I had no idea what to expect but I just wanted good service for a decent price. My expectations were far exceeded. It is an amazing place to get your car fixed for a fantastic price. The employees at the front desk are phenominal and the mechanics are super fast and talented. I feel like I am part of a family there. Regardless of how long it has been since I have called, they always remember me and welcome my business. It is a smaller location on liberty road and it is a bit if a fast turn into the parking lot but the business itself is not hard to find at all. It is super easy to schedule an appointment online, by phone, or in person. There is a shuttle service if you need to go while your car is being worked on. I prefer to hang around and chat with the staff. Either way, I highly recommend this business and will continue to go myself!

If I could leave this place negative stars, I would. I've never experienced such unprofessionalism…read moreand incompetency. I brought in LEXUS pads and rotors to be installed for my front brakes. Shortly after, I encountered horrible squealing noises. I contacted them, explained the issue, brought it in again and they assured me nothing was wrong because they "couldn't hear anything". As soon as they pulled around my vehicle, my car made the noise and I said "that's it, that's the noise I'm referencing!". I was told I can bring it back again if the problem persists. I then recorded the noise and emailed them the vidoes. I finally brought my car back, a 3rd time, and since they heard the noise this time, they were able to determine it was from not having brake shims. I was told my car should've already had those when I purchased it. So, I'm assuming they likely threw them away when they initially replaced my brakes. I paid $273 for LABOR for them to install them the first time and another $200 for the missing part and labor to reinstall everything with the shims. The owner refused to eat the charge or take accountability for not recommending this the first time or for possibly discarding the old shims. Instead, he placed blame on LEXUS PARTS for not advising me to also purchase the shims. He also noted this is why they don't like to do work when customers bring in their own parts. Firstly, since they would've gotten the exact SAME parts from LEXUS, but would've taxed me on them, I likely would've experienced the same issue; clearly, they didn't know to suggest shims so they wouldn't have even purchased them if I ordered the parts through them anyway. Secondly and most importantly, why would I rely on a PARTS department, who is merely selling parts that customers are asking for, to recommend I purchase additional brake hardware? Isn't that what certified mechanics should be doing? Isn't it their job to recommend something when it isn't working effectively and determine the root cause of an issue? Clearly not, and had they checked this the first time, this entire situation could've been avoided. I've wasted my time and money for something so simple, any amateur mechanic could've identified this issue off rip. This is not the first experience I've had with them, which resulted in taking my vehicle back to them. As a 3 year and loyal patron of this business, I will no longer be supporting them again. It shouldn't take 3 visits to any competent, certified, mechanic to identity a such a simple issue. If you are a woman, I highly recommend that you don't take your car here, they will insult your intelligence because of your gender.

I made a scheduled appointment for a screw in a tire to be repaired on 9/25/26. The place was empty…read moreso i thought it would go quick and easy. I was there for 45min. and the mechanic pulled my vehicle out almost hitting someone that pulled up for air in their tires. He backed up less than six inches away from the other vehicle. No one should be that close when backing up. He just blew it off like nothing. I didn't want to go through dealing with car damage from a careless worker. When I drove home I noticed my vehicles tire pressure was 49 psi. The correct psi for my vehicle is 32. I had to pull over and let air out of the tire to the correct psi. When I went out there was no cap on the stem of the tire. I was really disgusted with how sloppy they returned my vehicle but it got worse. When I arrived home I checked the tire and noticed the plug was sticking out from the tread about 3/8 of an inch. I googled tire plugs and figured out that they should be cut down flush to the tread so there is no tension to pull it out. I had to go get a razor blade and trim it off myself. A tire repair is not cheap but the fact that I had to do half the work of the tech. is unacceptable. The attention to detail if any is very poor. Stay clear of this place if you can help it, if you have to go here double check their work that its done correctly. Also, while I was waiting a woman who had an appt. came in to have tires installed, but the tires were never delivered. She seemed pretty upset and I don't blame her. No one wants to waste their time expecting to get tires only to be turned away. This place is poorly managed and the customer service is poor as well.

It seemed like a great deal, not realizing the system only allowed you to pick one-two places based off of your zipcode. So my zip put me closest to the Aamco in Randallstown. The first time I called the service person was fairly rude and then made sure I understood, that it would take a solid week for me to get an appointment. I came twice for two appointments which didn't matter because they didn't honor any appointment that I made with them. Then told me I would need to leave my car for a few hours or even a day for an OIL CHANGE. So I won't be back and actually had Living Social refund me.
