When I complained again, the manager tried to tell me that 1 lb was precooked weight. No. Even if that were true, beef yield across all cuts is 75-80%. It would be more than 9-1/8 ounces. But it shouldn't even be precooked weight. Everywhere else I order fajitas where they say "1 lb" I actually get 1 lb. So why Fresco's thinks it can get away with this utter nonsense - twice - and probably on a daily basis with other customers, is beyond me. I hate that Fresco's has such great food. Because I can't bring myself to go back and pay for two plates just to have enough meat for my husband and I to have a proper meal.
