So it was a relief finding Dr. Oliver. I selected him because of his background and experience and stellar reviews. He turned out better than I expected. Even though my family lives in San Francisco, he is close by in Daly City. The parking situation is much better. His staff is really responsive and helpful. Also multiple reminders. Come anywhere from the Bay Area. He's the best. I don't write reviews but I made an exception to help others with skin issues. Dr. O is really worth it.

When a business cares, takes customer feedback and concerns seriously, it shows. They were apologetic in professional way, offered me to see Dr Khosla at not extra charges. They also added a free red light therapy (which was complete surprise) On the day of my appointment, the front staff (again like my previous experience) was super nice, friendly, professional. No wait time, I saw Dr Khosla immediately. And now I can truly see what other reviewers meant, Dr Khosla is very empathetic, warm, professional. Her care and expertise shows in the way she treats the patients. I felt all my concerns were heard, not rushed. I went ahead and started with the recommended treatment. Follow up from the appointment, I also received a call to make sure my experience was better. It's been a couple of weeks and I have started with new treatments which have been wonderful.
