The flavor of the coconut boba drink is delicious here. They had a special on Friday which is why I gave it a try. I recommend downloading the app so you know what the daily specials are. This location is off the 210 freeway exit Ayala . I will say that the name is very misleading as viewing the menu. They have very limited coffee options. This is my first visit and I decided to go with the ice vanilla coffee over almond milk. I did add Boba the total came out to about seven dollars plus tax. At first, the coffee was slightly watered down. I gave it a good stir however it did taste in my opinion, slightly bitter. I went back into the location and asked to exchange it for a milk, tea Boba and The cashier politely apologize for any inconvenience and prepared a replacement right away. Thai T were pretty good flavorful and the Boba texture is great. They have other food options and ice cream. I did not try .I'm not sure if I'll come back but I really am appreciative of the customer service provided today. read more

Coffee Nutzz hit the spot on a roadtrip and is a solid easy drive thru option if you want something a little different then a big chain brand. Always love a good drive thru. I was happy to stop by here as there was no line and it was easy in and out. They have a large menu and plenty of drink and bite options. I was impressed with the variety of flavors and items to choose from. Service was definitely 5 stars. The gal came on the speaker right away and had a lovely attitude. She was very helpful and nice. Took my order with ease and then had my order all ready and made by the time I came to the window. Very nice staff and friendly service here. Prices are average. I wish it was just a tad cheaper. Two drinks and one breakfast wrap were $21. A bit steep given I didn't love everything I got. Also one of the drinks was a small. Meh. Could be worse, just noting I wouldn't pay that much for what I got again. I really liked the dragonfruit refresher but also just to note it surprisingly wasn't sweet at all. I like a sweet drink so I was surprised. But with it being a hot day it was very refreshing and tasty. Next time I'd opt for sweetener but it was actually good as is. The Carmel frappe was standard, tasting and comparable to anywhere else. Wouldn't recommend the bacon egg wrap. Not terrible by any means but for the price it was lackluster. Tortilla was a little stale. Flavor was okay but I didn't really eat much of it so that shows it wasn't worth the $. At least I tried something new. I go to this location quite often for Boba. Their Boba is better than any place around. I highly recommend it. And like the Foothill location, their service is outstanding. Came here the other day after an appointment since it wasn't too far from it, had always heard of it but never went. I definitely should've looked it up beforehand to save myself the time and money. I got a bagel breakfast sandwich (main reason for coming here) i wasn't going to get a coffee since the flavors/offerings seem very basic and nothing special. I decided to give it a try so i got the iced mexi mocha & everything bagel bacon/egg/cheese. the sandwich was good (asked if i wanted jalapeños i said yes, there was none on it) it's okay i just added hot sauce at home, bagel was pretty good but something you can't really mess up honestly. had the coffee and it was nothing short of disappointing. this coffee spot is more for people that want a sugary drink with a slight hint of coffee. The reason people say it's good is cause they add all these sweeteners and drizzles to it. You shouldn't have to do all that to have a decent iced coffee. Honestly i wouldn't spend the $7 again and would much rather go to Coffee Bean instead. read more

the WORSE experience ever! I have gone to this shop a couple of times before, and customer service is always bad, but I always ignored it because I used to enjoy the drinks, but I am no longer going. No matter how early I leave my house to stop by I tend to always get to work late. If there's ONE car in the drive through I already know it's going to take about 10 minutes to get my drink.
