After checking to make sure there was no obvious blowout, we decided to park the car and look into the issue when we returned on March 5th. So this morning when we got off the ship, the light was still there, so we drove straight to the dealership. We were greeted promptly and our issue was inspected and resolved quickly. The only part of our experience that keeps this review from being 5 stars is that my wife needed a new battery for her key fob. She's the primary driver of our VW. So hers gets alot more use than mine. They charged us $14 to change the battery. My issue isn't the amount. It's the fact that we were even charged at all. I consider Volkswagen a quality car manufacturer. I don't expect to be nickled and dimed for trivial things. Especially when the car is barely 2 years old. I've been a customer of Gulf Coast Nissan for 19 years and they've NEVER charged me to replace a key fob battery. I consider Volkswagen to be of higher class than Nissan. Your customer service perks should reflect that.

The dealer told me they'd make it right... they sent me a late model basic car to use while they repaired mine. 2 weeks later I got my car back with still visible damage and a refusal to take any more responsibility. My just off lease EV came back with crappy body work, 8% charge, and tar all over the rear end. After a ton of back and forth with a manager they offered me a too small amount of money to buy me kdf but have yet to deliver. Its been another 2 weeks and counting... Bad dealer. Bad communication. Please avoid!

I am naturally skeptical of any used car dealership even more so one that has so many high ranking reviews. I didn't initially believe it and thought they were fake. Boy was I wrong! Joad (Sales Manager) & Zuri (Sales Agent) do business the old school way. They stand behind their product, no B.S. Bait & Switch, and take care of their customers to no end! They offer a 7-day warranty on there vehicles and dont just sell you junk that you have to be worried about breaking down the minute you roll off the lot. They sold me a solid business van for my fleet, that had low miles and it was the cheapest priced vehicle online in the entire country. They are in business for the long haul and understand the importance of reputation. They treat people with the upmost respect regardless of price on car, like some other dealerships. Motors on Wheels went above and beyond for me to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the esthetics and mechanical integrity of my vehicle, which gave me peace of mind! Since I've moved back to the Heights downtown area, I decided to give them another shot. So close to five stars! I utilized the valet service where they pick up my vehicle, do the oil change, they did a great job as well change the air filter, wipers, etc. that was a 5 star experience! That was an easy five star review for that service. It did an amazing job. I was out of town for three days so they picked up my vehicle. Did all the test and maintenance and everything like that and I come back on my vehicles at my valet. That was super convenient and very nice. I will always utilize that service. However, there was a bit of a scheduling issue. They forgot to pick it up Monday so I had to give him a call, but they got it taken care of that wasn't a big deal. I just kind of falls back to fundamentals if you have an appointment scheduled and sit pick the car up that way there's no confusion and I would have to call to make it happen. They brought the vehicle back and there was like oil stains on the front fender area. Typically most oil change companies cover that that way when you get the car back, it's not dirty. The problem is I just gotta wash at Mister car wash so I had to go take a bath and get it washed again. This is why I give them four stars instead of five. Other than that, it was a great experience. Customer service is great. The convenience of the valet service to pick up and drop off back at my valet. I can't tell you that right there is top-notch service. I'll give them a try again and probably change this to a five star because overall the experience was great.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Honda of Tomball…read more On July 3, I purchased a Honda Certified Pre-Owned Honda Odyssey, believing I was buying a vehicle that had been thoroughly inspected and backed by Honda's certification standards. Initially, everything seemed fine until I drove off the lot and immediately heard a loud thud. I returned to the dealership, where I was told the dust shield had gotten behind the rotor. They repaired it and assured me that if I experienced any additional issues, they would be happy to take care of them. A few days later, our salesperson, Dawson, reached out to ask how the vehicle was doing. I told him the van was making a noise when I released the emergency brake, the steering wheel was shaking, and I had other concerns. He told me to bring it in. When I arrived for my appointment, Dawson wasn't there despite our plans to meet. I explained everything to his coworkers and expected the dealership to honor the commitment they had made just days earlier. Instead, I was told the steering wheel vibration was caused by worn shocks and that the repair would cost approximately $1,500. We've owned this "Certified" vehicle for only 17 days. Not only were my concerns not resolved, but no one explained how the noise from the emergency brake could possibly be related to the shocks. The original issues that began the day I drove the vehicle home remain unresolved, and instead of standing behind a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, I was presented with a large repair bill. Honda Certified vehicles are supposed to provide buyers with confidence that the vehicle has been inspected and meets higher standards. That has not been my experience. I hope Honda of Tomball will take this review seriously, re-evaluate my vehicle, and stand behind the quality and certification they advertise. As it stands today, I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, and unless this situation is made right, I will not be returning for future purchases.
