Updated review: Michael & Son reached out to me and agreed I should have been allowed to use the coupon I had! They proceeded to issue me a refund. Great customer service and I changed the rating to 4 stars (would have been 5 if I had been allowed to use the coupon initially. Previously used for HVAC work, this time for electrical. As in the previous review, the technician, this time Carlos Arana, was very competent. My dissatisfaction lies with the company itself. When I booked the appointment for some electrical work I mentioned I had an EV charger I needed installed and that I had their coupon for $200 off an installation. The person making the appointment said she made note of this. Great I thought, a company pushing electric vehicles. When Carlos arrived he said that coupon was only if I purchased a charger through them. Granted the coupon (from their web site) says some some restrictions apply, but doesn't detail them. Went ahead with adding the necessary circuit since if I said no we would have had to pay a service fee anyway. Overall the price was fair, but higher then expected. read more

Brian came out on short notice to repair a severed electrical wire in our septic system. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and got to work with the repair. As he worked, there was a heavy rain but he kept working to get it all done! Brian was professional and friendly and worked quickly to fix our problem. He went above and beyond by even shoveling the dirt back into the hole to bury the wire! read more

We called and requested service on our heater. We had it installed in April and this was 1st time using heater. But smelled burning so they came out immediately very next morning and checked out all in detail. Service was outstanding and very thorough. Mike was a perfect gentleman and wonderful personality and we totally appreciated every detail he did for us. Mike is very knowledgeable and didn't rush us and explained things to us. Just had an electrical inspection done by Ron at Michael & Sons. Ron did a wonderful job checking my entire home's electrical system and providing me information on his findings. He cared about his work and me as the customer. I was provided quotes for several items he recommended and one for additional work I was looking to have done within the house.
