They charged me $28 for ONE Buritto. It was ice cold when delivered and there was no hot sauce on the side as I requested. Food was no good and they insisted no refund. Worst experience ever. Very disappointed at this restaurant I wouldn't even give it a 1 start I had place a order through UberEats it was buy one burrito and get one free I paid filled price and when I sawthey were prepping my food I saw it was one burrito so I called and I spoke to a lady and I said I orden this special and she said you need to cancel with Uber Eats I said it's not letting me since my food its already being prepared it's not letting me cancel I told her just leave my order how it is since the driver is on the way already then 5 minutes later I get a msg by Uber Eats saying that they canceled my order I called and uber eats and I said I received a msg saying my order was canceled she said that the restaurant canceled it and I called the restaurant the restaurant said oh we didn't canceled I said uber eats it's telling me you called and canceled and then she said ok yes ( I recorded the phone conversation) I did call uber support services to cancel it!! She was so rude over the phone so now I was left with no food and the restaurant took my money because uber eats won't refund my money and actually I was reading the reviews and it looks like they do this as a SCAM it look like I wasn't the first person they've done this too. Okay so this place is very unique and a true definition of a local business. I stopped here for some tacos to take home with me and man they were incredible. Location: So this place is located right on Chapman Ave just a few blocks away from the Orange Circle. It is located in a very small building that does resemble a house (hence the name Mi Casa). It is VERY easy to drive past it because again it looks like a house. There is a giant sign that does say its name and that helped me to not pass it. Restaurant: Now this restaurant has a very small covered patio. So because the patio is very small it can get crowded quick. Now I do recommend you just grab food and keep driving since it is so small. I do love all the small mementos hung all over this patio. It makes it feel like a home! Food: They have every kind of mexican food on their menu from tacos to tamales. I even saw burgers and fish. So the menu is very unique. This review is only for their tacos since that is all we bought. The tacos are cooked and seasoned so perfectly! I loved the flavors of them! The price of the tacos was super cheap too. I would 100% recommend this restaurant to everyone. It is a cute local place that is not very expensive. It also serves some amazing food! 10/10 would recommend. read more
