The owner came out for the sales pitch and did a good job explaining etc. When the techs came, none spoke English and appeared to not know what they were doing - i.e. untrained. It took them 2 days to finish the install. I had an issue within a few weeks with the tank-less water heater and they sent their "best" plumber out. The plumber was not happy either and said that the pipes were not installed well and that it was "a mess." At a maintenance session a few years later, the tech told me I did not need to use filters and then proceeded to close up the filter opening. so I could not access it. Needless to say, within 2 years the system was not working, they sent out a repair tech who told me that the coils were filthy and it would need to be replaced. WHAT! Fortunately, they fixed it for free by cleaning it - not replacing it. I guess if you are paying for the repairs there is a different set of standards than if the company is fixing it. It does work, but am crossing my fingers that it will last through the next 6-7 years before I have to replace it. They appear to hire untrained workers hoping that no one will notice. Run away from them before you have a disaster too.

They came out and inspected…read morethe furnace, and said the furnace was fine but our thermostat was broken and they'd replace it for $300. I told them I would do it myself, and reinstalled the original thermostat, which worked fine. 2 months later (in December) the furnace stopped. I called them, they said they would try to get here that day. We waited all day with no response. They came the day after and said they needed to order a part, but could not tell us when it would arrive. Into the weekend, after 2 full days without heat, they said to get heat on the weekend would cost $1200, or $700 if we waited until Monday or Tuesday. We chucked them and called another company. That company said this was a common problem and should have been caught in the inspection. They could come on the weekend to do it for $1000, or do it on Monday for $500. I shouldn't have called back after the thermostat issue, but I sure won't call again, and recommend anyone else also look elsewhere
