I can come back here every single day and just spend all my money. Not only is it a fun concept where you get to pick your clay object and paint it but the drinks here are solid 10/10!! I would just come back here for the drinks if I were in the area. some of the objects are only $15 that includes unlimited paint. You can pick up the same day and if it is not too busy, it'll take maybe an hour or so. It looks so nice after they glaze it and I'm happy with how my little plant pots turned out! Great date night idea or to keep your kids entertained during summer. They have another location in Garden Grove!
Came on a Friday night and it wasn't busy. The vibes inside are messy there is paint splatter decor everywhere since they have a paint and sip option. My first time here a worker never came to help so i just used the kiosk to order. I got a Mango yoyo blended drink with boba. It was kind of expensive compared to other boba shops. The drink took a while to come out but I understand why there was fresh mango puree inside and it was so delicious. Perfect amount of sweetness and there was a little bear topper so cute. I'll definitely be back!
We always have fun at this place. It ia cool spot to hang out, enjoy a yummy drink, and do some painting. It can get pretty busy at times, and there have been a couple of occasions with large orders where something was missed. That said, they have always corrected it and honored what was needed, which I really appreciate. Just a heads up that it does get busy, so I would recommend calling ahead or reserving a spot if you are planning to come with a large group for painting.
My sister hosted a get together here. This part boba shop / part ceramic painting studio is a great concept. We got to choose our sculpture and all paint supplies are provided. We reserved a table and it was a good idea. The place was busy for the whole time we were there. The boba drinks took a while to make. The taiyaki was on the burnt side but I actually like burnt so that's fine with me. Once done painting, the sculptures get a lacquer spray and sit for another 15 minutes. Sculptures are individually priced and quite reasonably. Good concept! Please come and create your own adventure.
Decided to try this spot after a friend and I wanted to do something like Color Me Mine. My friend said that she'd been meaning to try out this spot as it seemed to be more affordable, too! Parking was in the plaza and not too difficult to find (on a weekday afternoon) but I would imagine it could be a bit more difficult on a weekend. Speaking from our experience, when we got to the shop, we ordered our drinks and then decided to pick the item that we wanted to paint. I got the white grape oolong tea and friend got the smashed berry tea. Both teas were okay and I would rate them both 6/10 though will say they both tasted refreshing. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were more engrossed in our figurine painting if anything. Prices were fair and ranged from I think $10-30. After painting, we just let the employees know we were done and then they'd take it to the front and spray a gloss on it and wait for a few minutes to set. Due to our perfectionist tendencies, we spent about 3 hours here HAHA. For a catch up friend date, I'd say it was fun and worth it for what we paid!

we placed a reservation to paint here and it was super fun. it's a pretty small boba shop with limited seating, but if you wanted to sit and paint, they will set up a table for you. the workers are super helpful and they will spray your pieces afterwards if you ask. our drinks were pretty good as well, their boba is cube shaped which was a pleasant surprise. given how small it is, this place can get pretty loud especially with all the talking. still, a good boba shop with fun activities.
Micha is located in a plaza that is not too busy, we came on a Saturday afternoon around 3:30pm and there was plenty of parking. I called to schedule a reservation about 1 week before and the kind gentleman on the phone sent a text to me with the reservation link. Super easy to make a reservation and no fee attached. I saw on the page that you can try to reserve sculptures by sending them a message on IG, which is nice and I did reserve two different ones. When we arrived however unfortunately they did not have one of them available but there were still a lot of cute choices ranging in size and composition (plastic vs. cement-like). They have an ordering kiosk and you can also order your drinks or snacks at the counter when paying for your sculptures. They have a beautiful range of paints that were plentiful and a nice holder with enough spots for multiple colors or mixing if needed. You get paintbrushes (two sizes) and a water cup for the activity. We never felt rushed and they gloss your sculpture at the end if you ask! We ordered the strawberry mochi , oolong MT and the sunshine frostee. All drinks were pretty solid and personally I really liked my sunshine frostee, it was refreshing and the water chestnut popping boba was unique but also satisfying! It gave the whole drink a nice small crunch. If we weren't eating afterwards I would have ordered some taiyaki, they have pretty unique flavors like pizza. Overall I think Micha is a solid boba spot (a lot of people came just to get to-go drinks) but it has a unique aspect of adding the painting opportunity, I think they do a great job supplying a variety of sculptures to please a wide audience and makes good use of the small space they have. If you're not interested in painting but want to hangout they have a bunch of board games as well. The staff all are hard workers, helping to service the kitchen but also the painting arena, the staff was really great but I can understand that it can be difficult to tend to both areas at the same time, please be patient with them! Painting tip: if you need your sculpture to dry faster before glossing you can place it outside under the sun--it's quick! Thank you Micha and staff for a wonderful, creative experience for my family! So much fun!
this cute little boba sip and paint shop was the perfect thing to do while family was in town It says to go onto their instagram to reserve what piece you want to paint (to make sure it's in stock and what they have available that week) and to reserve your spot. (It takes around 1 and a half - 2 hours for the painting depending on what size piece) Instead, I was in the area and decided to just run in and do it all in person. (See if it looked as cool as the photos) First off! Not going to lie, the parking lot is a little sketchy. There's even a sketchy looking strip club in the parking lot. (NO judgement) They do have up close parking which is great I ran In and talked to Marilyn. She was absolutely so sweet!! And helpful. We picked out a couple pieces and reserved our time. It was a Sunday around 4 PM when we came in to book everything and it was PACKED. Every single table was taken. It honestly made me a little nervous walking around in here while everyone has paint on their table They also have board games that you can play as well. We came in the next day which was a Monday at our reserved time slot. We had 3 hello kitty characters that were the large sized piggy banks. They were around 25-29 dollars each. I believe I saw a sign though saying they were 15 percent off the large ones. The paint is also included In the price and you can keep getting up to get more. I loved the color of the paints. It was really vibrant pretty colors. Also, they recommend 3 layers. they also provide plastic cover / plastic aprons for your clothes. It doesn't cover too much. So keep that in mind I've done pottery painting and etc before and you don't get to take it home the same day. But here you get to take it all home the same day. Which was really important since my family were only in town for a few days for my surgery (Next time I'll definitely do one of the jewelry trays) The whole experience was really fun. I'd honestly come back a few times with other girlfriends because each experience is different. They have so many things to pick from. It's a really cool idea too. Some of the chairs and tables were small and uncomfortable. I hope they expand to a bigger place. The place inside honestly didn't smell like paint or chemicals BUT when you first walk up to the building it does smell like strong chemicals (they take your finished piece outside to spray it before you take it home) But, again, I did not smell this inside. If you're sensitive to smells or worried about your kids you can always bring masks It took forever for ours to dry. Marilyn took our pieces outside to help it dry faster. Again, they spray it with a finishing spray. We put them in the car and it did smell like strong chemicals. That's the only downside. But what do you expect. No complaints on our side, just be aware if you have asthma or sensitive to that. It was so fun and they turned out great. When you first walk in they do have photos on what the pieces SHOULD look like. Which is helpful, or you can just wing it P.S they are open pretty late which is really convenient. 10/10 perfect for adults and kids So come and support this locally owned place.
This cute boba spot has a painting option where you can paint little little figurines of popular blond box figures, Sanrio figures, and others! We just popped in for boba on a Tuesday night and ordered a mango mochi drink and blueberry yogurt slush at the kiosk. It all came out quickly and service was kind.
i adore this place!!! you can schedule a time to paint cute items like hello kitty or labubus! lots of tables & the two workers were extra kind and considerate. you typically paint, then they cover it with a protectant seal so that it's shiny. the drinks were also just the right amount of sweetness & tastiness! i got 75% for mango, and loved every bit of it. i would 100% come back again!
Extremely well priced figurines to be painted and boba drinks!! The piggy banks we got were $25-29 and the smaller ceramic figurines were in the $10s. There's a good variety of paint colors to choose from, and i liked how the final color of the piece was similar to the color of the paint (unlike other places that fire the pieces and the color changes). The strawberry mochi and Ube mochi drinks were also delicious and so creamy. Would definitely return again to paint some of the smaller figurines and for the mochi drinks!

I've only visited this place once so far, but it left a good impression. My family and I were helped by a nice young man at the cashier. He was respectful, patient, and very helpful as we figured out our order since it was our first time. The environment was clean, which I really appreciated, and the boba was actually pretty good! SERVICE: 5/5 Amazing service. They're all super friendly! They even replaced some drinks for me b/c the cupholder was flimsy at no charge. I appreciated that a lot! DRINKS: 4/5 - UBE MOCHI (5/5): so good! I think a lot of places fail at making at ube drinks good but theirs was so good. The mochi is amazing too - HONG KONG MILK TEA (3/5): I honestly didn't like this one too much. It's more on the bitter side than sweet & creamy as how I like. Overall, their drinks do stand out from other places. Not many places have mochi and do ube drinks justice. Plus, their service is outstanding! SUGGESTION FOR THE OWNERS!: - I would buy cupholders that fit the drinks properly and better quality lids/cups. I spilt my drinks because the cups didn't fit into the cupholder well. read more

This is my first review on Yelp and I don't recommend this place. My friends and I waited 20 minutes for each of our boba to be called. It was weird considering nobody was even in front of us. We confronted the employee after we noticed people after us were getting served. She gave us attitude saying "I already called for you." The employee had a quiet voice, and left the boba behind a sign. I think it's understandable for us to assume that it wasn't ready because none of my friends heard her, and we couldn't even see the finished product. I think the employees in this tea bar need to be trained on costumer service and time management. read more

Very new place for me. This was in LA area while visiting relatives. Places was very cute and room to hangout and drink. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. We didnt wait too long. They have 3-4 staff just handling their business. Well organize, clean and friendly place. All the drinks we had was supper good. Great job, Micha! No regrets except I shouldve order those fish cake thingy. Oh well next time. read more

If it weren't for Yelp, I would have never noticed this tea bar. Simply because it is in a shopping center I would not look at for places to stop by at. I am glad I tried it out though. The servers were friendly and helpful. I ordered the Ube Taro Wave and requested cheese foam instead of the coconut foam. It tasted fine. I felt like there was more mochi than the rest of the drink and it was nearly $7. If I were to come back, I would probably try something else. My husband got the house fruit tea. He said it was good, but the passion fruit overpowered the other fruits in the drink and it was mainly ice and fruit slices than the drink itself. That one was almost $6. The store was clean, had a pleasing feel to it. They had some board games in the corner and a couple of photo opp worthy areas. Overall, I would say that it is worth checking out, but I don't know if I would stop by again. read more

My husband and I came here on a Saturday afternoon. I ordered a Triple M because I wanted to try their mochi while also getting something refreshing. This drink is definitely refreshing! It wasn't too sweet and the bits of mochi were a nice surprise in every sip. I was only slightly disappointed by the price and how it took a little longer than expected to receive my drink. I do understand that it can take a little longer since it's a blended drink, but the shop wasn't busy at all and I wonder how long I would have to wait if the shop was busy and there were multiple customers in front of me. There was just one customer before me, and I still had enough time to play one of the games on the shelf, which was nice that they offered such a large variety of board games! read more

Micha Boba Tea Bar... what can I say. Atmosphere is chill. The music isn't loud and obnoxious. They got board games here if you want to casually sip your drink and play games with your friends. Sadly, no outlet for my computer. Maybe it's for the best, otherwise I'd stay here for hours. Now for my order, I got the Ube Taro Wave Mochi, and I really like it. I highly recommend it to those who are having that itch for an ube drink. There are other items on the menu I'd like to order in the future as well! Coming back soon! read more
Looks like this place is fairly new. Plenty of parking available. I ordered online about 10 minutes out and the staff were preparing to make it, I didn't wait too long since it wasn't busy at all. Staff was very friendly. Place is cutely decorated. Has bunch of game boards which is nice. I ordered the Taro Milk Tea with light ice. I appreciate that the ice level can be adjusted. Flavor was perfect. Fruit teas are my favorite so I had to try the Micha House Fruit Tea Special, again with light ice. Soooo delicious and flavorful. I love the fresh fruit pieces that added even more natural sweetness. I would definitely come back! read more

This review is only on one drink I got. The roseberry matcha with mochi. It sounded interesting. It's basically a matcha latte with strawberry syrup at the bottom. My first sip was just the thick syrup at the bottom so I mixed up the drink and it was better. It was not for me. I would try something else. read more

Tried a new boba spot and really liked this place! We got the roseberry matcha mochi and mango marble. The roseberry matcha was the perfect sweetness and didn't have a strong floral sense. However, I wasn't the biggest fan of the mochi texture inside the drink. The mango marble was a smooth and thick slushie. I enjoyed the mango and creaminess of it. Highly recommend! read more

This is an amazing boba place to grab a variety of drinks from fruit teas to milk teas to specialty drinks as well. The environment is bright and clean with a variety of tabletop games to enjoy if you want to hangout in their seating area. The service is so friendly and quick to get our drinks out and they always look refreshing. Not only do the drinks have a nice aesthetic, but they taste absolutely spectacular. I have come here at least 3 times, and I have not been let down once! Definitely consider coming here if you're looking for a new fresh boba tea spot with very authentic drinks. read more

i wish i tried this place sooner !!!! i got the dirty tiger thai tea and while i was waiting i witnessed a young family and two friends painting ceramics which i thought was just lovely. i'll have to come by with my friends and do the paint and sip!! the drink came out very quickly and it was nice to see the employees in a good mood! the thai tea itself was very delicious and beautiful! i kept the cup as well when i was done because it was good quality plastic. read more

I went to get a drink, sat in the car to try a sip, AND I WENT BACK to order another one!!! I specifically recommend the mochi series; they use mochi instead of boba as the topping and the mochi is super soft and chewy! The person who took my order, Hoang, was super friendly and informative and guided me in choosing these great drinks! -Ube Taro Wave Mochi (HIGHLY RECOMMEND) -Strawberry Mochi (HIGHLY RECOMMEND) -Dirty Brown Sugar with Crème brûlée Guess my plan will be to gym everyday and Sunday will be my cheat day.... read more
