a $20. in a place like this; but NOT this time when service was not even there. No refills, no asking how everything was, no checking back, no nothing! What's super sad is that the owners of this place used to really care about the service, the cleanliness, the value for the dollar and for the quality of the food. Obviously they are not around watching over this restaurant like they used to. Perhaps this is why the place seemed so dead for a Sunday early evening. Perhaps this place has ultimately now become a kid-centric pizza shop; where parents take their children to spit food upon the window blinds. Sadly that's the impression that I got out of this last visit; since the obvious lack of cleanliness in such an upscale neighborhood leaves me shaking my head. I simply would no longer bother eating at this restaurant as there are simply way too many awesome pizza places in town. BTW Giordanos from Chicago has just arrived on the strip for those craving serious awesomeness! Best of luck to the "Pizza Guys" moving forward. We have come to this location a few times and we had excellent experiences before. Today we went and asked for a booth as usual. We were told none were available and they took our number and told us it would be about 15 minutes. A couple after us was told the same thing. A family after them was told the same thing. A few minutes later the couple after us was called in an was given a booth. The us and the family were called in. We were lead to a table and we reminded her we has asked for a booth. She told us we would have to wait longer and she proceeded to take the temperature to the family (she did not do that to us. When we confronted her about that she said that they were more and that was why they gave them the booth. We asked ti talk to the manager who told us that the family was waiting longer than us. Also ordered 1 beer, 2 glasses of Chardonnay, and 1 sangria. Our server was wearing a mask (didn't bother me), but you need to speak up so I can hear you. When I asked how much the wine was, she had no idea, then asked do you want another? Why would I order another if I have no idea what I'm paying, after 5 minutes she returned and said $7.50. No matter what pizza you order, Its delicious. There is a man who comes around and does magic while you are waiting for your food. His tricks are pretty interesting, not just for the kiddos, but as well as the adults. The restaurant itself is a great vibe, great space, and I also love that we can see the food being made. I would have given this place a 5 stars, if the staff was nicer and more attentive to their customers. This was the first time my husband and I ate here and we live super close by. I love the ambiance and atmosphere of the restaurant. Feels very family friendly. Service is sort of why I knocked off a star. The host was nice, one of the workers served us bread and butter right when we sat down which we loved! But our server was not so friendly. I checked in on yelp to unlock the free offer for a non alcoholic beverage and when I mentioned it to her she looked at me like I was stupid. Even tho she had no idea about it, she could have gone about it another way. She was just a bit awkward throughout the entire dinner. The food was delicious, we ordered the meat lovers pizza, it took quite a while to come but it was worth the wait and the bread and butter helped in the mean time. Terrible terrible customer service! I got a order from postmates and the restaurant will not let people place their order in advance. So I have to go into the restaurant and place the order. For a fast food restaurant this wouldn't be a big deal but at a pizza place I have to wait 20 to 30 minutes to get a pizza cooked. Any other restaurant in Vegas does not make postmates drivers wait in line. No one was at the pickup counter when I came in so I went and asked a server where I place a postmates order. He was very rude to me and told me "I had to wait in line like everyone else". The girl at the pickup counter was extremely slow and had already taken the two people's orders in front of me and instead of taking my order so they could be cooking it she stood at the cook counter gossiping with her coworkers. When she finally came to the counter she was also very rude and told me "at metro pizza they make postmates order like regular customers and that's how it works at metro pizza". I went to use the restroom during my 30 minute wait and before walking in I saw the two employees I spoke to gossiping to other employees about me. I could hear them! I walk into the restroom and an employee follows me in the bathroom and made me extremely uncomfortable. They weren't using the restroom. That was enough. When I walked out of the restroom I asked to speak to a manager and the server said the manager wasn't there. He went and got a guy who came out and I explained to him I didn't understand why they didn't take the order in advance, made postmates wait in line, which no one else in Vegas does, and then the 2 employees were very rude to me and one followed me in the bathroom. He didn't really seem to care and said they use a chow now app which is why the order isn't placed in advance. I can understand that but why are your employees so rude about postmates? I guess because they aren't making tip money off of it? I don't understand. What terrible customer service. read more

The best pizza in the valley! Always yummy, crisp bottom crust and full of my desired toppings. Service at this location is always top notch. The garlic knots, sliders and calzones are fantastic as well. I also really like the Tuscan Salad. I would recommend for single, couples and families as the dining room is very large.
