Delicious food. I love the fish and chips. It was my first time there and I'm definitely going back soon.

You would never stop in here if someone didn't recommend it or you didn't see the amazing Yelp reviews. That's how I located this wonderful little place for fantastic Mexican seafood. Moving from Houston to Las Cruces I was in dire need of oysters. Yea! They have them here. But be aware they are not served like you expect them to be. I am used to horseradish and cocktail sauce. These six plump oysters were as clean as any I had ever eaten, served cold on the shell with lime. The first one seemed odd because I missed mu kick of horseradish. But then I got the flavor of just the oyster and the lime and I may never eat them any other way again. When they bring you chips they also bring a small bowl of ceviche. Damn! Spot on! We gobbled that stuff up with their home made chips and the nice woman who waited on us brought us another. I speak very little Spanish. The waitress was kind enough to allow me to try mine out while I ordered. But be aware not all servers in there speak English. Daily specials. BYOB too. A very large party was arriving just as we were leaving. So they can accommodate your family gathering or church group. Get the shrimp, the fish tacos or one of their grilled combo plates. Next time I may do the salmon and of course more oysters. We were headed to El Paso for some outlet mall shopping and wanted to have something different in a local hole in the wall. This was perfect. We both ate until we couldn't eat anymore and got out for around $40.

Found this gem and I gave it a try.. to be honest I and from Houston,Tx where there are plenty of fresh seafood places. I have tried other radios places in El Paso and have been let down every time so I was not expecting anything different. As soon as I walked in it was dead empty around 6pm. Thought this was a bad sign. But I gave it a shot anyways. As soon as I was seated they gave me the typical chips and salsa....but with a ceviche twist and it was good, and free!! I ordered a shrimp & Octopus cocktail. Wow this thang tasted amazing, so good I ate half and immediately Togo the other half to enjoy later. My main dish I got the lemon pepper salmon which was a nice thick center cut piece served with salad, fries, grilled veggies . Also came with soup or clam chowder. I choice claim chowder which was ok but a little bland but that's ok it just came with the order. Warning! Too much food lol . I will be back again

This place is a diamond in the rough. We found this place after another restaurant nearby was closed. Yelp map showed this place the closest. We shared a fish taco plate and shrimp quesadilla. They were delicious. It came with chips and 2 salsas appetizer. 1 salsa was a ceviche type salsa that was out if bounds good. It also came with a fish base soup, also great. Best of all, lunch special on Sunday when we were there, FREE BEER. That's right, FREE BEER with ur entre. I had 3, could have had more but pressed for time. We are from Los Angeles and will definitely return every time we in the area

Had the chance to visit during their soft opening this past weekend with one of my friends who…read moreloves oysters just as much as me, and we both agreed that it is super refreshing to see an establishment like this come to town. Adjacent to the The Tiki Room, Pearl Divers features a rotating list of oysters from different regions at $3 a pop. We had the chance to try all three oysters that they were featuring for the day and we really enjoyed the palette. The oysters featured might've been limited but they had a major punch to them with flavor. My favorite were the ones that were a bit more briny, truly small but mighty. Your oysters are brought out with the traditional crackers, hot sauce, mignonette sauce, horseradish, and lemons. It was nice for them to all folks the chance to order in any quantity as I'm sure a few folks might be trying oysters for the very first time in a landlocked city. The had a finessed menu featuring carpaccio, tartare, and about ten to fifteen dishes encompassing appetizers to main entrees. We had ordered the carpaccio but it never came out (no biggie, again it was soft opening so we came in with an open mind). Since we got there a bit later in the day, they were out of frites and I am a loyal fan of oysters, frites, and bubbles (wine at the minimum). This just means we'll have to be back. What was most important to me though was the service and how friendly the staff was. We opted to sit at the bar (as one should at an Oyster bar) and be as close to the oyster display as possible. I used to live in New Orleans for a few years so sometimes when it's busier and you're chatting away they'll shuck an extra one to you every so often to try. I'm pretty stoked to see the dining scene continuously elevating and Pearl Divers is a nice rendition. I'll be certain to come back and can't wait to see what a five-star experience is out of their soft opening phase. *** If there is one piece of feedback I'd provide is to have smaller spoons for the mignonette and forks for the oysters. The current sizes are a bit too large and can easily ruin the integrity of the oyster when making sure it's been properly separated and not intact, as well as, not being able to have the right ratio of mignonette sauce for each oyster. The spoon was constantly hitting the mouth of the condiment cup.

The establishment was clean, great customer service and attentiveness, and the food was fresh. The martini that I had was awesome. I really love the touch of the blue cheese olives, the little gem Caesar was tasty and filling while the fish and chips were amazing and crisp and a mixed seafood. The mediterranean crudo was so flavorful, my wife and I really loved the scallop and salmon that was a part of the dish. We also thoroughly enjoyed the oyster Rockefeller as well. We would definitely visit again as the price to quality of food level was perfect.

And I was pleasantly surprised when I found this place in El Paso, Texas. For starters, you sort of have to navigate your way around a second parking lot to get to it, but it is worth the adventure. Walking through the door. Door. They have a very nicely kept greeting station with a bar off to the left. So I made my way to the bar for a drink before dinner After my drink I went and got seated waited for the rest of my party. Looked over the menu and asked for suggestions. The chef's specials are always on point I was told so I opted for the blackened red snapper etouffee. Wow, what an amazing dish! And the presentation was off the hook. The spices were on point. Everything was cooked to perfection and it was just a very good dinner experience. Service was a little slow, I think that they weren't prepared for a party of 20 even though we had a reservation. Had it not been for the very slow service I probably would have given them five stars. But hey it's a improvement point. Bottom line? If you are in El Paso and you are looking for a nice upscale seafood place that has a casual feel, you could definitely check this place out.!
