I was disappointed in a few ways. Looking from the outside in the place looks beautiful, the images I had depicted in my head versus what I walked into was completely wrong but I guess that's my fault for having higher expectations. This restaurant needs a revamp. Very old school dining, tables are a bit crowded and not much decor. The bar was incredibly small and thrown in a corner. Anyways, walking in we were promptly greeted by the hostess which brought us to our server who then sat us and immediately followed with waters and menus which is always nice. The place was a bit dead but my boyfriend and I wanted some Italian from a new restaurant so this is a place we decided on. As I checked-in on yelp I got a surprise of a free bruschetta appetizer when presented to a server or manager, so feel free to ask if coupon is redeemable and if so you'll receive one. Besides the free app we went along and ordered the Calamari. These two apps were great. The bruschetta came in an order of five, a medium crustine with a nice tomato topping that nearly resembled pico de gallo but not spicy. The tomato topping was a tad salty but still so nice, My boyfriend doesn't even like tomato's but he finished off the plate with me. Calamari was nice and crispy I wish they had more of the tentacles those are my favorite. They had a few but overall just the rings. The calamari came with a marinara and some lemon. Tip is to add the lemon all over it brings out the flavor more of the calamari. Also, the table came with oil and balsamic with a side of bread that's to die for. Oil & bread is the way to my heart. Noted, I didn't realize we were offered a complimentary app to begin or we'd probably hold off on one of the apps we had gotten. Now to the entrees where my dissatisfaction came from. I was indecisive between the lobster ravioli and this pasta that had shrimp and smoked salmon tiger sauce. I finally decided on the ravioli and low and behold they were out. Considering how slow it was, the 86 list is definitely something that should be a must when serving a table. You really do get your hopes up and then go with the next best option. Which I did. I apologize I forgot the names, but as I stated above the pasta with shrimp and smoked salmon pieces in the sauce was just not good. Had no flavor. I ate the meal, the whole plate in fact but this was after asking for extra ovo, salt and pepper and more cheese to boost the flavor. The pasta was okay, it was spaghetti I figured an Angel hair or fettuccine would've been a better fit. The sauce is was a vodka tomato sauce, so I expected cheese and robust flavors and it honestly just tasted like the marinara from the calamari but thicker and less flavor. The shrimp tasted like they were pan seared and no additional seasoning. I'm sorry, I hate to sound rude. This dish needs a little perfecting with seasoning and I think it'll go a long way. As for my boyfriend he got the Osso bucco Veal I believe it was called but oh my goodness the flavor was incredible! This dish I highly recommend, but maybe with just some mash potatoes and maybe asparagus but if not the meat speaks for itself. Very fall of the bone, not to fatty. Melts in your mouth. Props to the chef the meat was done well. The steamed veggies were still pretty raw and the rice at the bottom was okay. Overall, I might give this place a chance again, but not for a while. Server was young and sweet, had great manners. So thank you for the lovely services and for the meals. Hopefully a better experience In the food department for me however. read more

Came here for dinner on a Saturday night. Very fancy-restaurant feel. Prices are little high. Bruschetta: very good! Simple but a classic. Gnocchi with pesto and Gorgonzola cream sauce: loved it! I got it with chicken and that added some great flavors to the dish! The gnocchi was awesome! I would recommend! Lobster and squash ravioli: this dish was very mediocre. I though the ravioli didn't have the fresh pasta taste and I didn't like the sauce. Lava cake: Good! Nothing amazing and I didn't like the hints of orange mixed with my chocolate. The past three months of my life have been filled with bad-for-you-omelets and twice baked potatoes (both of which I tend to add bacon and chorizo to) because they happen to be ridiculously easy to make and not time consuming. So between my daily omelets and occasional potatoes I'm consuming an even larger amount of food from restaurants and cafés. And it's becoming harder and harder to find anything but Mexican food near my vicinity. Don't get me wrong, I love Mexican food, but I like variety too. Sometime a couple of weeks ago I scrolled through my bookmarks and settled on Mi Piaci. The pictures looked phenomenal, the reviews are generally good. It seemed like a decent place to have a late night diner. Once I was actually in the parking lot, I was a little skeptical to go in because while I was in a nice outfit, I wasn't dressed anything like the party that just walked out (full suits and dresses). But then I remembered I live in El Paso and even if I was underdressed for the venue, staff would be too polite to tell me so. Even though I was only in [nice, fitted] jeans and a sweater, I wouldn't say I didn't fit. MP is on the classier side, but jeans are totally acceptable if they aren't worn out and hole-y. I really like the set up of the place. It's multilevel and even has a patio. It's large, open. Great for a dinner for two or a large party. It isn't loud, but not unbearably quiet either. The perfect atmosphere. The complimentary bread with balsamic vinegar/olive oil is light. Both the balsamic vinegar and olive oil were delicious (worth noting because some places like to skimp on the good stuff). The bread was soft and had a perfectly crisp outer layer. The Penne alla Vodka was superb! If I remember correctly, you have the option to add chicken or shrimp. I elected to add the shrimp. Every bite was divine. I loved everything about it. I finished off the night with the Creme Brûlée topped with strawberries (at my request). In all the restaurants I've ever been to in EP that serve Creme Brûlée, only two have evenly torched the sugar...MP is one of the two. The custard was just sweet enough and creamy. MP is now my go-to for delicious Italian food and the best Creme Brûlée in EP. read more

Absolutely fantastic Italian restaurant on El Paso's West side. I went with a friend last week and was blown away by the quality of the food, attention to detail by the owner/chef and quality of service from everyone. Restaurant was slow, due to Monday during COVID but everything from the sea bass special to the Carbonara were incredible. I'm from Boston where we have an abundance of good Italian restaurant and was pleasantly surprised to discover that Mi Piaci would have no problem competing with the best Italian restaurants in the Northeast. read more

I am absolutely smitten with this restaurant after my dazzling evening here on Monday. It was a beautiful evening so we decided to sit on the patio. Our server recommended a bottle of wine to us and we went with it. I forget the name but it was a nice smooth red that paired well with our appetizer. We tired the bruschetta to start - It was delicious and they give you a decent sized plate. They also give you bread for the table with butter. For our meals we had the rib-eye steak and the special of the night which was Sea Bass and roasted vegetables. Both were absolutely delicious. The Sea Bass was mouthwatering. Kudos to the Chef! We couldn't believe it but at the end of the night they actually comped us our desert and an espresso cocktail! What a kind gesture! After a nice of truly amazing service this was the icing on the cake. We were sold on Mi Piaci! It was only us that Monday sitting on the patio. We came at 5:30 pm. The fact that it was only us really made the evening so special. So if you're looking for a more private night I would definitely recommend a Monday. I just wanted to extend a huge THANK YOU to the staff at Mi Piaci. They made our evening so special and absolutely perfect. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting El Paso. I love Italian, definitely a huge fan of it, I mean come on my love for pizza was just the beginning. Everything about the food and the culture just astounds me and i cannot get enough. When I first discovered Mi Piaci it was on a whim with my family after the movies. Just looking for a new place to try and there it was. The second we walked in I fell in love with the look of the restaurant; the options of sitting upstairs, downstairs, or the beautiful patio that is gorgeous at night. Between the staff and the chef coming out to greet us and seeing how we enjoyed our food, instantly I knew this is a place I would come back to several times and I have. Been back with family, friends, and even brought my staff and volunteers for Volunteer Appreciation month. I have been here for both lunch and dinner and while I recommend coming hungry, just be careful how hungry because the food does take a while to prepare. Although I can confirm it takes a while because the food is absolutely divine. While I have tried a range of pastas, my absolutely favorite continues to be the Pasta Diavola. Shrimp, white wine, red pepper and herbs, in a chipotle tomato sauce. The chipotle sauce is the perfect kick to this amazing pasta and added with the shrimp I am always sated after my meal. My other favorite dish would be the Penne Pasta Scoglio, Clams, mussels, calamari, shrimp, scallops, and fish in a light tomato sauce, although since the waiter remembered I loved the Chipotle sauce so much, he recommended to order it with the same sauce. Let's just say I fell in love with him afterwards because it made the dish twice as amazing, because I had it without once, but for any spice lover, this addition is a must. Each visit has been calm and relaxing, and each visit has varied in terms of wait times. Although with company and just the atmosphere these wait times have never bothered me as with other restaurants. The desserts are also to die for and unfortunately at the time I cannot remember the names but I always end my night with one of their delicious cappuccino's. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would: My dad organized a birthday lunch for my mom, and this restaurant gave him the hardest time. They were very unhelpful, and were very rude to him for trying to do a nice thing for my mom - this *was her favorite restaurant. Yesterday was the lunch, and the service was horrible - unfriendly, unaccommodating, I ordered a glass of wine and never got brought out and never saw them to ask about it. The food is usually amazing but the bread wasn't toasted like it normally is, the food looked thrown together. And usually when you have a birthday lunch with a large number of people, the restaurant will say happy birthday and help with the celebration - this wasn't the case. If anything, the whole time we were there, we felt like a bother. Now I wouldn't be super picky, but the price was INSANE $100+ per plate, AND they gave themselves a $300 gratuity, for terrible service. It's disappointing that my dad tried to do something nice for my mom and her favorite restaurant, all for it to be turned into a huge let down. I went here for an office Christmas dinner back in 2021 and I was pleasantly surprised. We ordered the bruschetta appetizer and it was delicious. I ordered the cacio e Pepe and it was so simple but so good. We ended the dinner with desert and the creme brûlée is to die for. I took my wife there for her birthday and they sung happy birthday in Italian and gave her this really good custard cake with a candle. Wine is decently priced. Haven't been here in a while and came for dinner with my husband. It was the perfect date night :) The service was outstanding, the food was delicious, and the drinks were on point. We started with the eggplant appetizer which was very good. The fungi salad was truly spectacular and I highly recommend it. I had the lobster pasta and my husband got the beef tenderloin. I loved the pappardelle pasta that came with my dish. We had a bottle of montepulciano wine and I got a manhattan to drink after dinner. When I told our waitress I wanted to order a cocktail she brought the bartender over to give me his recommendations and answer any questions I had. I've always been wanting to try this place as I passed by. I finally decided to give it a try today and boy was a surprised... and not in a good way. First upon entry- no one came to great us. It was dark and empty and we thought they hadn't opened yet because there was no music, and no one was to be seen. Second, a server finally walked up to us as we were about to pretty much seat ourselves. He asked us if we had a preference to sit and I turned to ask my mother if she had a preference all the while speaking in English... what I found rude was the server asking us if we spoke Spanish. Obviously we speak English, I spoke to him in English... how would that give you the indication that I don't? I felt a judgmental atmosphere right after that. Anyway, we were sat next to the restrooms but I didn't mind it. I was just hungry and wanted to get something to eat for lunch. The menu is big and a little overwhelming. It could be due to covid that the menus were really compressed and hard to differentiate categories. The menus were also stained with grease and a little dirty. We ordered water and a cup of asparagus soup each. The soup was super salty and my mom's bowl was chipped on the side. For such a "luxurious" restaurant, you think they would have nicer things. I returned the soup and got the minestrone instead. It wasn't bad, the penne bits in it were a little hard. I ordered the calamari as an appetizer and it took about 20 minutes to get it after we finished our soups. The calamari was $14!!!!! And it looked like it came from a frozen box. It was small, greasy, and rubbery. I still ate it because I was starving and was cringing while I took each bite. I also had the pleasure of being stared at the whole time by an old lady facing which made my dining experience even more interesting. Another twenty minutes after the calamari, we finally got the chicken piccata. It was tiny and there wasn't much to it. There was barely any sauce and the chicken just tasted like it was seasoned with salt and pepper. The chicken was breaded and cooked good but there was no sauce on the chicken- just on the side of it and on the vegetables. Also- the vegetables were still hard! At this point I just gave up on this whole dining experience and wanted to hurry up and pay so I could leave but the server did not give us our ticket for minutes. We were literally just sitting there looking around and told our server we were done and hinted to him that it's time to cash out but he didn't take the hint. The server wasn't bad- he was just a bit oblivious to small things that servers should know. What I thought was kind of uncool was how the head chef walked out into the floor to chat with some customers nearby but couldn't come over and ask us how our meal was considering that I sent a food item back. It wasn't until we were already ready to leave that he asked us about our meal... I feel as though he did this to cover his back. Had he actually cared- he would've came out right then and there to make sure everything was okay. Overall, this place is overpriced when the quality isn't there. Even down to the decor, it needs a total renovation. If I'm going to pay over $70... I want a better dining experience. I found this little gem on one of my trips to El Paso. My girlfriend and I were starving around lunch time and we passed by this place and decided to give it a try. We walked in and noticed how elegant the restaurant is set up. You walk down a curved ramp almost as if you're about to be announced entering the restaurant. The waiters are dressed near formally and there is white linen on every table. Our waiter was very kind and let us know about the menu and what was good. He made sure our water glasses were filled as well. We decided on the parma sandwich first. It contained thinly sliced prosciutto, sweet Gorgonzola, romaine and mayonnaise on rosemary olive bread. The saltiness of the prosciutto was balanced nicely by the pungent Gorgonzola. The next item we got was the roast pork sandwich. It consisted of thinly sliced roasted pork tenderloin with red onions and sliced asiago cheese on ciabatta bread. The roast pork was breaded and fried wonderfully. It had the right amount of crunch and was well seasoned. We've also tried the portobello sandwich which included grilled portobello mushroom topped with red onions, fresh spinach, fresh mozzarella and sun dried tomato pesto on focaccia bread. Pretty amazing sandwich as the mushrooms are sauteed perfectly and the pesto is more like a good tomato sauce with zing. All sandwiches included a choice of soup or a small mixed greens salad and topped with balsamic vinaigrette. We tried the Minestrone and the salad and both were well prepared. We also tried the house made tiramisu and although I'm not normally a fan of that dessert, this was the best one I've ever tasted. They use angel food cake instead of lady fingers and a great brandy that really goes well with the cocoa powder, chocolate syrup and walnuts. I'll let you order one for yourself and you can decide what you think. Tip. They sometimes run coupons on www.elpasotimes.com so keep your eyes open. Also, at lunch time it isn't as busy as it can get at night. You can get a free desert if you let the waiter know it's your birthday. If you want a flavorful Italian meal, good service, and great ambiance, please give this place a try. You will be upset you didn't try it sooner. read more

As I've said before, I'm very picky about Italian restaurants in El Paso. Fortunately, this restaurant is always consistent and gives me enough variety which as a pescetarian I find lacking in a lot of local restaurants. On my most recent visit, I asked the waiter to have the chef cook me whatever he wanted. I know sometimes the chefs like to have a bit of fun in the kitchen. While I was waiting for my Mystery Dish to come out, I ordered the Cream of Corn Soup. I'm not big on cream soups, but this one was good. I should have gotten a cup instead of a bowl however since it was so rich. It was strange to have something that almost seemed like Creamed Corn. In between a few sips of this, the waiter came over and told me the chef wanted to know if I preferred cream or tomato based dishes. Since I'm not a fan of cream sauces, I let him do his thing with tomato sauce. Somehow, right as I finished my bowl of soup, out came what I call Spaghetti al Cosimo (why not name it after the chef, right?). It was a pasta del mare with enough sauce to be a condiment and not a drink. Mixed in with this was octopus, clams, mussels and shrimp and an obscene portion of pasta. It's rare that I take home food from restaurants, but I made the exception after I only completed half. Although my uniform was about to bust off my body, I needed a little something sweet on my tongue after the natural saltiness of the seafood. I order the Macedonia Crema. Macerate berries in a mascarpone cream. Really, how can you go wrong with that. That with a side of Grow Hair on your Chest strong espresso completed a wonderful lunch outing. Going off of the reviews, my boyfriend and I decided to try Mi Piaci on a Friday night. Thinking it may be busy, I called fifteen minutes ahead and left a name. When we got arrived, we were seated promptly. The restaurant was very nice and though there was hardly anyone there, almost all of the surrounding tables had reservation cards on them. Our waiter was extremely helpful and recommended the scoglio and the gnocchi. My boyfriend adored the scoglio and the gnocchi was incredible. The bolognese sauce topped off the wonderful potato dumplings. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Mi Piaci. You may not want to dress with holey jeans and a t-shirt, but you don't have to wear a shirt and tie. UPDATE: Mi Piaci is still the best Italian restaurant I have found in El Paso. I crave it every few weeks and we go. I have not had a single bad experience here. And I might add that the gnocchi is so incredible that I have not ventured out onto other dishes on the menu. read more

I chose this restaurant based on Yelp's safety rating and another Houstonian's yelp review (we KNOW good food in Houston!). I arrived early to dine with a friend and found the restaurant empty at 4:30pm. Bathroom was clean..I think, I have to agree that the lighting is so dim as to hide any housekeeping faux pas. Friend and I both realized that the 'table for 2' size was not going to be comfortable, so we requested and got a table change to a 4 chair table. That was a good move, as table service mishaps would show later. The good: the food is worth the trip across town to dine here. Fresh made pasta complementing fresh salmon with the lemon sauce on the side, veggies al dente, fresh & green. The house balsamic dressing over greens was delicous, and dinner salad just right sized so as not to blunt the appetite for the main course. Their Limoncello based cocktail was just the right amount of tang and sweet to go with the salad and fish. Staff are professionally dressed, well groomed, polite, and helpful. The salmon was lightly breaded and pan fried, sliced thinner than any salmon I've ever seen before. This indicates the chef (or sous chef) had a whole fish to carve from. All of the 5 pieces of fish were perfectly cooked, draped over angel hair spagetti. Overall, wait staff are eager to please: one fellow found me a pillow to boost me up on the chair to get my leg level with the floor. Hip replacements don't allow sitting flexed at the hip for very long. The 'needs work': Service. Our waiter was most gracious, if a little nervous. When we could get him to come to the table, he was very attentive, but it became tiresome to have to hunt him down and do a Navy Flagman Wave to get his attention to progress to the next phase of the meal. Being the ONLY two women seated in the dining room, it took 30 minutes+ to get a drink order in, then more waiting on the order for appetizer/salad, more waiting on the entree order, dessert, a second drink, check. Every question asked about dishes had him disappearing into the kitchen(?!)...so maybe a new guy? Bless his heart, he was TRYING with his other hand folded behind his back with he spilled my first Lemon Drop drink on the white linen tablecloth. If he had come AROUND the table instead of reaching over he would have landed the full glass AND looked like a pro! Fortunately, I carry hand sanitizer cloths with me that cleaned up the sticky mess of a cocktail glass. Dessert: I've had Tiramisu from all over the country (I travel for work). Favorite to date is still from New York. The offering was small and overly grainy from a too vigorous dusting of 'cocao'. The cocao didn't add any more flavor, but was offputting, as if the dish had just been brought in from a W. Texas dust storm...gritty. The garnishing berries were a nice touch, but the serving size so parsimonius that I would not order that again. I can see why others have chirped about price vs portion sizes in other reviews. As for myself, portion sizes are just right to prevent that over-stuffed feeling after dinner. Dinner, a couple of drinks, dessert had us departing at 7:30 pm. By that time, the dining room was 3/4 full on the main level. The 'stairs' down into the restaurant referred to in another review have been covered over by a wooden walkway, more wheelchair friendly? There is a whole OTHER level above the main dining room on a mezzanine that looks like it would be a good place for a private party or large group....only if they hire EXTRA service staff that stair climb. This would be an upscale date night with some more training given to the wait staff (serve from the left, remove dishes from the right, put drinks on a service tray to avoid spilling on the floor, sticky, etc.). read more

Their steak was like hyena food compared to this steak. If there's is prime, this is beyond prime. I know MP says it's Angus, but compared to the prime Rib Eye at Anson11, this blows it away. Everything here was excellent. I'm extremely happy the other place I was supposed to go was noisy, cheap looking, and had a wait. Wherever you are in EP, this is worth the trip. For once I wish I could "outrate" Tanya W.... Darn it...We both give 5 stars. This is a solid 5 stars for me. If you check my reviews, they are not that common. The place was a little dark. ... Probably romantic.... But since I'm here alone. .. Not so much. However, as the sun was setting, they opened the curtain. .. Really opened up the place, and made it appear entirely different in here. Everything else was so good, I broke down and got dessert. Oh my. This pastry shell, or sundae bowl, stands up against anything I've had over seas, in New York, Philly, or anywhere. Wow. Went to dinner with hubby after getting my hair done. The place is beautiful inside and out! Maybe it was an off-night but I have to say I was not impressed. We made a reservation for seven and arrived roughly at six thirty or so. We were seated early which is always a plus for me! The place is small and pretty quiet even with the tables pretty full. We were seated in the middle of the dining room right next to the mens restrooms. Granted the place was so small and intimate, but I would have been happier at another table especially considering we made a reservation though I didn't say anything about the table. Our server by my assumption was new. He wasn't too sure on the chefs recommendations or the menu in general, and seemed to hover a bit at first. We ordered the pomegranate martini for myself which was amazing and my husband LOVED his chocolate martini garnished with a strawberry. For our appetizer we ordered the bruschetta which we had received free thanks to my yelp check in! For the entrees hubby ordered Lasagna all' Emiliana. He loved it, but that doesn't say much, my husband loves all the food he orders. He ate every last bit. I ordered the Involtini di Melanzana. Before I even bit into my food I noticed someone standing over me. When I looked up it was my server waiting to say "enjoy" or "how is it" or whatever. I felt as if he was hovering and it made me quite uncomfortable. My entree was okay, but it surely wasn't worth the price and I left with a stomachache. I couldn't take more than a few bites but not to ruin the evening I didn't mention it to the server or bother complaining at the table. We just wanted a quiet night out together and I'm known for sending back my food if I'm not happy with it. We were offered dessert but we both declined. It took a while to get our check. And a little bit longer when I showed the server my check in offer. When I showed him the offer on my phone he took my phone and walked away to ask another server if he was allowed to take off the bruschetta from our bill. Considering it's a yelp offer I figured he would have been informed. I ignored this and he soon returned my phone and took the bruschetta off the bill. This took a little while for him to do as well. We finally were set to go. Sat for a few minutes and it felt like we were being watched like our table was needed urgently, which it wasn't. There were plenty of tables open that didn't have reserved signs already on them and considering we arrived early I expected to have plenty of time to chit chat after dinner. We left shortly after that and the host opened the door up for us as we left. The doors are a little heavy! As I said it's a cute little place for a quite intimate dinner. But overpriced for the quality of the food and we probably won't go back. Again, maybe it was an off night but it definitely turned us off! I'd recommend giving it a chance especially if you have a night away from the kids or just a night to enjoy yourself but sorry to say, we hope your experience is a little better than ours was. read more

We got the pesto gnocchi, seafood pasta and the lava cake. Prices were ridiculous. $20-40 per entree. Not as small of a portion as I thought it would be but if you aren't expecting small.. beware. Taste was 3.5-4 stars. The gnocchi tasted house made it was light and fluffy not tight in texture the sauce was amazing. Needed bread to soak up the sauce. Too bad the bread was not a highlight nor was the oil and balsamic they served with it. Boring and bland. Seafood pasta was ok. Lava cake was pretty good tasted a lot of cocoa powder, quality ice cream, fresh berries. read more

What an incredible experience! Was an impromptu dinner with a friend. While the ambiance is more upscale, we were dressed down but were treated like we dressed to the nines. Service was impeccable and more importantly, the service was harmonious with all wait staff tending to our table. Never needed to ask for more water, more drinks, it was always delivered to the table. Our specific waiter was a gem, friendly and knowledgeable and new to EP. We had the eggplant appetizer. Omg... so incredible and layered with flavor. My entree was pasta with smoked salmon and prawns. The vodka sauce was luscious, silky and smokey. Just a dreamy dish. My friend ordered the tenderloin with mash potatoes, fig glaze and spinach. It was also so yummy. She ended the meal with a cafe americano which she was obsessed with... we also shared a tiramisu. This is where I didn't love the dish. It was crunchy and had to much chocolate. All in all... can stop thinking about my meal and am already planning my next visit! read more

Food is not worth the price. Chicken Alfredo has no taste. Something so simple with no taste.

I kept hearing about this place from friends so I decided that my husband and I needed a quiet date night with my favorite type of food, yes Italian Food! We made reservations and when we first walked in there were only about 3 other groups there, so I loved the quiet atmosphere (at first). Our waiter was super polite and explained the dishes to us and didn't correct my husband when he was purposefully mispronouncing things. My husband ordered a bottle of wine, I guess to feel fancy because I don't drink! Good thing he didn't drink the whole bottle. He said it was pretty good with his food. The bruschetta was really good, like really good! Right after we placed our order it started getting pretty crowded and a little loud. Crowded to the point where people bags, butts and elbows were hitting my head as they walked by. I was annoyed, but whatever I just switched places with my husband since he looks more standoffish and probably wouldn't get knocked by someone's bag. I think we were just at a bad table, so next time I'll ask for a corner table. Anyway, he ordered the lasagna and said it was the best lasagna he ever had. He said it wasn't too salty, and he loved the way they layered it. I had some kind of salmon pasta that I will not attempt to re spell. But it was amazing. Everything was so fresh and I really enjoyed it. The service was excellent, and our waiter was very attentive. Every time I went to grab my glass of water, it was always full.
