Mezeh has quickly become one of my favorite fast casual restaurants. As a vegetarian, I am excited about the variety of options. During the pandemic, I order online and request curbside pickup. The food is always fresh and delicious; staff is friendly. They regularly offer promotions and it's a great value for the quantity and quality. read more

The service here was absolutely horrible. I waited a long time just for someone to acknowledge my presence. Then I asked for the chicken kebab. She had me wait with no explanation of how long it would take. She asked her co-worker to help but that person was too busy on what sounded like a personal phone call. So I was ignored while other customers were being helped. I then interjected asking how long I had to wait and if it was long I would just change my order. She then had an attitude and went ahead and brought over the new pan of chicken kebab. I don't know why she couldn't have done that up front. I was about to walk out in protest when the employee finally got it together after I made the fuss. They need to re-train for better customer service. I won't be returning here. Ever! read more

Customer service was non-existent. This was my first time here and I've never felt so uncomfortable ordering food in my life. I asked what a couple of things were and what the difference was, which really irked the girls working. They barely gave an answer, and talked so low. They were definitely upset that we were even there. We were the only people inside, yet it was a chore for them so assist us? I was expecting a menu inside like the one on Yelp, and there wasn't. So that made it more difficult to put together a wrap. I wound up getting a steak wrap. It was a $1.50 extra and I got nothing. The servers ran out and asked for more from the back. Rather than waiting they left me with barely anything. I asked to try the sauce, and was ignored. We paid $24 for half of a bowl and half a wrap. Nothing like what we saw online. I'll wait for Extreme Pita to make it's way to the East Coast. We won't be back. read more

Cafeteria style ordering similar to Chipotle and Subway with reasonably priced food. There are a few protein options and many toppings piled high. Everything tastes fresh & full of flavor. This location is new, very clean, friendly customer service (but I felt a little rushed when ordering), & plenty of free shopping center parking. I'm a huge fan of Mezeh, so I don't have anything negative to say. This suburban location will attract all ages & backgrounds, and it seems the community has welcomed Mezeh with open arms & wallets! read more

My husband got severe food poisoning after eating a rice bowl from this location that had the veggie kefta in it. Not sure if that's what caused it but it was the only meal he ate that was different from everyone else that day and he was the only person who became ill. He got sick later that night and we ended up spending the next day in the ER and got a generous bill to show for it. read more

This was my first time trying Mezeh and I must say it was pretty yummy. I got a Chicken Shawarma bowl and a Steak Shawarma bowl for the hubby. It was so flavorful, fresh, and filling. I loved how quickly I was able to order, select my toppings, and be out the door to savory my delicious meal . I would definitely eat at Mezeh again! read more

Their service is the worst. They always mess up online orders. I ordered online at 6:20pm and reached there at 6:40pm. They didn't even start packing my stuff. Then they made me wait and they were serving people in the line and just ignored me. So I joined the line...and when my turn came, asked them where my ordered was. Then they rushed it. All in all, it took them 20 mins to wrap my order up. I walked out at 7pm. Never had this kind of experience for online orders at Chipotle, which is right opposite to this place. 2 Stars for the food, always love Mezze. Oh also...they forgot to pack us the bread with the bowl. read more

I love this location. This was when i fell in love with mezeh. They have high quality, seasoned and flavorful options that seem to be rotated every once in a while. You can always ask for a different combination of healthy, and filling salad options. Their meats are well-seasoned, and their vegetables are fresh and never leave you underwhelmed. The only thing I don't find fantastic is the pita bread; but that's not what I go here for. It's the salad. It's super fresh and the flavors are not something you can really get anywhere much else. The staff is always friendly and can cater towards what you ask for well. Oh and the drinks! they are truly great i've almost tried every one and all are healthy tasting and mood-lifting. Francisco manages Mezeh at Waugh Chapel. Our family catered a party for 40 people recently and Mezeh did an outstanding job! Thanks to Francisco and his team, every last bite was delicious. We had excellent communication during the week up to the event and every detail was perfect. I highly recommend this restaurant for its quality food. So I've been going to this location for over a year and even downloaded the rewards program app. I have read the mediocre reviews and they are really harsh. Yes this place can get busy like any restaurant, but they have really nice employees and I prefer their customer service over a lot other fast casual restaurants in the area. The food is really good and healthy. If you've never been, give it a try and I promise you won't be disappointed with the food! read more

This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had at a Mezeh. There were only two staff members in there but the second one didn't even appear until it was time to pay. The older women's refusal to add dressing and meat on the side (because it gets soggy) was baffling to me, never had an issue at any other Mezeh. The second staff member could not be bothered to speak and then was to busy fumbling with his nasty broken finger to even look up. This place is great. I walked in and great atmosphere, wish COVID wasn't happening to enjoy a bit. I best thing I can say is if you enjoy the Chipotle and Subway model for food you will love this place. Get the pita chips as they were money. Nice casual dining spot. Grab and go has been great during COVID. Custom bowls are the best way to go. There are so many options that it can be tough to decide the first couple times. I tried a bunch of toppings the first few times. Now I've settled into a few favorites. read more

Food is hands down 5/5 however I'm giving a three star review because i have ordered online twice now during the pandemic for grab n go and BOTH times i came in with my food not ready. They made it when i got there, and mind you there were no people ahead or anything, quite disappointing since there's a lack of quality service. I just wish their online orders were actually fulfilled on time and not made when i get there, defeats the whole purpose of a grab n go. read more

This place is amazing, delivery or dining in. The food is so flavorful, with delicious toppings and well prepared meats. I had to talk about this because of the train wreck that is casa della nonna, and my botched pizza. The vegetarian option for this restaurant is amazing as well . The couscous is amazing and the Jerusalem salad is delicious. If you are looking for a cultural and culinary experience definitely try this place. read more

I frequent this restaurant at least twice a week and everyone is usually very kind and provides good customer service. In the past two weeks, I have been told by one employee in particular that they are nolonger giving out bags if you only order one bowl. Other employees are still giving out bags for the one bowl. Considering I'm paying close to $12 for a bowl each week if not more times, this policy is an insult and is not good customer service at all. read more

The staff who work in this store are not friendly at all!!! They almost never speak unless spoke to other than doing just what your order. I was excited for this location to open! Today I am in for a preorder pick up and it was the same deal. I asked for my order and clerk picked up my order and sat it down on the counter and I think she mumbled thank you and walked away!
