The service here My goodness I can't talk about the service enough. I felt at home here and so did my daughter. The way this place catered to the kids in our party made me smile. I came here with my family and another family. As soon as we all walked in, the server greeted our little ones as if they made the reservation. Ivan deserves so much praise. The food is also amazing. Everyone enjoyed the food! If you come, you have to get the empanadas! I really enjoyed the empanadas here, especially with the sauce. I absolutely loved my paella. I got the paella Del Mar with seafood, and really enjoyed the mussels. My man ordered the chicken and rice, and said it was tasty. The kid menu is cheap, and comes with a great amount of food. Grilled chicken, rice, and beans for 5 bucks - YES PLEASE! I'll definitely be back!

Only found out about this place because my parents went here for father's day, was a bit out of the way for me but was a nice surprise seeing Latin food instead of Mexican in texas. The staff was quicknto recieve us and take our orders and my mom liked having someone to talk Spanish to while ordering. The ended up having the paella while I had the arroz con Pollo. Both were tasty and different from how I'm used to at home but in a good way, prices were affordable while the portions made sure you were full by the end of your meal. I'll be back in the future solo, so as to try additional menu items and I hope they live up to my first experience here, keep up the good work.

This place is a hidden gem. I recommend the Paella Valenciana. Note: I am allergic to shellfish, so I asked them to prepare it without shrimp, and it was great, (and a big portion). My wife got Ropa Vieja, a Cuban classic, which also was delicious. We finished with a Blueberry Cheesecake. It was the perfect slice--not too sweet and very tasty. EB Latin Bistro has become one of our favorites, especially because we can get both authentic Cuban AND Spanish food in the same restaurant!

Extremely disappointed with today's experience. Went there for weekend dinner and called in ahead and were seated promptly. We were given the complimentary Chips and Salsa, my SO thought something was off initially with chips but I thought they were ok! Order Paella Con Vegetables and Paella Valenciana. My SO asked Jalapeno added to her Paella, but they mentioned it will be Sereno as they do not have Jalapeno. Food arrived, wait staff got confused and gave my wife the one with meat. We had to ask them twice to make sure and switch them. Quantity is definitely less compared to last few times( Must be Shrinkflation) Veg Paella was missing the Sereno as we agreed, we asked for them again and by the time we got them her dinner was almost over. Flavors we used to love last few times were definitely missing. For 20$ I don't think it is worth eating here for the price , quantity or flavor.

I really enjoyed the few times I've visited this establishment. Food overall is good and the menu is diverse, containing more Latin entrees like paella and cubanos. Service was also fast and very friendly. There is complementary chips and salsa and I particularly enjoyed the chunky salsa. Food portions are pretty big and many dishes could feed 2 people if you're not too hungry. My favorite items were the arroz con pollo and paella. Both were similar, coming out in a small cast iron pan but with different preparations. My favorite part was honestly the rice which was very flavorful. I only wish that there was a little more char and crunch like in traditional paella but I was very satisfied with everything. Food: Arroz con pollo: 4.5/5 Paella valenciana: 4.5/5 Ropa vieja cubano: 4/5 Churros: 4/5

Decided to stop here as was looking for Cuban food in the area. We ordered empanadas, chicken soup and Paella Valenciana. Everything was REALLY good! It has a very good Hispanic taste. For dessert we had Flan. Service was good as well

Cuban El Cubano Sandwich and Maduros

Came out to check out my local toy store, Jayden's Toys, but was a bit early. So I rode over after finding this place on Yelp. This place was amazing. The food was great and the service was excellent. I had the Cuba sandwich which was good and the rice and beans were great. I had the maduros which were also good. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a small place which adds to the welcoming spirit of the staff.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food came out quick. You can tell it's a good spot when regulars are coming in and the staff treats them like family. Highly recommend this place.

Delicious. The arrow con pollo was amazing. So savory and flavorful. Well seasoned and chicken was perfectly cooked and moist. Service was fast. The venue is adorable. Will definitely be coming back.

I love this place. Gotta start with empanadas and jalapeño ranch. Finish off with some paella or Arroz Con Pollo. Never misses.

Do they have gluten free options?

Yes! Most of our dishes are gluten free.

Do you guys carry vegan I like to know what is it like in there because I never been is my first time?

They have Vegan. It is an intimate setting, small restaurant, casual. They have alcohol/bar available, unsure if it is beer and liquor or what but there is some type of adult drinks. Go and try, they are fabulous

We had a reservation, which is recommended because the restaurant was very busy on a Saturday night in May. We opted to sit on the patio because the weather was gorgeous. I am not sure if the patio is climate controlled in the summer or not. But on that night we were there, the weather was mild so it was very pleasant. They have happy hour on Saturdays so I started with an IPA on tap and the wife had a Prosecco, also for happy hour prices. This is a tapas restaurant so I will try to remember all that we had. Manchego cheese board: excellent. The crisps and jam were perfect with the cheese. Potato torilla: excellent. The flavors melded very well and it was very tasty. It's filling so keep that in mind. Ceviche de jalapeno: excellent. Not too spicy, the shrimp and seafood was fresh with no fishy smell. The plantains were cooked perfectly, not greasy. Brisket on crostini: excellent. Forget the name but they are a winner. Brisket is good quality and the flavors come together nicely. Chicken skewer: excellent. They smartly use chicken thighs so the meat is juicy and tender. Tuna tartare: good. It actually was my least favorite. The quality was very good but it did not have much flavor. I needed some heat, some acid, something to give it a kick. We were absolutely stuffed and did not try dessert. Our server Marcellus was excellent. Very helpful and pleasant throughout. He never disappeared for too long. Overall, we had a great meal and will undoubtedly return here again.

I was trying to save room for the main course, but there was something so delicious about those unassuming little bites. They were warm, slightly crisp, and completely addictive. We came specifically for the lunch specials, and they did not disappoint. I had my eye on the Piccadilly, a flavorful mix of ground meat with spices, potatoes, and what I believe were raisins and olives. It comes with white rice and black beans, but you can have them mixed together, which is absolutely the way to go. The combination of savory and slightly sweet flavors was fantastic. My only small wish is that it came with a few more sweet plantains on the side. My husband ordered the Cuban sandwich, which comes with a side. We chose fries and iced tea, and they generously brought us BOTH large iced teas. The sandwich itself was huge, easily big enough to take half home. It was perfectly grilled, warm, and melty. If I could change one thing, it would be to make the bread a bit smaller while keeping all that delicious filling. This place is also a great value. Definitely worth stopping by and checking out.

First of all, I got an email inviting me to come visit the restaurant with a buy one get one free, but it kind of seemed like they were annoyed that we were using it. This could be just my anxiety, but I felt like we were treated a little bit less warmly by some of the staff than other tables. For example, a manager of some type was walking the floor. He stopped at the table before us and checked in on them, skipped us and went to the table after us and checked in on them, and then only on his way back to wherever he was going, he stopped reluctantly and acknowledged us. It definitely made me feel like we were not as welcome as the other tables. Second, I don't like the inclusion of the picanha for the higher price (vs. what they were doing before which was an upcharge if you wanted the steak), because the protein that I like at Casa Pollastro is the chicken. I don't really love their steak and do not want to pay $10pp more for it. Lastly, what I had loved about this restaurant in the past was that it felt like I was enjoying a meal at a family home, served with love and care. I think that they've made some changes which are smart for a restaurant, but it took away a lot of the warm and fuzzies for me. It felt like they're trying really hard to be a high-end restaurant but what I remember from this last experience was coldness and putting profit first. Now I can't be mad if they want to grow up as a restaurant and this is just part of the growing pains, but I will mourn the loss of the experience that we loved so much that we chose to have our engagement party at this restaurant. We will not be back.
