I was not satisfied with the employees cleaning my vehicle due to leaving numerous water spots on my back bumper, open items not vacuumed from my floor, and dust from my center console. Both of my cars are missing floor carpets!!! I would keep an eye on your car all the way through from start to the end. I called and talked to the manager and owner and they have yet to produce a video that they promise to show me after a week!!! I am so upset about this! I usually wash my own cars because of this, theft. That's the only place I went since I notice my floor carpet is gone!!! Plus, this place is so expensive and it's not worth it. I could clean the car way better than this place does! I only went there because I had a fundraiser coupon. Until, I see the video of my cars being vacuum and dried with the floor carpets. I have been coming to this car wash for a few years now and have never received a bad car wash. The new owners have made it even better. You are greeted by a professionally dressed, polite, English speaking man who starts things off right. I always check my car before giving the tip to look for anything that has been overlooked (i.e. car mats not attached to hooks on floor), and the guys are always more than willing to make things right. let's start from the fact that I paid $25 for the VIP car wash and my car is still dirty.... my car is less than 2 months old straight out the dealership, they scratch my bumper, dented my license plate holders(they were handmade from ETSY AKA expensive). I was like ok who cares about $40 license plate holders, but $700 repair cost for my bumper, ermmm no I don't think so. The manager was rude all he was saying was no we didn't do it your car is old we won't take responsibility for tho we won't take responsibility for the plate holders, it was all there. I was Fuming. I brought my van in for a wash this morning. After about 40 minutes I walked out to see if my car was near to being ready. I observed a young boy washing windows and drying the outside of a car. He then started working on mine. I walked back to speak to the manager. I asked him how old the boy was and he told me he was seven. I mentioned to him that aside from child labor laws that it was unsafe for the boy to be be working there. He told me that it was a family owned business and that he didn't give a rat's ass about child labor laws. I told him that I would no longer do business there. He offered to take my car out of the line and to give me a refund which I refused. I then gave great thought to this problem and called the Lomita Sheriffs office to lodge a complaint. They said they would drop by the business. This boy was not only in a dangerous place but should have been in school. read more

I brought my car here once for the basic wash which at $17 is actually pretty reasonably priced considering alternatives in the area. They did such a great job, i was impressed. I think they just use better soap because my car is cleaner for longer. By the way, they clean your car by hand! I brought it again to also have the wheels cleaned this time and was again impressed by the level of cleanliness as they got every single spot of dirt off. While you wait, you can enjoy a cup of coffee, watch TV, or if you have little ones with you, read them a book from the kids play area. I should've did a quick check on Yelp before I tried them out, but I was in a rush & just wanted to get the bugs & grime from a road trip removed with a quick, cheap wash. I wish I had taken a pic of my front bumper/grill after I got my keys. They left actual bugs in them that could've been removed by a simple WIPING. Not scrubbing, just plain old wiping. I've been coming to this car wash since it first open and at first they were great 5 stars but since the new management, they have been pushing cars faster which unfortunately lacks better cleaning quality. I'm writing this review mainly bc last time I took my car there. They ran my car threw the soaps and left it like that for about 8 to 10 min before some one actually came to wash the car. After they finish and drove threw the rinse it took them 7 minutes for someone to come and half ass, dry the car. Idk but just this one trip there maybe wonder if they need more people working there. I have been coming for years, recently I think new owners took over I'm not sure, but the car cleaning service has been subpar the last few times. I was talked into upgrading to a 60.00 service and being that it had rained for months and my car was beyond overdue, I figured why not. Upon retrieving my car to my surprise the inside had not been touched. If it had then someone just used their own breath to blow the dust around because it looked dusty, the cup holders as dirty as when I dropped it off, foot prints on side of the doors... I mean like I said, if I just paid a quick 15 for a quickie I would have driven off with nothing said.. but 60 bucks should at least get me an interior clean with someone's spit added to the interior "breath clean" right? Spoke to a manager who said next time you come "hit me up and I'll help you out" (how are you going to know who I am but okay), and went out to talk to the person cleaning my car to find out how much longer it would be... and did he come back to update me like he said he would? I would never come here again. The service that I got here was the worst I've ever encountered. I bring my car in on a Sunday morning at 10:30am. I pull my car up and I asked for a "Torrance detail". He responds with, "OK should be ready around 6". Go inside to pay, and the lady takes down my information. When she got to my phone number, I corrected her and she crossed it out and re wrote it. Then I asked, "Do you think you can call me when its ready?", she responds with, "yea.. that's what we do" ... no smile no nothing. NO ANSWER...... thought it was strange.... so I decided to go there. IT WAS CLOSED. I kept an open mind, I wasn't angry. I thought maybe they lost my number or something. I was more worried that they gave my car to someone else. I went in the next morning, asked for my car and they told me to go outside. They give me my keys and automatically without asking they start accusing me that it was MY FAULT. WHEN I DIDN'T EVEN SAY ANYTHING. Miami Auto Spa: YOU didn't leave your number, we couldn't get a hold of you. ME: uhm... yes I did, I saw her write it down... For them to keep going and going to think of reasons to make it my fault, when I wasn't complaining just irritated me. I am not the type to make a scene, I just didn't leave the generous tip I usually would have no matter what kind of job they did. My car didn't even smell freshly clean. Although it did look significantly cleaner, it wasn't worth the 135 dollars. Even the edges of my windows didn't look clean. To top it off, they didn't put the floor mats back in and the grommet on the floor mat was bent. FAIL! I had to bend it back myself and adjust it right so it can look normal again. now... I would rather go to Madrona car wash because they are more on top of their game.... and POLITE. I will not go here again. I used to go here all the time. I would bring my car for regular washes, and used to bring it at least once a year for a full interior/exterior detail, clay, wax, and machine buff. Took the car here today. When we initially got the car I was very impressed with how quick the wash was... then I realized why. The interior was still dirty in several spots, detailing spray overspray all over the interior, the interior rear hump for the wheel well in the cargo area was sprayed with detailer but never wiped down. Dog hair on the floor mats didn't even look like it had been touched. The exterior of the car was still quite dirty in several spots, and the roof of the SUV didn't look like it had been touched beyond driving through the rinse machine. Noticed a new owner. Don't know how recently the ownership has changed, but the previous owner ran a MUCH tighter ship when it came to attention to detail and quality work. I waited to get home to post this review on my PC because I felt like I wouldn't have the patience to write a detailed review using my phone's digital keyboard, and I wanted to make sure I wrote a review with more effort than was spent on getting my car cleaned. They offer free Star Bucks coffee and donuts if there's any left (come early) I got lucky #scored. My wife and I have been going here to get our cars washed for the last year or so because we moved within walking distance of it. We had been loyal patrons of Madrona Car Wash, but our move put us much closer to Miami's Auto Spa. We usually use the coupons found in the South Bay Monthly. My wife and I usually dropped off our cars, walked somewhere for dinner (because they take an hour to wash a car...), then came back. My most recent visit was now my last. Why? Because they stole my Bluetooth earpiece out of my car. I thought the whole stealing from customer's cars thing was a thing of the past now that competition is fiercer, but I guess Miami's Auto Spa did not get the memo. Seriously, I don't care too much if you did a crappy job of washing my car (at least sometimes...) because the car is going to get dirty again and I get it that people make mistakes or have bad days, but to steal from me? I complained to the lady at the front desk. She said her manager would call me back. Never did. Whatever. I hope a $30 Bluetooth earpiece was worth the dual VIP Washes my wife and I usually purchased for both our cars. Never coming back here again... Heed my warning fellow Yelpers. If you must go back, do not leave anything valued at $10 or more in your car. Oh yea, and the old hag that works at the front counter needs to get laid. Unfortunately, the wash was just OK and it took almost an hour to get my vehicle. It's definitely busy so the wait was somewhat expected, but for what I got it was just mediocre. They were offering 10% off any car wash services through Yelp which I used & was a sweet treat. The cashier was a very sweet & nice lady. She informed me about their reward program since it was my 1st time going to this car wash. This place looks so nice from inside & out. Inside there is plenty of seating areas & they have complimentary Starbucks coffee! They even have a small play area with toys for toddlers & babies. Very neat & organized. There is also seating areas outside as well. I got a chance, to sit down & organize my purse. I saw others that were on their laptop & phones. They might even have free wifi, not sure. Although they took a long time to wash my car, they did a great job. My car, looks spotless! I was watching them while they were washing my car. They were detailed & precise, they didn't miss a thing!! They made sure, my car is completely dry with high pressure air, before they gave my keys back to me (prob to avoid the water stains that could form afterwards). He cleaned the tires with a special solution meticulously. They were super busy today & they had a lot of cars ahead of me. I'm glad I didn't bring my baby along with me.
