I love it! Finally, healthy fast-food has reached West Springfield. Meat options as well vegetarian ones keep everyone happy.

I'm just not impressed with this place at all. We've never eaten from here before and I don't see it being a repeat. I get it, it's like Cava only no where near as good in my opinion. We ordered a few hours before hand online and I walked in to pick it up. No one seemed to take a hint that I'm halfway through the line and had yet to be asked if I had ordered online instead as I didn't have a bowl or anything being prepared in front of me. Finally the lady at the register initiated communication. I figured the big bag behind the counter was mine but when they read off the name "eddy" I was like.. mmmm nope! So she goes and checks out this receipt printer on the far opposite end and I'm thinking "okay, she's going to get the order and build it out... but that was the last time she spoke to me and I noticed she wasn't building out a wrap... hmmmm" So my wife comes in because I texted her the following "uhm... I don't think we're doing this place again, they just now started building our order.." My wife asks to see the receipt on the bag behind the counter, sure enough.. it was mine. They got my name wrong though, idk how you get "eddy" from "Cole". The manager tried to be nice and offer us free drinks but at that point I was thinking to myself "mmm nah, I just want my food and to get home" (we'd been on the road all day). Got the food home, I took 3 bites of my falafel wrap and chucked it in the garbage. Holy crap.. that was the worst falafel I've ever had. It was crunchy in a bad way, like.. I was eating raw uncooked pasta or something. There was very little flavor too. The three bites I took was just very bland. I'm not sure if this location is just poorly managed or if it was everyone's first day on the job. read more

I have been coming to this spot since pre covid and post covid. Best mezeh in the area hands down. Great staff and food is always consistent. Highly recommend for anyone wanting Mediterranean food at a good price. read more

Great service and friendly work staff. The food here is delicious and flavorful, way better than chipotle or Cava. I recommend trying the falafel and chicken. Their drink selection is also great. They have cane sugar soda and juices. read more

I walked in a little bit after 6 pm on a Thursday and the place was almost empty there were maybe 6 people eating there I should've left, the guy who took my order was rude and not helpful at all , it was my first time in and I didn't know the menu so I started to ask about their items, there was no one behind me but still the guy behind the counter , maybe was in a bad mood or he's just rude , anyways I'm not coming back here or any MEZEH restaurant, the review btw is based on the service not the food . read more

When you first walk in, you are greeted by a nice, comfortably heated room that envelops you like a warm blanket and makes the place feel so inviting. They have so many option to add to your bowl, whether you choose a salad, grains, or pita. The meat is flavorful and the add-ins are much better than what you'll find at Cava. They have more flavor and seem to have better character profiles. The harissa dip is spicy but worth getting if you like hot. I love that the portions are good, too. Too many of these create your own dish as you go down the line are too stingy with their portions. I get a good portion of protein and tons of add-in options so by the time I go down the line, I have a hearty salad. And lastly, the people are nice. At some places, the people are so unhappy working I'd rather not go back even if the food is decent. read more

Decent food but ultimately an overpriced Cava. Went to the opening and they were offering "buy drink, get meal free". I still had to spend 20 dollars because the protein portions were small and had to get double protein. They wouldn't let me get the free meal for my wife just because she wasn't in linez Nice employees besides the female cashier and the one tiny little angry short haired fellow that proceded to give me attitude when asking questions about the sauces and kept mentioning I have to pay over and over (I believe he was a manager). He then proceeded to talk to the cashier about my order and told her to charge me for the more expensive meal and give the discount on the less expensive meal. Nice location, but would recommend Cava to anyone over this place due to portions and the interactions with employees which were very unprofessional. This is my first yelp review, I felt the negative experience I had there warranted a review. First of all, I was a frequent customer at this restaurant so I know how the food usually tastes. I'm pretty sure the hummus is expired, the chicken was so dry, and the falafel tastes completely different. I tried talking to the manager about this problem, she was extremely rude and barely spoke English. The drinks are old and tastes like water. The bathroom is disgusting, I would think they had employees who could actually clean correctly. I used to actually like this place but it seems like the falafel recipe changed and your customer service sucks. NEVER will I be coming back to this dump, and I hope anyone reading this does the same. read more

I am usually not much on these kinds of "cafeteria" counter service kinds of places; generally, when I go to a restaurant, I prefer a server. This place, though, has really tasty food. I am in love with this place. Love having a delicious and healthier option for lunch or dinner that also reasonably priced. I love the wide range of toppings and how you can have a really wholesome meal. I am a big fan of the lamb kofta and the chicken kabob along with whatever toppings. I've been to this location a couple of times, and they always have excellent customer service. The manager Majda is really friendly, and knows a great deaI about the cuisine they serve. Ate there tonight and the chicken shawarma so spicy we couldn't eat it otherwise everything else was good. They did run out of a few things and we were made to wait It's always nice to have new restaurants opening in this area. Hope they can adjust their spices. It really was very hot spicy. read more

Their pickled onions made me so sick and I have no idea why. They also were slacking in having food cooked in an appropriate time frame. When I was there, they told me I had to wait for a certain item to finish cooking in order to have it be included in my meal which was annoying so I just opted to not wait but still.
