Food is always amazing. Sometimes the service is a little slow but it is worth the wait.

Of ALL the Mexican restaurants I've been to over the decades, this is by far THE BEST !! It doesn't look like much from outside but once you walk in, you're greeted with fun energetic music and a very friendly young lady to welcome you. The burrito was served quick & hot and fresh. I was in need of warmth. Dusk rippled across the dusty canvas sky. I opened the door and was serenaded with the saccharine sounds of mariachi music; guitarrons, trumpets, classical guitars, the whole bit playing the same ole s**t. Scents of carne asada and churro cinnamon danced a flamenco around my nose. I was seated quickly, and on my way to ordering a combination plate of refried beans, rice, and carne asada to satisfy the painful hunger knot twisted around in my stomach for the last hour. They brought out the chips and set them in front of me. Margarita salt glistened off of them. I was hungry and wasted no time chomping at the f***ing bit. My taste buds were immediately assaulted, these chips tasted f***ing awful! If the wood department at Home Depot had a flavor, this would've been it. I think the waitress saw the twisted expression unfurl across my face, along with the silent gagging because she quickly brought me some free bean dip, decorated with chunks of seasoned ground beef and fine cheeses. It was a thoughtful gesture, but it didn't help mask the taste of the chips. The only logical guess I could muster up as I stared daggers at the chip bowl was that they must've ran out of vegetable oil, so they settled on second best: PineSol. I mean, it works on the floors, why can't it work on chips, amiright? Just as I pushed the chips at an arm's length away, my food came out. As I started forking away, my eyes were lured to the sign tacked to the beige-colored wall. Chunks of half-chewed carne asada fell out of my mouth and onto the gaudy orange plate. My stomach tumbled into my colon! Goosebumps broke out across my forearms in terror! "Needs Improvement," the Mohave County Health Department inspection sign advertised in murderous red. I broke into a cold sweat. I had already ate ten bites of my food! My eyes were darting around wildly, and the crawling sensation of paranoia crept into my brain; rotting and festering itself ad nauseam until I arose born again for the volatile, wicked ashes of those that come to light in the shadows. Restlessness bore the name at the midnight vigil and His name was Toby! He was the devil, and he had recreated himself in my image; incarnate. It was finished before it had begun, I was not finishing this food. I value the inner linings of my colon. I desire keeping them in tip-top shape, and now I got s*** festering to get out of my body and into the nearest bright white toilet. I jumped up from my chair, knocking over a tall glass of water. I felt terrible, so I picked her up and dusted her off. Ricocheting like a rocket through the glass french doors and out into the street, the rubber bottoms of my tennis shoes were smoldering onto the inky black asphalt, leaving wispy traces of milky white 9 1/2" footprints. The ground was hit running, trying to unshackle the demonic chains of Toby and rotten carne asada! Soon, I realized my feet were outpacing my body. I was running for my life from this f***ing food. My calves started cramping and my feet finally gave way to the gray pavement slabs. I lay exasperated a mere block away from that dump. Murky brown leaked down the sidewalk gutter as I thrashed around violently. I was being exorcised of this nasty food! When the spasms subsided, I watched my excrement fittingly came to a sludging halt in front of that rank eatery. It was a paroxysm of fecal, and an expelling of the devil, Toby. As I laid on the blacktop, swearing to the Heavens above, I swore I'd never be back to Mi Lindo... and I haven't been back. read more

I thought it was the best Mexican restaurant in Kingman. The food was good and service was good also! I got the carne asada tacos and they tasted really good also got rice and beans. I liked the rice but beans were just okay. My daughter got chicken fajitas and got tortilla shells and rice and beans. A huge portion plenty of leftovers. My granddaughter got cheese quesadilla and it was huge also. Would definitely go again!! read more

This review is only for the food. We decided to get takeout after a long day driving. I trusted the Yelp reviews and am glad that I made hubby go to Mi Lindo. We had the El pastor tacos and the quesadilla with beef as well as queso. It was all very good, especially the salsas. We were happy eaters for sure. read more

This Place is Amazing !!! I have been there 2 times in less then a week . The food is excellent and made fresh. Kingman needed a good place like this . It not like every other Mexican restaurant on ever corner. The place is Clean and decorated nice . Stopped here to pick up some lunch while on a roadtrip and were pleasantly surprised to find 3 different vegetarian options on the menu that had some real veggies in them including broccoli, carrots and mushrooms. Everything was super flavorful and quick as well. read more

My husband and I have been there twice. The salsa was really good and the tortilla chips are served warm, which I love. The food was very tasty and well made. Service was very good. Every place that's new has hiccups so allowance was made for no alcohol as their license had not been issued yet. We have plans to go back and enjoy another meal there soon. read more

This is it ! Hands down the best Mexican food in Kingman ! Try the ceviche appetizer , then order the bacon wrapped shrimp with melted cheese and beans and rice , with a tall Dos XX Amber. Great service by Victoria and the Chef " whoever he is " is to be applauded for such a great meal. We were about to give up hope on finding a great Mexican food place in town , but here it is. We stopped for lunch on our way from Vegas to the Grand Canyon. It did the trick and the waitress was nice. However, the salsa was basically like ketchup and even our 15 year old "I eat anything" son wouldn't eat the beans. They were also out of horchata. I went to this place with a group of women and everyone loved their food. I was skeptical b/c I grew up eating Mexican food and this place is actually amazing. I highly recommend the beef enchilada plate. They even let you choose between shredded or ground beef which was great. I got the ground beef version and I was not disappointed. I will definitely be going back. I don't drink but they have a full bar for those who are curios. The only thing I don't like is the waitresses are wearing masks and I don't like not seeing peoples faces. I think they would get more business if they ditched the masks b/c the people of Kingman, AZ actually follow the science and know masks don't work. Other than the masks, I give it 5 stars for excellent food. Also, it says family owned on the door so we should definitely support them.
