I went out to lunch one day and was pleasantly surprised to find quick, efficient service. I ordered a seafood platter - fish filets, fries, and hushpuppies. The fish was battered and deep fried - not the best menu choice for me, but I was in the mood for seafood that day. Miami Subs has a menu with plenty of variety for everyone. I also love the Gyros and the chicken wings. Miami Subs has numerous locations throughout Broward County - my only complaint is that there's not a location near my office! Love this place! It opens late and cheap food. Eating cheese steaks are no longer the same for me. Every time I eat one I always prefer the Miami subs one (yes,even the ones FROM Philly) I don't know what it is that makes me keep wanting their cheese steaks (i think it's the cheese). I am so upset and angry right now. I placed my order through the drive thru at 3:14 (it says so on my receipt 15:14pm). I received my order at 3:35! 24 minutes??? Then I was asked if I wanted ketchup, I said yes...guess what? no ketchup with my order. I finally get to eat, and the chicken in my pita is burned, charred black! Honestly the laziest or worst employees i've ever met. I ordered a chicken platter and I literally got left over chicken the size of my palm. I asked for extra olives in my greek salad and got no joke 5 pieces of olives in my salad AND they charged me for that since it was "extra". I visited this place while in FL this location was excellent. The food was pretty good and the cheesecakes were on point. The gyro and the gyro platter were really tasty. My daughters lives in Fl and have been here before. They did not enjoy it. However, since then i believe it maybe under new management and Pitbull(the rapper from Miami) is a business partner. Stopped by here on the way home from work tonight. I've actually been wanting to check this place out but every time I drive by there seems to be a line of cars in the drive thru which deterred me because I didn't want to wait. Boy am I regretting it. I arrived a few minutes before midnight and again there were 4 cars in the drive thru so I thought maybe the lobby is still open and it was indeed. They are open until midnight! Drive thru is 24 hrs. So many choices to select from but I decided to try the fried wings platter which comes with fries but I got crinkle fries instead of the regular ones just because I've always preferred crinkle fries for some strange reason. I waited approximately 5-6 minutes before my order came out. I love how they put their hot food in a container with ventilated cover. So when I got home, the fries and wings were still nice and hot and most importantly, crispy. There's nothing worse than eating limp and soggy fries. That would ruin my meal. These were some of the best fries I've ever tasted! They were fried perfectly crisp and very light. Best part about these fries, they were not greasy at all. I couldn't stop eating them. I devoured them before getting to the wings. The wings were the same quality. Crispy, lightly battered, and juicy with almost no grease in sight. Chicken meat fell off the bone. I loved them! And the price is very reasonable. 10 wings with fries and celery for around $10 including tax. You can't beat that. I believe I've found my new go to place for late night cravings which is basically every night for me. I'm going to try their fried shrimp next time. They look yummy too! read more

Gabbageee ,I love the chicken sandwich but between the wack service and 106 flavors that don't work this place is fading fast. The soda machine which I walked inside for was broken and the staff has no idea, service was OK but the domincain girl in the front could use a hair nit.the chunky manager was more in conversation about life then her customers . Its pretty good for fast food. I like that they have all types of food... so if youre going to eat with someone and you arent in the mood for the same thing, theres all types of options... chicken, cheesesteaks, wraps, burgers, gyros, wings, etc. The fries are really good. I got the new chicken wrap today, i enjoyed it. They say the fries are "award winning" and ill admit theyre pretty good. I just didnt give it 5 stars because in my opinion, for fast food its overpriced, but maybe its because its like 1 tiny step above fast food. I also like that its open 24 hours. Ill be back for sure cuz i wanna try that cheesesteak and the desserts in the case. read more

I had not been in this Miami sub for quite a while.I was surprised that they now take the order to your table if you eat in and you even get regular silverware. I was used to the plastic baskets and plastic forks and spoons. They did a good job remodeling it. It appears more like a regular sir down place than a fast food establishment. In the past I gave them a three, they have improved enough for a four. The main problem remains the drive thru. If more than one car is in line, it blocks the rest of the parking lot. Maybe they could move the menu board more to the north side of the building? Today someone waiting in the drive thru line left because everyone else was beeping at them for blocking cars leaving the parking lot. I hope they find a solution to this. Probably one of the best sandwich places I've ever had. I was in Miami for the weekend and stopped here after leaving late from a festival and it was amazing. The food is fresh and has great flavor and is put together well, it seems a little pricey initially but is well worth it and you definitely get what you're paying for here. Haven't been to Miami Subs in a while, but I decided to go today since it's right by my job and enjoy a delicious crispy chicken pita. I get my order in the drive-thru, drive home, and when I open the wrap I realized they gave me the wrong order. I got a disgusting steak pita filled with ranch dressing instead. I'm very disappointed because I couldn't drive back and change it since I was on my lunch break & spent 20 minutes of my break in the drive-thru line. VERY disappointed! read more

This Location has the worst management (TONY) ever and makes the company have a bad look. Placed an order for myself and 9 other co-workers this afternoon with this location for the first time, and were missing 1/2 the order when it arrived. Called the store to address and the lady who answered was nice and understanding, but I received a call back from the "Manager Tony" and he was RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL. Stated we are "Habitual Offenders" as it happened ONCE before, yet we never place an order here before today. Mind you, we are ordering from a place of business. He didn't seem to understand what "habitual" means and had the nerve to address my boss as "Mr. Webster" since he was correcting the way in which he was using the word.. Went here to get a sandwich after a hard days work and I asked for no mayo. I even checked the grilled chicken sandwich to make sure it had no mayo before I left. It looked ok at the time so I drove home to eat it. However when I unwrapped it again this time it had mayo, apparently the side I checked earlier at the store was ok and the mayo was on the other side/the bottom. So I drove back to the store explained what happened to the manager and asked for them to remake and refund my $ due to the cooks mistake. Her response was "really " at which point I responded that this is common practice. No response with looks of contempt/disgust so I asked so now I'm the bad guy? At this point some guy standing next to me Starts mocking me at which point I asked him to mind his own biz as I wasn't speaking to him . His response was to punch me in the mouth. All this was captured on the in store camera. So the guy tells me he will be waiting for me outside after the manager escorted him outside. I called the police and gave them his license plate and exact description of his car and him after he almost ran me over as I was on the phone with the police as he fled the scene. Cops arrive I explain what happened and one goes into the store to talk to the employees & manager. Cop tells me they said I was calling them names, nobody saw anything & their in store cameras don't work. I asked the cop what names did I supposedly call them but got no answer from him. Cops claimed there was nothing that could be done & acted like they could care less, shocking I know. They told me not to go back in the store & they happily left. So I ask ,you be the judge of these employees. Do you believe I was calling them names, they saw nothing and that their cameras don't work? I can assure you that these employees don't care about their customers based on my experiences tonight. They could have helped me but then again why would they want to do the right thing ? read more

Ok so the poor owner who was mudered is rolling over in his grave about the state of affairs to his store. The wait was ridiculous 20 minutes for 3 items and the place was almost empty. It was saturday at 1:30 two cars in the drive thru and including myself 4 customers inside. The manager/cashier was clueless, i asked for a #1(combo) this is why they are numbered after all for eas of ordering and was charged for only the sandwich. When i told him i wanted the combo and an additional sandwich instead of apologizing i was smreaked at and charged an additional $3:18. I was NOT expecting free food but anything would have been better than the face i got. And when I opened my pita, it had been assembled with all the love and care you would use to handel a dirty diaper! There was stuff everywhere and i had to pick it apart to eat it.
