On July 25th, I received a bill for trimming the Fan Palm and a Queen Palm. I have no Queen Palm trees on my property. Leon's, get your act together for scheduling and billing. *Update - My next door neighbor has a queen palm in his backyard which Leon's trimmed a few weeks ago. He just told me that he received a bill from Leon's for trimming his tree and my Fan Palm. Leon's strikes again with poor record keeping and office administration.

Jorge has always been very responsive and was able to come out to give us a quote. Once we were ready, he came out again to finalize the plan and they got started right away. Throughout the project, Jorge has consistently demonstrated professionalism and reassured us that we can ask questions at any time. We wanted our new yard to be low maintenance and simple. Our original yard had DG, lots of plants and we had problems with drainage. He installed pavers that created a pathway to the backyard and carefully leveled the area to ensure proper drainage. I wanted wall to wall pavers and Jorge's color recommendation matches our home nicely! Also, Jorge added two drains in the front yard that have helped us tremendously during rainfalls. He added new irrigation, wired lighting, aluminum bending, two palm trees and new plants to fill in the empty spots I had.
