Horrible job on black cars very rushed and water spots .. didn't clean my windows and the whole grill part.

I never had a bad experience at this wash. Been there many times before. Something Is definitely wrong with the manager there. He was never rude towards me or everyone around him before. Terrible attitude regardless of the job being a bit stressful, or perhaps dealing with unhappy customers day after day. In the end I tried to talk to him and he was an amazing SOB. Told me he knew me as a terrible complaining customer everytime i had been to that wash. It was obvious he was and is in self defense mode evrery second, ready to shut down anyone that confronts him for any little thing. It was like he has something ready to roll out of his mouth. Weird part is that it all started when I asked an attendant there if there was a temporary technical issue since I was eating at Norms next door and noticed the cars stopped coming out of the wash for a short while. Next thing, this A HOLE is standing behind me and just greeted me with the this incredible peice of shit attitude. After that, I was very amazed at how terrible he had been to customers .And people working for him in the past after reading a bunch of very bad reviews. The reviews are pretty entertaining, but realizing I was actually lived through the same nightmare while i'm still sitting there for my car to come out. The people there are really nice. I feel bad for them since they must work every day in fear. He told me to never come back again, And that they do not do my business LOL. read more

I used to really enjoy coming to this car wash...they used to have great service and attention to detail. Recently, though, it seems like they're short-staffed and a bit overwhelmed, which has started to affect the quality of service. My last visit was very quick, which was nice, but there was still some residue left on the car. It's become a bit of a hit or miss lately. Hoping things improve because it used to be one of my favorite spots. read more

Double check that what the receipt says is what they charge you. I figured out after I left that I was overcharged and the cashier would not refund me the difference. Also, while the exterior wash is excellent, the interior cleaning is light at best. The quality for the high price just isn't there. read more

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Was referred here by someone else to get my car detailed. Paid $120 for the service. The work was "just okay". I could have gotten a regular car wash. At the end I asked for air freshener. Was told they were all out. How? Then was told I could go inside and buy one from their store. Wait a minute...I just paid $120 for a car detail and you want me to BUY an air freshener that's supposed to come with the service. WHY? The onsite manager Vince was EXTREMELY RUDE. I mean a complete a%%hole. Asked for the owners info and refused to give it. Never ever will I return here again. A complete waste of money and energy. The person next to me was also upset and told the same thing. Being referred here I expected a lot more and better customer service for the price that I paid. I should have read the reviews first. Avoid this place !!!!!!! Avoid this place !!!!!!! I recently visited Miami's VIP Car Wash in Torrance, and I have to say it was a complete disappointment. I paid $50 for a service that was absolutely not worth it. The interior vacuuming was poorly done--there was still trash and debris on the rugs. They didn't wipe down the interior surfaces at all, and I noticed water dripping off the exterior paint and dirt still on the back bumper. The windows were left smudgy, and overall, the car looked barely cleaned. When I brought this up to the manager, I explained that for $50, especially in this economy, I expected a thorough cleaning. Instead of addressing the issue, he basically brushed me off and told me that $50 isn't a lot of money and acted like my concerns didn't matter. Bottom line: If you value your money and want good customer service, avoid this place. They don't appreciate their customers or provide the quality they claim to offer. read more

I've been a customer at Miami Auto Spa for years and have experienced some changes in the quality of an overall car wash. The vacume equipment is in dire need of being replaced. The suction has been poor for the last several times I've been there and is evident. The lack of a good dash board and inside window cleaning is lacking. In a hurry to leave after waiting I notice later after arriving home that the car looks good on the outside but the end result of the inside cleaning is disappointing. Sadly, after my free car wash that's coming up soon, I will not be returning to this car wash business. read more

Absolutely appalling service. I brought my vehicle in for a basic hand wash and left with physical damage and an employee and manager who treated me like garbage. The employee got visibly angry when i pointed out left over dirt and dust then threw my keys on the ground--a level of unprofessionalism I've never experienced at any business. When I got home, I discovered that an interior A-pillar panel was broken off, and the rear defrost cable had been ripped clean off the window--completely unacceptable and clearly the result of reckless handling during the wash. I called back and spoke to Vince, the manager, and was met with nothing but condescension and disbelief. He refused to take any responsibility, treated me like I was making the whole thing up, and essentially told me there was nothing he could or would do. This place is not only careless with your vehicle, but they will damage it, deny it, and then insult your intelligence when you try to hold them accountable. Avoid this place like the plague. You're better off driving through a muddy field than trusting these people with your car. read more

I should have trusted the reviews beforehand. This was my second visit to this car wash--the first experience was decent, so I decided to return. My car is brand new and doesn't require much cleaning besides the outside. The first time, I went with the Platinum Wash (on their higher end packaged), but today, the manager upsold me to the Supreme Wash with a discount, so I gave it a shot. After tipping generously and driving off, I immediately noticed smudges on my car, cup holder, and steering wheel. I wiped them off myself--annoying but manageable. Then I spotted dried brown water marks on the mirrors and black spots caked above the back tire on my white car. Obviously not normal and I wasn't too excited about having to head back. I called ahead and returned to speak with the manager who upsold me. When I pointed out the issues, he dismissed my concerns, claiming the black spots all across the side of my car and caked above the tires was "normal" tire shine residue and the water stains were because they didn't do a detailing. A $50 car wash (all in) shouldn't leave my brand-new car like it hadn't been washed in weeks. Instead of offering to fix it with a quick wipe-down and a quick apology he insisted this was all normal. A simple acknowledgment and effort to resolve the problem would have kept me as a customer. Instead, I won't be returning. As I was leaving, I saw another customer pull in pointing out similar issues on her car. Unfortunately, this seems to be a pattern. read more

No wonder this place has 3 stars. Been coming to this place for a while and over the years the quality and customer service has decreased. Upon picking up my car I explained to the blonde guy that I wasn't very happy with the work because the tires looked like they didn't even touch them, I honestly thought they forgot to clean them so when I pointed it out, I was expecting him to be like oh ok, let's give them a quick clean up but instead he asked me where I normally go? So I told him and he said "ok well keep going there" lol I honestly thought it was a joke, but he began to walk away and started yelling to his crew to take pictures and to write down my plate number so I won't go back. Wow really weird behavior. He was very aggressive and I felt very vulnerable as a female in that hostile situation. So message to my ladies please don't go here alone, you will be bullied and taken advantage of. I work in customer service so I'm always polite and respectful so when I wasn't offered a solution to fix the issue, instead bullied out like that I felt like sharing it with my community since this car wash is located in the heart of our city. I would have even paid for a little extra clean up on the car if the dude was like, ok sure we can take care of that for this much $ but he had no customer service. We come here whenever my gf wants to get her car washed. It's a nice place. I feel like it used to be something else back in the day because of the vibe inside. They're very friendly, their prices are good, but if I had to say one thing I'm not to fond of is the wait time. I suggest going when it's not as busy. But other than that this is a pretty nice car wash. read more

I came during a busy time and the wash and clean felt rush as they were missed are that need to be cleaned. I usually don't leave reviews, but this experience deserves one. The last time I visited this car wash, they scratched my car. I decided to give them another chance, but when the associate mentioned it had been a while since they seen me I mentioned the previous damage, the associate responded with sarcasm saying, "And you came back," instead of offering an apology. I responded with "you see me standing here don't you" And walked away continuing my phone call While I was on the phone, the manager overheard my conversation and told me he was giving me a refund and that I needed to leave. When I asked how long it would take to return to my card and why I needed to sign something, he said he didn't know and then told me to "get out" when I refused to sign without understanding what it was for. Extremely unprofessional and rude management. I will not be returning and do not recommend this location. read more

My mom paid for the most expensive wash they offer and even tipped $10 -- only to get home and realize the entire right side of her truck wasn't even washed. Completely missed. These guys are amazing & quick! They did an amazing job on my car, and the next day it was hit by sprinklers. They offered me a free wash to get the water stains off. Def good people and their manager knows his stuff, specialty paints etc he knows what products are good for the car. All their stuff is water base and safe for many different types of finishes. read more

Used to be a loyal customer here, asked for them to clean the windows inside my pick up truck camper shell. The guys have done it before, all of sudden the dude that does the intake must have had a bad day. I was told "no can do" unless I was paying for a detail. I paid 50.00 bucks for a wash and tip. Today as it has been in the past was a horrible experience for me at Miami. I totally understand the frustration with the ICE raids and maybe the need to raise the prices. I have stood by them doing the raids and waited an extremely long time because I know they were doing their best with the few workers on hand. They raised their prices and I was questioning the difference in the prices- it's either $30 or $50. I asked what choice was equivalent to my past carwashes. The male who normally does the intake told me there is no discussion. I can't imagine that he thinks it's appropriate for someone spending over $50 for a Carwash not to need clarification on the services they are receiving. I have other friends who he has also been rude too. I left without a Carwash and have decided to use Madorna/Chevron. At least I will earn points for money off my gas. read more

i wish i could give this negative zero stars.Not only did they not even fully clean the inside. Dash was dusty, The gear shift was still covered in dirt. Insides weren't wiped down will post photos. Including a photo of this angry little man, VINCE. (including a photo from someone else's review to warn you) So, VINCE the manager laughed at me on the phone when i said they didn't vacuum the back of my car at all, after expressing they have a done a great job in the past. He's very condescending to women. To jump from 30-300 just to vacuum for dog hair is insane. i'm aware my dog sheds but not for 300 dollars. He asked if we were the two women who were just there. I asked if i could come back and actually have them vacuum it he said no. And then i mentioned he was mad i didnt want to pay 300 dollars for a small vacuum job. This guy is a total asshole don't waste your money. To make a mockery of someone especially during hard times and you just wanted to get something nice done is appalling. This place is a complete joke. Management is a joke rude very rude when I the gentleman that to working on my car to make sure he got the inside really well of course he did not and when I brought it to his attention, he basically told me I needed to pay for a full detail in order to get that type of service. Excuse me that's what I'm paying $28 for a car wash for if I wanted a full detail I would take it to a detail. This was nothing simply then just wiping it down. He was quickly annoyed did a very light job barely did any wiping down. It was still the same as when I brought it in didn't look any different so when I went to tip and I tipped him accordingly, he basically was not satisfied with my tip and returned it by putting it into my windshield wiper. I've also seen the so-called manager just always on his phone and not available to talk to me and just not interested in hearing any feedback.
