I was there around 7:25pm and ordered fries, I saw that he put too much salt on them but still gave myself the chance to try them and sure enough they were extremely salty. I told the cashier about it and she brought it back to the guy with long braids in the frying station, instead of giving me new ones he put them back on the frier and she gave me the same ones. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING It is the second time that this happens to me, the first time I made them give me new ones, today I just threw them away and will never come back. I am sure that's how they are trained by the franchise owner, you have to be cheap and nasty to do that. Run don't walk away!!! read more

Ask for a receipt !! They will absolutely try to overcharge you for their own benefit. It's happened a few times, but tonight we asked for a receipt . And tonight is the first time our online total has matched the total charged when we go to pick up the food. On the other hand, the food is usually made correctly and in a timely manner. Congrats to new owners. Heard about WINGSTOP online in my MOMMIE group. Finally made it in. What a pleasant surprise. The gals were awesome. Wings are not just wings. And after I placed my order when she said it would be 13 minutes (I think) for my order I knew it was being made to order. I tried the Korean BBQ (right amount of spice). They were so delicious I'm not sure I'll ever be able to get wings any where else. Wings are not breaded (for those that want to know) and we also tried the corn. Which was perfect size for my 4 year old also. Delicious. We ask for unseasoned because my son likes his corn plain and they didn't go without flavor or freshness. Even the ranch dressing was great. This place is fantastic. I order online and pay and then I just go in and pick it up. Everything is always ready, clean, and quick. Not like the dominos next door that's a damn disaster. The food always hits the spot, the flavors are delicious. I finally tried the thighs and the thigh bites and I really hope they stay on the menu. They're so yummy. The veggies sticks are always cold and fresh and crunchy. The manager Trish doesn't play around. The woman runs a tight friendly fast ship and all her employees are kind and attentive. You don't often find managers like her and I really hope they give that woman a raise and/or a promotion. (Although selfishly I don't want her to leave my store) I think they close at 11pm though. I think Yelp says they close at midnight and I think google claims they close at 11:30pm. So order earlier rather than later if you want to get food. read more
