First time coming to this place and ordered takeout. Got a builder on and was initially missing cherry tomatoes however, when I brought it to the attention of the server, they immediately provided me a scoop of cherry tomatoes. It was quiet for a Saturday night. Perhaps they meet more of a lunchtime crowd. Food was good and fresh and hot

Walked in around 4pm on a Monday, was never greeted and restaurant was empty. This was my first time here so I looked at the menu in advance and decided before arriving. Which is good as there was a limited menu for show and no explanation of how to order. When ordering staff seemed confused at what I was asking for - kids rice tray. There were two staff working and only communicating to each other when I was ordering. The falafel was burnt and dry, everything had a waxy taste, and T he hummus was incredibly mediocre. I barely ate my food as it just wasn't good.

I got a small build your own bowl which tasted wonderful inside the airport! It came with a pita. The server made my bowl quickly and was very nice. It's a casual and clean bar inside the airport, and you can eat your meal at the various seats throughout the gates. I liked the variety of veggies, proteins, and sauces available.

Similar to Cava, basically Chipotle for Mediterranean food. Had a bunch of options for grains, from rice, to bulgar, and couscous. Unlimited toppings which I appreciated! Lots of vegetarian options, like falafels, roasted veggies, pickled veggies, and crunchy toppings for texture like fried pita and fried chickpeas. The drinks were also yummy-cool flavors like lemongrass and cucumber sodas.

A simple bowl wow awaiting my flight. I enjoyed this bowl with fresh simple ingredients like the harissa chicken, the corn, the marinated cucumbers, and pickled onions, and the dressing was amazing.

Food is delicious and the service is excellent. My first time here and an employee offered me 3 sauces to try for free! My wrap broke and she remade me another one without me even asking. Everyone here is so nice and the place is so clean! I love it here!

Newly renovated and finally reopened. Hidden within the same building as the Navy Federal Credit Union along Crystal Drive. Parking is limited to paid street parking or in the garage. The place is clean and with plenty of seating even during the busy lunch hour during the weekday. A Mediterranean grille with the format similar to Chipotle, where you start off ordering a base, then move along to select proteins, vegetables, and ending with sauces. The portions are hefty and definitely fulfilling. A delicious option and looking forward to returning for more! Enjoy!

The food is just OK compared to competitors but you get what you pay for. There is good value here but I'd put Roti or CAVA ahead in taste.

This was a disappointment. Cheap imitation of Cava. It was not horrible, but certainly not worthy of five stars. Mediocre at best.

Usually, we come here when we stay at the Wharf because we're seeing a show at the Anthem nearby. As I mentioned in my earlier review, the food is tops and there are many items to enjoy. If you're gluten-free, the Lamb -Stuffed Grape Leaves and bone marrow are class, while the Mekanek is excellent. If you are not sensitive to the gluten, then order the duck shawarma with pita pillows. If you're in the mood for dessert, the ilili candy bar is so incredibly magical. I could come here just for that with its luxurious chocolate and caramel flavors and crispy mouthfeel. Everything is freshly made, savory, and delightful, with a full blast of wonderful flavors that radiate Lebanese goodness. Their cocktails are splendid, especially their mezcal-forward Spring to Summer cocktail with goseberry cordial, chartreuse, and lemon juice. Also excellent standouts include the Olive You Margarita and Keraz Carciofo Negroni. Plus, the interior design is gorgeous with its atrium layout, greenery, and dark green colors that provide an intimate setting at night. Depending on where you're seated, you can enjoy great views and people-watching. Ilili is one to check out in DC.

Food good but not memorable (as I cannot remember anything we had without looking up the menu online). I do remember it was very sunny and they kept fiddling with the shades to keep us out of the blinding sun. In reviewing the menu online, I now remember there were some outstanding items: - hummus with lamb confit - 5*5, I would go and order just this and a vegetable and be done with dinner. Seems weird to have lamb confit in hummus? Yes, and it was super delicious along with some pita bread - baba ghannouj - 4/5, solid offering - brussels sprouts - 3/5, there was a little bit too much going on with this dish, with grapes, fig jam, walnuts, mint yogurt, I had one taste and didn't need anymore I vaguely recall some special fish dish we had too, but again, not a good sign that I can't remember! It was good I recall, and nothing to write home about. If on the wharf, a solid choice but not super amazing fare.

I first tried the assorted kebabs. Unfortunately, the chicken had dried out and the kofta felt too crumbly. The chicken rice dish had quite aromatic rice but underseasoned chicken; seasoned rice alone can't substitute bland chicken drumsticks. The lamb rice dish had both aromatic rice and juicy, well seasoned lamb. I ended up combining the lamb pieces with the chicken rice. Out of curiosity, I tried a piece of their fried chicken. It proved juicy and not too oily. It would do well as a standalone appetizer in most restaurants. I also tried something that looked like lasagna, but without tomato. It tasted, to my uncultured palate, like a lasagna with some sort of cream or bechamel-like sauce. I quite enjoyed it. For dessert, my friend convinced me to try what I had initially passed over as oatmeal or tapioca pudding. The Omi Ali proved quite delectable, like a cross between bread pudding and oatmeal but with more nuanced spices and sweetness. I added it to my short list of desserts I enjoy, since I don't have much of a sweet tooth. Overall, I appreciated the breath and variety. Some hits and misses are to be expected at a homely, ethnic neighborhood style buffet.
