(3.5/5) This may not be the best review to gander at since I'm writing from the perspective of someone who was tired, hungry, and exiting LIV club looking for sustenance. Miami Slice is the only place open at 3am in the Fountainebleau foodcourt. When we arrived in line, there were workers making fresh pizzas still. This made me excited for the pizza we were about to try. My friends ordered pepperoni and spicy vodka while I selected the mushroom truffle. All orders came with hot honey drizzled on top upon request. I liked that the pizza was thin and not too heavy. The truffle flavour was adequate and the hot honey on top made an amazing addition for sweet/savoury lovers. I tried a nibble of the pepperoni as well, but found it too salty. Each slice of pizza costed $10-$12 USD which is quite steep, but overall was worth it. The staff were also really nice and hard at work despite how late it was. We ended up going again the next day after the club. They also have Stella Artois on tap. Honestly, no complaints because this is way better than having regular fast food pizza at 3am.
Miami Slice is conveniently located inside the food court of Fontainebleau. I stopped by with a friend on a Saturday after a night of having fun and they were the only place still opened. I recalled actually watching a YouTube video where an influencer labeled Miami Slice as one of the "Best Pizza" in Las Vegas, and even though, their pizza was delicious, I wouldn't consider it to be "the best", but it was definitely good. I am a greasy pizza and wine kind of girl, but I ended up just ordering an IPA because their wine was extremely expensive. I understand I was in Vegas where everything is overpriced, but I would rather pay that amount to drink at a lounge downstairs inside the hotel vs a food court. Just my own opinion. Service was good and we got our orders promptly. No complaints there. :)
Guys I went to school in New York had a lot of pizza in those 4 years The pizza here passes the fold test. Dough is like a focaccia and the sauce and cheese so balanced Pepperoni will have you taking out your phone how pretty Service was fast Line legit forming before they open. Located inside the Fontainebleau's Promenade Food Hall is Miami Slice. This casual eatery offers a variety of pizzas available by the slice or whole. Because I was limited to time, a few colleagues and I chose to get some food in the food court. I opted for Miami Slice because it looked the most popular. While I perused the display case of their pizzas, I honestly didn't feel it looked appetizing. I asked the lady working there if they would be giving a fresh slice. She said they put the slices back in the oven to crisp up. With some hesitation, I proceeded to make my pizza selection. I chose the Mushroom Truffle Pizza. They called me up just as soon as it had come out of the oven and I saw the gentleman layering on a generous drizzle of olive oil and a handful of grated Parmesan (Pecorino Romano, maybe?) cheese. The workers were really nice and when I brought the pizza back to my seat, it was still piping hot. I quickly took a bite and - O.M.G. - it was delicious!! The pizza dough was thin yet it had a stretchy chew and crisp at the same time. The generous amount of mushrooms was really nice. And the overall flavor was right up my alley! It was delicious! Overall, I'd come back here again if I was back in the Fontainebleau. It's a nice alternative to the more expensive restaurants within the hotel, with a quality taste.
I stopped by Miami Slice to grab a pizza for our room. It was a Saturday and the day club had just gotten out, so there was a bit of a line, but it moved pretty quickly. They still took the time to make the pizza fresh, and the wait honestly wasn't long at all. We ordered a whole spicy vodka sausage pizza and really enjoyed it. The flavor was great and the slices were huge, so it ended up being more than enough for our group. This was a really solid option in the food court if you need to feed a few people without overthinking it. The workers were kind and helpful, and there were plenty of places to sit between the bar area and the food court seating.
Our first night in Vegas and checked in our suite at the Fontainebleau. This is a new hotel for me and was looking forward to trying out their food court for variety of options. We were in the mood for pizza and Miami Slice definitely delivered. We decided to get a whole pie of Pepperoni Proper which features pepperoni, hot honey and got the "all kicks added" which came with cheese and fresh basil. This was a killer combo which made the pizza refreshing and savory, I loved the option to add these at my leisure. They were more than happy to supply an amazing amount of pepper flakes. The service was super quick and efficient. I would highly recommend this place for awesome fresh pizza
Miami slice is the perfect late night bite. They are the only restaurant in the food court open late! We enjoyed the crispy crust and perfect amount of hot honey on the pepperoni, but all the slices were delicious. Sometimes there's a line but it loves quick!
Quality pizza, good ingredients. Crust is on the thicker side and definitely best eaten while piping hot.
Honestly one of the best pizza spots in Las Vegas. This is my eighth time coming here with my family, and every single time it's been consistently great. The pizza is fresh, full of flavor, and you can tell they put real care into what they're making. It's not just your regular slice, it actually feels unique and high quality. The service is always friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better, especially when you're coming with family. The place has a good vibe, quick service, and everything runs smoothly. For Vegas, the prices are very reasonable for the quality you're getting. Definitely worth it. I'll keep coming back every time I'm in town. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for really good pizza.
Came to Miami Slice in the food court area of Fontainebleau on a Friday night and was surprised there wasn't a huge line. Miami Slice, oh how I used to love you. Several visits and far too many changes by management later, this place went from being a delightful, delicious experience to a mediocre flash in the pan. Sadly, much of their good staff left months ago, and the second wave of them left when the latest changes were made. The employees just don't have the same joy, managers are always lurking around and the energy feels heavy. But the falloff really comes with no more custom "all kicks" pizza, instead it's a pitiful DIY with 1/3 of the ingredients that used to go on the slice when you order All Kicks on a slice. Yet the price remained the same. I used to love the crust so much, but it's not the same anymore - my latest slice was burnt and inedible beyond the sauce area. Compare my old pics of the slices with the new one - it's sad. I'd still stop through for a quick slice, but the days of this being something special are long gone.
For a quick and casual meal, you can't go wrong with this pizza spot located in the Promenade Food Hall of the Fontainebleau Hotel. It wasn't busy on a weekday around lunch time so thankfully I was able to walk right up and order. They have premade pizzas sitting in the window display and they'll warm them up if you buy by the slice. I got a slice of their Pepperoni Proper ($10) which is your standard pepperoni but with hot honey. As simple as it was, it tasted really good. The toppings were flavorful, but what really made it was the crust. It was thin and airy with a slight crispiness. The only thing missing was a side of ranch. Normally, I would say it's overpriced pizza but this is the Vegas strip and you're at the Fontainebleau. This is probably one of the cheapest meal options you'll find and it's actually good pizza.
Miami Slice: 9/10 Aesthetic & Ambiance: x/10 - Part of the food court, no real independent aesthetic. Ambiance is chill and people just taking to gos. You order, pay and go sit-down til they call your name. Service: 7/10 - No real interaction but the cashier was friendly. Food: Cacio E Pepe: 8.5/10 - Honestly pretty good...Not just a "white pizza" it has plenty of flavor and the crust is thin, but crispy. Pepperoni Proper: 9.5/10 - Love the little cup pepperonis, and the hot honey is...*chefs kiss* - The base was thin and crispy on the bottom, and the crust was just a little thicker but still crispy. I think they use sourdough.
This was a nice late night stop and really glad my sister recommended this spot. The pizza dough is light and crispy. The pepperoni was really good. Legit a 4 star place here. The slices ain't cheap!! But you are in a resort I guess. Paying resort price. Ok well my 9 year old loves mushroom.... I risked it and got him a slice, it's mushroom truffle pizza. He didn't even leave me 1 bite. Daughter for the hot honey pepperoni... I asked and they say they don't drizzle the hot honey on it, rather they give you a small container of it on the side! Score! Service 5/5 Ambiance 4/5 for a food hall but it was fancy! Pretty good pizza but will cost you more than you'd like to pay. I feel like I'm repeating how expensive everything at the Fontainebleau hotel is because that's exactly what I'm doing. The crust is very thin and slightly crispy. My veggie pizza was packed with delicious vegetables and I found this to be better than most places that put out veggie pizza. Located in the food hall so it's very casual and there's a lot of seats everywhere. You may purchase an entire pie or just by the slice. Service wasn't too friendly when I asked for more napkins and parmesan cheese. A good option if you want something cheaper at this hotel and fast. read more

Good pizza available by the slice or by a very large whole pizza. We took home a large pizza and it took around 25 minutes to bake. The pepperoni here is pretty spicy. I prefer regular pepperoni but the pizza was still very good. It had a crispy crust and it was on the skinny side. They don't have a lot of pizzas to choose from but what they have does all look great. You can find this fast casual option at the food hall and there are a lot of tables available if you eat it there. read more

Although the price for a slice is $10, it's worth the taste especially at expensive hotel. We ordered the spicy vodka pizza and pepperoni proper. You can't go wrong with a pepperoni pizza, but the spicy vodka was delicious. The pizzas were quick, tasty, and satisfying. The pizzas are pre-made, ready to be heated in the oven once ordered. Did not take long for my order to be ready. There's a ton of seating so finding a seat shouldn't be a problem. read more

Miami Slice is located in the Fontainebleau food court on the 2nd floor. I tried the Cacio e Pepe and Spicy Vodka Sausage. Both were good (but honestly, when is pizza ever bad?). At $10 a slice, it's actually one of the better values in the food court. Compared to paying about the same for 1 carne asada taco at Roadside Taco, this feels like a solid deal. Quick, tasty, and relatively affordable for Fontainebleau. read more

Food - only pizza place near by so the only option if you want pizza. Pepperoni was impressive. Truffle option was okay. I prefer Secret Pizza in the Cosmo. Service - meh. ask them for more parmesan cheese and you'd be told, it's already on the pizza. It was done before serving to us, and barely a sprinkle. Ambiance - it was part of the food court. We might've been there late, around 3:30p maybe, not busy. It was a good try & a friend recommended. I wouldn't order again. read more

If you want some quick pizza to go, Miami Slice is your spot, especially in the Fontainebleau resort where everything is expensive. I ordered a slice of Pepperoni pizza ($10 before tax) and a slice of Margherita pizza ($9 before tax). The pizza is already pre-made. It just needs to be reheated up in the oven. The pizza slices were delicious! From the moment I finished ordering, it didn't take too long to reheat. When the employee boxes up my slices, he drizzled some fresh Parmesan on my pizza slices. read more

The busiest restaurant in the Promenade food hall in the Fountainbleu hotel/casino in Las Vegas, Miami Slice started as a small restaurant (2019) in Miami focusing on gourmet NY-style slices. It is known for their long fermented dough. My wife and I came for a late lunch around 2:16 on a Friday, and there was a decent line (about 10 people). The line moves very very slow. Later I realized that they keep the line moving as fast as they send out the pizza: we got our pizza slices under 10 minutes after we placed the order. Note that they only have 5 different slices of pizza. We got two slices (pepperoni $10 and margherita de la casa ($9)) I like NY style pizza, so of course, I enjoyed it. But the crust wasn't crisp, the portion wasn't too big, and the amount of cheese wasn't generous. The pepperoni was excellent, though, and the crust wasn't bad. But for the price and long wait, not really sure what the fuss is about. read more

My husband and I decided to stop by Miami Slice Pizza twice during our stay at the Fontainebleau Hotel. We walked up, looked at the menu, and placed our order, paid and then waited for them to call our name. The restaurant is in a corner and it's has some tables and chairs and a bar area. If you walk around you can see the pizza ovens and the person working on making the fresh pizza. After about 10 minutes they called our name. I ordered the Margherita Pizza both times and my husband ordered the Pepperoni Pizza both times. The Margherita Pizza was good. The cheese was gooey and the crust was fluffy. The pizza was yummy. I tried the Pepperoni Pizza and it was good. Overall it was a convenient and cool place to grab a bite to eat before heading off to the Casino and then back to the room. read more

If you're staying at the Fontainebleau, Miami Slice definitely has the pizza option cover for quick, casual dining or to go. The food court is still brand new and clean, so it's relaxing in a sense if you just wanted to dine there. If you're staying at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas, do yourself a favor--after dropping your bags, head straight to Miami Slice for a slice. On this visit, I went with the pepperoni and added hot honey, and it absolutely delivered. The crust hits that perfect balance--crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside--and every bite was worth it. The staff working the pizza oven were friendly and welcoming right away, which set the tone. I also noticed multiple team members consistently cleaning the dining area, which definitely didn't go unnoticed. The food court itself is a great place to unwind after a flight. There are plenty of seating options, but the green booths are my go-to--comfortable and inviting, perfect for relaxing and enjoying your food. A perfect experience! One of the best pizzas we've ever had. The wood-fired pizza is on another level - the dough is just right, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a rich and addictive flavor. Every bite felt high-quality and carefully made. My kids absolutely loved it and couldn't stop eating - which says it all The ingredients are fresh and everything was simply delicious. The place itself is clean, organized, and pleasant. Even though there's always a line, it's completely understandable. You can see this is a place that runs very professionally and efficiently, with a fast pace while still maintaining high quality in every dish. read more

10/10 recommend this place. Absolutely incredible!!! I went at the WORST possible time when the hotel was packed for multiple conventions and it was noon lunch time so I had to wait about an hour between ordering and getting my order. However, it was worth every second. I ordered the pepperoni proper pie and it was amazing. I still dream about it. Can't wait to go back and get this again! read more
Had to try it after hearing all the hype around this pizza place. This location offers 5 different flavors in both slice and 20"-pie form, as well as some desserts. Got two slices to try and texturally, both had just the right thin-yet-sturdy base with a tall, airy, crunchy crust. The crust was texture-lovers' paradise. Flavor-wise, the mushroom truffle slice was delicious with the perfect amount of truffle cream and freshly grated pecorino. I'd come back for this. The Margherita was lacking though -- it was good but nothing special and only had 1 basil leaf for a large slice. The pistachio tart was also a huge miss. Crust was soggy and already separating from the bland pistachio cream filling. Wasn't a line when I ordered but the food still took 5-10 minutes to be ready. Plenty of seating around given this was the food hall portion of the Fontainebleau. read more

I really love this pizza joint in the Fontainebleau hotel. I personally think it's better than Secret Pizza which is located inside the Cosmopolitan hotel. There are mushroom truffle pizza is incredible. Also like the pepperoni with hot honey on it. The crust is thin, crunchy and crispy and the toppings weren't overwhelming. You can order an entire pie or buy the slice. Just wait in line at the counter and you should get through it in a matter of minutes. It's located in the food court area of the hotel so there are other options for people that don't want pizza such as sushi, hand rolls, lobster rolls, Mexican food, and hamburgers. It's not too busy in the hotel when I've been there so the seating area is fairly comfortable. . read more

Must try in Vegas! I'm a sucker for new pizza spots and while staying at Circus Circus, I saw Miami Slice was a short walk away. Since then, I have already gone two additional times. I ordered the pepperoni slice which was $10, but worth it because it was huge, and they had a drizzle of hot honey on it as well. Considering the price of food in Vegas, I thought $10 was very fair, and it was delicious, crust was perfect and not soggy at all. The service was also great, even if they have a lot of people, they finish the orders very quickly. ~Food/Drinks~ Very pricey for a slice but what are you expecting eating in Fontainebleau's food court? We tried the Pepperoni Proper and Mushroom Truffle. Both were so good and I loved what they did with the pizza. Like the crust looks like it's going to be thick but it's very crunchy and thin. And that crunch goes along the entire bottom of the pizza, which usually gets kind of soft. The freshly grated cheese on both pizzas was a nice touch too. I have no complaints with the truffle pizza. The pepperoni was very good with the hot honey (sweet and salty combo) but it didn't have as many slices of pepperoni as some Yelp pictures. There's also an option to try the pepperonii with the works, which is a combo of stracciatella, olive oil, hot honey, basil, etc. Sounded so interesting but I wanted to try the pizza as is for the first time. Also, if you normally eat pepper flakes with your pizza and put a lot, be very careful with theirs. It was spicy, like unusually very spicy. You might not be able to add as much as you normally would. ~Service~ When it's busy, you can order takeout through the QR codes scattered around the food court. But when we came around Friday noon, it wasn't working or it wasn't available yet. Since we were pretty much the only ones there, the food came out really fast. They just grab a pre-made slice and fire it up in the oven. But if you want a whole pizza, they'll have to make that per order and will take some time. ~Atmosphere~ Luckily, we didn't have any issues finding a table to eat at but I'd imagine during peak hours, it could get really crazy. It's also possible that there weren't too many people because of how new the place was. There's a lot of potential here though so be prepared for crowds as word gets out! I like that the QR codes are located at each table so you could actually send in multiple orders to different places in the food court and have a whole feast! ~Conclusion~ Despite the price for just one slice, I really liked the pizza.
