The company was really great, they sent me a bio and photo of the person who would be coming (which I appreciated for safety and professionalism), and the man who came was super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He also had some great suggestions and input on the project and location in the house, in terms of what's best to save money and simplify all the moving parts--which I really appreciated. Went all last year with a heated pool. Lockinvar will not replace it, only sent parts. I'm convinced that Botto does not know how to fix it. I don't think any one on Long Island can. I am in the process of hiring another outfit to replace the unit of my choice. My only choice with Botto was this piece of junk made by Lockinvar. My neighbor across the street has his installed around the same time. His is running now, but had multiple problems at the beginning I have not heard from Botto this season yet. Not working again. David tested the whole system for leaks. He found none. He cleaned everything in the unit. He also replaced a part. He went up to the attic and checked all connections etc. He placed a vacuum unit on the system for hours. Still no leak. He then recharged the system. Been working fine for over a month now. Great job.
