You would never stop in here if someone didn't recommend it or you didn't see the amazing Yelp reviews. That's how I located this wonderful little place for fantastic Mexican seafood. Moving from Houston to Las Cruces I was in dire need of oysters. Yea! They have them here. But be aware they are not served like you expect them to be. I am used to horseradish and cocktail sauce. These six plump oysters were as clean as any I had ever eaten, served cold on the shell with lime. The first one seemed odd because I missed mu kick of horseradish. But then I got the flavor of just the oyster and the lime and I may never eat them any other way again. When they bring you chips they also bring a small bowl of ceviche. Damn! Spot on! We gobbled that stuff up with their home made chips and the nice woman who waited on us brought us another. I speak very little Spanish. The waitress was kind enough to allow me to try mine out while I ordered. But be aware not all servers in there speak English. Daily specials. BYOB too. A very large party was arriving just as we were leaving. So they can accommodate your family gathering or church group. Get the shrimp, the fish tacos or one of their grilled combo plates. Next time I may do the salmon and of course more oysters. We were headed to El Paso for some outlet mall shopping and wanted to have something different in a local hole in the wall. This was perfect. Excellent restaurant! The Family had fish tacos, shrimp quesadilla, mixed fajita plate and steak tacos. The chips and salsa were plentiful with warm salsa verde (first for us!). Found this gem and I gave it a try.. to be honest I and from Houston,Tx where there are plenty of fresh seafood places. I have tried other radios places in El Paso and have been let down every time so I was not expecting anything different. As soon as I walked in it was dead empty around 6pm. Thought this was a bad sign. But I gave it a shot anyways. As soon as I was seated they gave me the typical chips and salsa....but with a ceviche twist and it was good, and free!! I ordered a shrimp & Octopus cocktail. Wow this thang tasted amazing, so good I ate half and immediately Togo the other half to enjoy later. My main dish I got the lemon pepper salmon which was a nice thick center cut piece served with salad, fries, grilled veggies . Also came with soup or clam chowder. Delicious seafood, great prices. Depending on your server, they may not speak English, but someone else will. You get free chips, salsa, and a bowl of fish ceviche. You get free fish soup with any entree. We had the chile con queso, fish tacos....all excellent. Was okay but won't be back -- Went there for lunch with a small group. Food was good. Seated and waited on promptly. Waitress was helpful with suggestions. Took off a star because 1. music was incredibly loud making it impossible to carry on a conversation with the person next to you -- forget talking to the people across the table. 2. Drinks were never refilled or offered to be refilled and over 1/2 in our group had ordered just water. 3. They charged you a fee for using credit card -- we all had cash and would have paid cash had we known in advance of the fee. read more

This place is a diamond in the rough. We found this place after another restaurant nearby was closed. Yelp map showed this place the closest. We shared a fish taco plate and shrimp quesadilla. They were delicious. It came with chips and 2 salsas appetizer. 1 salsa was a ceviche type salsa that was out if bounds good. It also came with a fish base soup, also great. I ordered the shrimp ranchero and was delighted at the dish which was well seasoned and rich in flavour, with generous helpings of side potatoes and salad. We came in to this small restaurant on Sunday afternoon, I can honestly say this from the Mexican restaurants I have eaten at this here is the best food I have tasted. I had a lemon pepper salmon with rice salad and veggies. Can I mention that I do not like salmon much, well I loved it here. My husband ordered a campechana and he loved the taste. This place is just amazing!!! It is super clean, the staff are courteous and friendly, and the food is delicious. They start out with chips with salsa and a ceviche type of salsa. I got the garlic fish with fries and salad: AMAZING!! I'd also recommend the shrimp enchiladas and the fried fish. My family and I came on Sunday and they had a special: Two free beers per person.
