However Clarissa, one of the owners opened the door and let me wait inside. She was also our server and awesome to speak with. It's a nice cozy space right on Main Street Victor. Plenty of parking in front or out back. The food was great. We started with an "off menu" cucumber salad that was reminiscent of kimchi without the fermentation(see pic). My friend is more of a regular and asked for it. It was Delish, crisp, and slightly spicy but not overwhelming. We both had a soup that was a combo of the Somlar Machu and Num Banh Chok with Shrimp. It had a great curry flavor with a bit of the sour hints you would find in a tom yum. It was just spicy enough to make you know it had heat but not too much to blow out your taste buds. I had to run out for a meeting and left behind too much broth. Should have gotten it to go as I would rather drink that than bone broth any day. Sorry no pic of the soup but trust me you would have been drooling at the pic. Definitely recommend giving it a try and I will be back.

I am from Los Angeles born and raised so definitely know my way around pho and Southeast Asian food. What they serve is absolutely a step up. I also tried out one of their house special rice dishes which was phenomenal. The food here is so good I started eating here almost every day while here for work. The wait staff Clarissa is extremely nice and helpful especially if you don't know what you want to order and will explain what flavors and taste you will get from each dish. I'm hoping I come back for work in the area soon so I can eat my way around the entire menu at some point. The only negative thing is that T-mobile service sucks in the area. Thank goodness for work phones(ATT)!

There isn't any uncleaned table or debris on floor. Place is small, so it is not ideal for a huge group of people. *It has an open style kitchen, so do not wear anything expensive clothing to prevent them from absorbing the smell. Food Quality: 5/5 I ordered stir-fried noodle w/ beef and sliced pork w/ garlic sauce. They freshly make your food and have them ready within a timely manner. The food was not greasy and they did not over salt it which is great. Food Quantity: 5/5 There were more than enough amount of food offered where I had to pack home at least half of both dishes I ordered. Food Presentation: 5/5 The food were presented nicely on plates that are consistent in style. No chips on plate. Customer Service: 5/5 Constantly checking if you need more water. Made sure you like their dish. Very friendly and helpful with dish selective when you're indecisive.

Just don't stray too deep into their menu of Chinese take-out standards, and you'll be happy, well-fed, and none too poorer. I love their stir-fried noodles, they're somehow perfectly toasted. Other selections like the egg drop soup or the ma-po tofu are good but somewhat bland and lackluster. The dim sum and apps are above average - crispy, zesty, savory, mwah! But the noodles steal the show on flavor and options. If you want, you can eat right there in the shop, it's no-frills but cozy.

This time we ordered the Burmese beef curry, shrimp pho and veggie fried spring rolls. The Burmese beef curry was actually great, perfect portion and amount of beef for $15. I asked for it to be really spicy and it was, which was very nice. My husband chose this and really enjoyed it I ordered the pho and added shrimp for a total of $15. They gave me a quart of broth, which was very nice and flavorful...and five small shrimp. They included plenty of rice noodles. The toppings could've been more generous. I only got one sprig of mint and I could barely find the green onions or cilantro, literally. Plenty of bean sprouts, tho. The included hot sauce is delicious. The vegetable spring rolls were ok..I wish they had more veggie filling, they were pretty empty. At $6 for three, I don't think they're worth $2 each. All in all, it was a pretty good experience. We'll probably try more of the menu at some point.

It's honestly the best I've had so far in Buffalo (in my opinion) very favorable . The crab ragoon egg rolls, edamame and tempura shrimp are our favorite appetizers . All very fresh and delicious. The price is amazing. When we order it's usually no more that 30 , and there's always left overs for lunch . I definitely recommend.
