Let me keep this simple : The food was bad. My soup was inedible. The salads had soaking wet lettuce and tasteless chicken and came with NO dressing, when we asked for something to put on it they charged us 6$ for two sides of sour cream. Burrito was tiny for the price. It took us 40 minutes to get drinks and another 1 hour for our gross food to come to our table. We didn't order quacamole but they put it on our table and added it to our bill. Would have argued about the bill but after two hours all we wanted was to get out of there!!! I love the chicken enchilidas here. However the service is going downhill quickly. I attempted to order lunch today for my office. Tried 4 times and got no answer so I drove over to place the order and wait. I was told 3 times someone would be right with me. After about 10 mins a server came out to the lobby area to take my to go order. I informed her about the phones either not working or no one answering. She responded by saying they were busy. Not a sorry or I will check it out. Waited 25 mins for the food and drove 2 mins down the street to work and nothing was even above room temperature. Sad because it's a cute place and the food is decent most of time. It will be the last time we order lunch from them. read more

We have driven by here from the gym across the street. Decided today to give it a try, sat at the bar cause that is what we do, good mexican beer on tap, chips and salsa just ok. Comfortable, festive atmosphere......prompt and friendly service.....good food! The chimichanga was alright, but the burrito and tacos were excellent. Served on a large plate with refried beans and rice.....also very good. Guacamole is outstanding and the fried ice cream served in a crispy tortilla bowl was a great way to cap off a tasty meal. We really like this place. Service is fast and excellent. I don't understand the negative service comments - I've never experienced it. Food is very good. My only negative would be the occasional lack of consistency in the sides. Sometimes the Spanish rice and black beans are super tasty and sometimes they taste like someone forgot half the seasoning. Guacamole tasted like it came from a can. No specific flavors and watery. My husband's burger was really rare. The server didn't ask him how he wanted it cooked. That was his mistake by not speaking up. Anyway, after lunch, my husband mentioned to the server that she didn't ask him, and she," We're not ALLOWED" to ask how a customer wants his burger cooked. Great place to go for a nice, quite meal. Service is friendly and fast. I'm not a huge Mexican fan but my boyfriend is. The chips and salsa are great to start off with, the salsa is not too chunky, which is good because I don't eat onions so I just dip my chip in as my boyfriend eats all the chunks. The chips are always hot and crisp. I usually get the Tex Mex Chimichanga which is good, but the cheese on top is just American cheese melted. But hey, I said I wasn't a huge Mexican food fan, so this was great! Boyfriend approves, so we will be going back. read more

I've been here many times, and truely can't get enough. The taco salad with chicken or steak...Amazing! Last time I went I asked for the Chicken Avocado in a taco bowl. They did it with no problems and it was delicious but I wouldn't recommend it cause the salad was more juicy then a regular taco salad making the bottom of the bowl mushy. We have never had a problem with the food. And always get our food quickly. Only once did we have a problem with poor service but I haven't seen her there since. read more

This place was soooo much netter when they first opened under a different name. Quality was lowered since. Nothing is as fresh and flavorful as originally. Some menu items are no longer available. The restaurant opened well, serving Mexican cuisine that was very good. Now that this is over, the quality dropped and dropped. The burritos and chimis are always soggy, the recipe is always different depending on the cook so there's no order, the waitstaff seem like disgruntled family members who don't want to be there, and now the quality is so "mush" we can't even finish our meals!! Very poor service. No one is managing the place. You have to work the restaurant like a fruit tree, but these guys are taking from the business without giving it proper care. Each plate has a lot of food on it, but the pricing seems a bit high. The food is average - nothing super special, but nothing terrible. The decor seems to follow most Mexican restaurant decor - lots of colors and objects on the walls. The wait staff is friendly and attentive. We've never had to wait for a table and the chips, salsa, and glasses of water always seem to arrive immediately after we sit down. Worth trying, but don't go out of your way to get there. read more

I just ordered combo laredo for two over the phone, however when my husband picked up the order it was made wrong! The waitress that's taking the order seems not familiar with the menu and not attentive in details! Disappointed big time! Don't come to work if you dnt feel like working lady! Need to train your staff especially the one taking orders over the phone. Your food is good but it may affect your restaurant if you have lazy workers! We stopped hear for lunch about 6 months ago and we're quit honestly blown away. The place doesn't look like much from the outside and really for mexican food it's kinda in the middle of nowhere so we were surprised to see it and we had to try it out. We were very happy with our expirence. They have a very nice simple, cost effective, quick and delicious lunch special menu. Having had such a good expirence we whent back again today when we're in town. And again had a very good experience. The food was great the service was excellent prices were good. I'm holding off with rating it 5 stars because I have not had dinner or mixed drinks. Being in the area so infrequently I have not been able to test out the main menu. I do notice there are some very steep prices on some of the main courses. I do not knw if they are able to cook to a standard consistently enough to command the price point that some of there dishes are priced at. But I can tell you the lunch is great! read more

My husband and I went here this past weekend for the first time. Once we walked through the door I already was unsure. It didn't look clean and the decor is a mix of Mexican and Chinese. We were seated at a table and the server brought us chips and salsa. The salsa was more like soup and it was awful. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and my husband ordered a cornita tacos. I took one bite and was so grossed out. I'm not even sure that was chicken inside of it. My husband took one bite and spit it into his napkin. We are not picky eaters at all. The waitress came over and asked how everything was I told her we did not like it. She asked if we wanted to try anything else. I told her no thank you we just wanted the check. She took our very full plates and brought them to the kitchen and took a good 10 min to get our check. She charged us for the entire meal. She then took another 10 min to return with our receipt. We spent 30 dollars on lunch and had to go around the corner to zips. There we had a nice lunch. My advice is save your money and your time and stay away from this place. read more
