I ordered a giro platter to go. When I got home and opened up the meat was burnt to a crisp, uneatable. They are very proud of their food charging me $15.00. I put the container in the fridge and took it back the next day. I have never done that before. They would not give me my money back. They offered me a few new pieces of meat on top of yesterday's salad and rice. I have been eating there for 20 years and I was amazed at how easily they lost a customer. This place is a great spot to pick a delicious meal. Let's start with location, very few parking spots and the restaurant is behind the railroad tracks. There is no inside seating, all seating is outside and with no air condition. They do have fans all around through. But on the positive side the food is so fresh, so delicious, and so healthy. Their smoothies are made from scratch and always on point. At six dollars for a medium and eight dollars for a large they are a few dollars overpriced in my opinion. These are Whole Foods prices without the organic purity. I had the spicy chicken sandwich in a pita and it was fresh, cooked to order and very good. The sandwich was not huge and the piece of chicken medium to small. We also had the CrossFit which was a egg white wrap with veggies. That was very good as well. Two sandwiches and two smoothies were $40. Too high of a price for a hole in the wall, where you have to sit outside in the heat. Truth of the matter is I would rather go to Whole Foods at these prices. $40 is simply too much for what they give you. read more

The foods was not what I expected at all. I am very disappointed. Customer service was okay. The people that attended me were almost forcefully nice.. I got a "Miami Squeeze" I changed the eggs for falafel which I understand I would be charged extra but the portions are ridiculously small and their "salad" that comes on the side was so dull, I couldn't even eat it. Also, if you love hummus .. don't even order it from here because this place by far has the worst hummus I have tried. In addition, they charge 18% Tip included in you bill... which by the way you could just ask to take it off if you feel like it should be adjusted. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I really want to give it 4-5 stars. I liked that they have a rewards program to reward loyal customers but that's what we thought... We have gone 6 times since we moved in the neighborhood. The first two times, they said points would be added... but nope. The third and fifth time it was added no problem. Then today, I showed the digital loyalty card and the guy said 'ehm never seen this before' and refused to scan nor figure it out. I was hesitant to go again after seeing the negative reviews on their slow service, but I must say yesterday we had amazing service. Quick, efficient and every order was done correct. We had a table of 5. Food was 5 stars and same with service. There was an auto gratuity of 18%. I don't think this is unreasonable and is actually very common in any tourist area in Florida. There is very limited parking alongside a busy street. Going in or backing out is dangerous. If you're in work dud's and end up there on a summer day, you may want to order to-go because you'll get pretty hot sweaty sitting out there in the middle of the day. The servers are all nice but constantly forgetting things! The last 3 times we've ordered a salad with no olives the salad has showed up with olives on it! Also, sometime it takes 5-10 minutes when we sit down to get a sever to pay us attention - we've actually started calling in our orders to go because it still takes 20-30 minutes for our food to show up even once we get to the restaurant. Also, we're never brought water and even when we ask for it our servers seem to forget or take 10 minutes to bring us water.
