Michael Kors has the absolute worst customer service ever. Their return policy is ridiculous and if you buy something on sale, they fail to tell you the sale will be final. No returns, exchanges or store credit. They are also very incompetent when it comes to sizing your watch. I will never,ever shop at a Michael Kors Store. I will do all my shopping at Nordstrom's, which has an amazing and unparalleled costumer service. Michael Kors should take some lessons from them. read more

First time for me to purchase a $350 purse from the Michael Kor store. I brought it back for an exchange and was serviced appropriately. Staff were very nice in general. However, for the size of the store, it's definetely over staffed. It felt little uncomfortable because I felt that I was being watched by number of staff there. I understand they were watching customers for the purpose of service. However, I think there were more number of employees than the customers. In my opinion, it was not very much of a comfortable environment to shop. Just my opinion~ read more

The girls that work here are so incredibly friendly and helpful, I just can't say enough about them. I love their bags and jewelry! They always have a great selection and something new that I have to have! My husband did some Christmas shopping for me here when I left and he said they were nothing short of friendly and helpful which, these days, seems harder and harder to come by. read more

If there is zero star, I will give the Brea Michael Kors store zero.The service is so bad,the manger lady(naned cortney,the yellow hair thin lady)is rude.That's the most terrible shopping experience ever, I can't feel there is customer service after I slice my credit card.they change there face immediately. And my kids are all hungery,I have to get them something to eat, but they just refuse to exchange the color for me, I have cost near 2 hours there with my hugry kids,and ask them to give me a favor, that really give me a hard time, and even heart breaking. Great service today! I went in to purchase a wallet for my assistant and ended up also buying a watch for myself! They have a large selection of watches. Everyone was friendly and professional. I was shopping around at the mall for a gift for my mother. I was walking by Michael Kors as a purse caught my eye. I went inside to check it out. As I went in, I was promptly greeted and helped. The sales person was very knowledgeable, informing me of other purses in different styles and sizes. The sales person was so helpful that I bought the purse and ended up getting a matching wallet. This review has to do mainly with customer service. I have shopped at this store numerous times, and each time the customer service is wonderful. Recently I purchased a wallet from this location that later had a little bit of damage to it ( it was not there when I purchased it, not really even sure how it happened, but anyways...) I called the store and spoke to two of the store managers. Erin, and Kayla. They were both more than helpful, and made sure that I left there happy. I have been coming to this MK for a while and I must say, service has gone down horribly. My past few experiences have been just so bad the only reason I keep coming here is because I don't want to drive to SC for the same product. So I just deal it. My recent visit was yesterday when I wanted to return a ring my girlfriend didn't like. So just my luck my receipt was washed in the washer but you could still see the barcode and numbers beneath. I gave it to the sales associate and he straight up threw it away without out asking and made me get a exchange. So l did, and I had a credit of 20 dollars I wanted my money back but that wasn't going to happen because my receipt was in the trash which he threw away, again horrible service. After all he made me get a lip balm, which I gave to some girl in Nordstrom because I knew my girlfriend wouldn't want it. So at the end of this transaction, I didn't get a thank you or have a nice day. read more

They've done it again! Michael Kors always has a way of impressing me, but this store has had the greatest customer service. I walked in wearing some basketball shorts and a tank top and was greeted with a smile and great suggestions for my next watch; I went into steve madden after that and was barely acknowledged. Let me start off by saying this is the best Michael Kors store around! Staff is absolutely amazing here and definately go out of their way to greet me when I walk in. I love it when I hear "welcome back Toni!" That to me is music to my ears and shows great customer service. Then they proceed to find Jayson (the most amazing person) to take care of me. He goes way out of his way for me. I even get text messages of new arrivals and when they will be in the store. If there is something I want, and they don't have it, then the item is located and shipped in for me. Not once have I ever had an issue here and the managers go above and beyond in customer service. Believe me I do go to other Michael Kors (my all time favorite brand) out of town, but I feel I am cheating on them and will text them from that store to see if they have what I am looking for and its waiting when I get home. Staff is so friendly here that even if I am at the Brea mall ...I go in just to hangout for an hour. I buy everything from purses, clothes, watches, and shoes here at this store. She matched the price that was listed on back of the watch and gave me half off I only paid 125 for the watch. If i purchase anything from that store again.
